Freebet for the Battle of the Greats

1. INTERPRETATION OF DEFINITIONS, TERMS, NAMES:

1.1. Promotion Organizer – LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “GGBET” (LLC “GGBET”), legal entity identification code 44912194 (hereinafter – the “Organizer”), legal address: Ukraine, 02002, Kyiv, 17 Yevhena Sverstiuka Street, Office 601, operating under the License for conducting online casino gambling activities issued on August 23, 2023, based on the decision of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries No. 129 dated August 8, 2023, and the License for conducting bookmaking activities issued on August 23, 2023, pursuant to the Commission’s decision No. 128 dated August 8, 2023.

1.2. Website – means the website at the link www.ggbet.ua.

1.3. The “Freebet for the Battle of the Greats” promotion – an initiative carried out by the Organizer in accordance with the terms and conditions described in this document, aimed at promoting the Organizer’s trademark.

1.4. Promotion Period – from May 23 to May 31, 2025.

1.5. Bonus – an incentive provided by the Organizer to the Participant upon fulfillment of the Promotion Rules and Conditions, displayed in the Participant’s account section. “Providing the bonus” means the player purchases the bonus for 0.01 UAH from their personal balance.

1.6. Participant – individuals who are at least 21 years old, legally capable, not listed in the Register of persons restricted from gambling and/or entering gambling establishments, registered on the Website https://ggbet.ua, and who have passed identification and verification procedures and comply with the terms and conditions of the Promotion.

1.7. Rules – the official rules and terms of the “Freebet for the Battle of the Greats” promotion, approved by the Organizer and described in this document.

1.8. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted in accordance with the Organizer’s other Rules.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:

2.1. The Promotion is conducted to promote the Organizer’s trademark.

2.2. Upon fulfilling the terms and Rules of the Promotion, the Participant receives a Bonus from the Organizer.

2.3. The Promotion does not provide for any bonus payouts, gifts and/or the provision of goods (services) in any form that are conditional upon the fact of the player losing in a gambling game.

2.4. The Promotion is not a gambling game, including any other game or service in the gambling sector.

2.5. The Promotion is held on the website www.ggbet.ua, which is considered the place of the Promotion.

2.6. The Promotion is held from May 23 to May 31, 2025.

2.7. The Promotion is valid in Ukraine except in temporarily occupied territories defined by decisions of the National Security and Defense Council enacted by presidential decree.

2.8. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to these Rules, undertakes to comply with them, and consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organizer.

3. PROMOTION PARTICIPANTS:

3.1. Only individuals who are at least 21 years old, legally capable, not included in the Register of persons restricted from gambling and/or gambling establishments, and registered on www.ggbet.ua having completed identification and verification, may participate in the Promotion.

3.2. Participants take part in the Promotion voluntarily and personally, under their own name, and assume all risks, consequences, and responsibilities related to their participation.

3.3. If a Participant does not agree to the terms and conditions of the Promotion or provides false or inaccurate data, they will automatically lose the right to further participate, and the Organizer has no obligations toward such Participant.

4. PARTICIPANT RIGHTS:

4.1. To receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.

4.2. To participate in the Promotion if they comply with the Rules and Conditions.

4.3. To refuse participation in the Promotion.

5. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS:

5.1. To comply with the Promotion Rules and the Organizer’s rules, including the laws of Ukraine.

5.2. Not to transfer participation rights to third parties.

5.3. To provide requested information and documents as required by the Rules.

5.4. Not to interfere with the Organizer’s execution of the Promotion.

5.5. Not to violate the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6. ORGANIZER’S RIGHTS:

6.1. To unilaterally amend the Promotion Rules and Conditions.

6.2. To unilaterally change the Promotion Period.

6.3. To refuse participation to any individual.

6.4. To require Participants to comply with the Rules and Conditions.

6.5. To request additional information or documents from Participants.

The Organizer has the right to verify registration data and transactions. If prohibited strategies and/or fraud (including multi-accounting) are identified, the Organizer may disqualify such Participants.

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION:

7.1. From May 23 to May 31, 2025, the Participant may choose one of the four Bonuses as follows:

- Freebet of 300 UAH for a one-time deposit to the Client’s account from 200 to 499 UAH;

- Freebet of 700 UAH for a one-time deposit from 500 to 4,999 UAH;

- Freebet of 6,000 UAH for a one-time deposit from 5,000 to 19,999 UAH;

- Freebet of 20,000 UAH for a one-time deposit of 20,000 UAH or more;

7.2. The Promotion is one-time. The Participant cannot receive the Bonus again after receiving it once under this Promotion.

7.3. The Participant must register or log in on the Website, including passing the identification and verification procedure, and comply with the Rules of the Promotion and the Organizer's rules for betting and online casino games.

7.4. The Participant must activate the Promotion in their personal account under “My Sports Bonuses.”

7.5. The Participant must make a deposit of at least 200 UAH to receive a Bonus. The maximum Bonus amount is 20,000 UAH for the fourth deposit tier.

7.6. The Bonus can only be received if the Promotion is activated before depositing the required amount. The minimum required deposit (200 UAH) must be made within the Promotion period. If no deposit is made during the specified time, the conditions are deemed not fulfilled.

7.7. The user may place a free bet for the amount specified in these terms. The bet must be a single bet with odds from 1.75 to 3.

7.8. Bonuses may only be used for betting when the real balance of the gaming account is zero. The freebet must be used within 5 days of receipt.

7.9. To withdraw bonus funds or any winnings resulting from the Bonus, the user must place bets totaling at least 4 times the Bonus amount within 14 days of receiving the freebet. Alternatively, for freebets of 300 UAH, 700 UAH, and 6,000 UAH, the requirement is 2x; for 20,000 UAH — 3x the amount within 14 days of receiving the freebet.

7.10. Bonus funds from the betting bonus are wagered only on settled single bets with odds of at least 1.75.

7.11. If the wagering requirements are not met within the stated period, the bonus balance will be canceled and funds forfeited. The maximum amount of real money available for withdrawal after wagering the Bonus equals the received freebet amount.

7.12. If funds are withdrawn from the gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

7.13. Only one Promotion can be active at a time. Activating any new Promotion automatically deactivates the previously active one.

8. PROMOTION BUDGET:

8.1. The Organizer independently forms the Promotion budget and may change it, including defining Bonus characteristics and amounts.

8.2. Bonuses received by Participants are subject to taxation under the law. After converting the Bonus into Balance, and upon winning payouts to the Participant’s electronic payment method (bank card), such income is taxed at the time of payment.

8.3. According to Clause 164.2 of Article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, winnings (prizes) from lotteries or other drawings, betting or totalizator winnings, prizes and cash winnings from amateur sports competitions (including billiards) are included in the taxpayer’s total monthly (annual) taxable income and are taxed at 18% personal income tax and 1.5% military levy at the time of payment by the tax agent.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS:

9.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees with LLC “GG.BET”'s Personal Data Processing Notice and voluntarily consents to the processing of their personal data, including:

- Registration data (full name, age, email, phone number, account password);

- Identification data (passport or ID information, number, series, issuing authority, RNOCPP code, residence information, etc.);

- Communication data (messages via email, site interface, SMS, social networks, audio/video calls; including date, time, content, and recordings).

9.2. The Organizer is not responsible for malfunctions in IT tools caused by user devices or internet provider outages.

9.3. If the Organizer does not apply sanctions for a Participant’s violation of the Rules, this shall not be deemed a waiver of future rights or enforcement actions.

9.4. The Organizer is not liable for losses resulting from IT issues, including hacking, viruses, or use of the Website or Mobile App, including downloaded content or external links.
