BONUS POLICY

1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

The Organizer of gambling (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer" or "Company") is the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "GGBET", identification code of the legal entity: 44912194, legal address: 02002, Kyiv, Yevhen Sverstiuk Street, building 17, office 601, operating in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, specifically the Law of Ukraine "On State Regulation of Activities Related to the Organization and Conduct of Gambling", based on the License for the organization and conduct of bookmaker activities issued by the Gambling and Lottery Regulation Commission on 23.08.2023 according to the Decision to issue the License No. 128 dated 08.08.2023, and the License for the organization and conduct of gambling activities for online casinos issued by the Gambling and Lottery Regulation Commission on 23.08.2023 according to the Decision to issue the License No. 129 dated 08.08.2023.

Participant (Player) – an individual who has reached the age of 21, is legally capable, is not listed in the Register of persons restricted from accessing gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling, and is registered on the website www.ggbet.ua, having passed the identification and verification procedures, and who complies with the terms and conditions set by the Organizer.

Promotion – a marketing tool through which the Organizer of gambling and/or the promoters of the promotion popularize their product/brand or business activities among existing and potentially new Players.

Bonus – a game element (game substitute) provided to the Player within the game or as part of relevant promotional programs/loyalty programs, and has no monetary value. A Bonus is not considered Player income, is not property, and has no independent value. Bonuses can include: free bets, free spins, and other bonuses, the type and characteristics of which may vary.

Free Bet/FB – a promotional offer to place a bet, which can be made on sports events from the "ALL SPORTS" or "LIVE" sections on the Organizer's website or mobile app, according to the conditions and rules of the specific promotional offer.

Free Spin/FS – a promotional offer to spin the reels in online casino (slot) games on the Organizer's website or mobile app, according to the conditions and rules of the specific promotional offer.

Wager – a multiplier used to determine the number of times the wager must be played through.

Playthrough – the number of bets that the Player must make in accordance with the terms and conditions set by the Organizer.

Odds – a numerical multiplier displayed for an event listed in the event line, which the Organizer uses to determine the outcome of a betting bet by multiplying the bet amount by the corresponding numerical value (odds).

Promo Code – a unique set of characters consisting of numbers and/or letters, provided to Players for activating specific Promotions and/or bonus programs.

2. GENERAL RULES

2.1. Participants who are registered on the Organizer's website have the right to participate in Promotions and other raffles organized by the Organizer. The terms of the Promotions or raffles are determined and published on the Organizer's website.

2.2. A Participant who participates in a Promotion or any other bonus program thereby confirms that they have read, accepted, and agreed to the terms and conditions of the respective Promotion or raffle, including this Bonus Policy.

2.3. The detailed terms of the Promotions and/or raffles are defined by the relevant rules of such Promotions and/or raffles, which are posted on the Organizer's website. The Player can review these terms within their Personal Cabinet under the "My Casino Bonuses" and/or "My Sports Bonuses" sections and/or in the "Promotions" section of each individual Promotion or raffle.

2.4. The rules and conditions for awarding Bonuses, including their characteristics, are determined by the Organizer.

2.5. The Organizer has the right to change the rules and conditions of the Promotion or raffle, as well as cancel their conduct. Any changes to the Rules and conditions of the Promotion or raffle will be published on the Organizer's website.

2.6. A Promotion or any bonus program is conducted to promote the brand of the Organizer (trademark).

2.7. Promotions, bonus programs, and raffles do not provide for the possibility of awarding Players with any bonus payments, gifts, and/or the provision of goods (services) in any form, or the use of other types of incentives, the provision of which is directly or indirectly conditional on the Player losing in the respective gambling game.

2.8. Promotions, raffles, or any bonus program are not considered gambling, including any other games or services in the gambling sector, and the rules and conditions are not a public promise of a reward.

2.9. The validity period of the Bonus is determined by the Organizer in the official rules of each individual Promotion or bonus program or in the Player's personal cabinet/account on the Organizer's website, under the "My Casino Bonuses" and/or "My Sports Bonuses" sections in each individual Promotion or bonus program.

2.10. Only one Promotion or bonus program can be activated at a time. When activating any Promotion or bonus program, any previously activated Promotion or bonus program will be automatically deactivated.

2.11. The Participant has the right to independently decide whether to participate in a particular Promotion, bonus program, or raffle. The Participant has the right to decide whether to use the Bonus and may also refuse the Bonus, which will result in the cancellation of the Bonus or any winnings obtained from the Bonus playthrough.

2.12. The awarding of a bonus to the Player by the Organizer means the Player purchasing a bonus for one kopeck from their real money Balance in their Personal Cabinet, unless otherwise specified in the rules and conditions of the promotional or bonus program under which the Player has been awarded the Bonus.

2.13. By activating a Promotion/bonus program, the Player/Participant automatically gives consent for the deduction of 1 (one) kopeck from their real money Balance in their Personal Cabinet.

2.14. In case of discrepancies in the interpretation of any of the Organizer's rules posted on the website www.ggbet.ua between the Participant and the Organizer, the dispute will be resolved by the Organizer and is not subject to appeal.

3. REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPANTS IN BONUS PROGRAMS AND PROMOTIONS

3.1. A participant in a bonus program or Promotion can only be an individual who is at least 21 years old, is legally capable, is not listed in the Register of persons restricted from accessing gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling, and is registered on the website www.ggbet.ua, who has passed the identification and verification procedure, and has read, accepted, and agreed to the terms and conditions of the Promotion, including the other rules of the Organizer posted on the Website.

3.2. Participants in the Promotion and/or Bonus Program participate voluntarily and personally, in their own name, and by participating, they assume all risks, consequences, and responsibilities associated with participation in the Promotion. Transferring the rights of a Promotion and/or Bonus Program Participant to other individuals is prohibited.

3.3. The Organizer has the right to verify the registration data, game history, and all transactions of Promotion or Bonus Program Participants. If any fact of using a prohibited strategy and/or fraud, including attempts to use multiple accounts, is discovered, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse such Participants further participation in the Promotion or Bonus Program.

3.4. Rights of the Promotion and/or Bonus Program Participant:
3.4.1. To participate in the Promotion and/or Bonus Program, provided they comply with the requirements of the rules published by the Organizer.
3.4.2. To receive information about the Promotion and/or Bonus Program from the Organizer.
3.4.3. To refuse participation in the Promotion and/or Bonus Program.

3.5. Obligations of the Promotion and/or Bonus Program Participant:
3.5.1. To comply with the terms and conditions of the Promotion and/or Bonus Program, as well as other rules of the Organizer, including the legislation of Ukraine.
3.5.2. To provide the necessary information and documents upon the Organizer’s request and in accordance with the rules of the Promotion and/or Bonus Program.
3.5.3. Not to obstruct the Organizer in the process of conducting the Promotion and/or Bonus Program.
3.5.4. Not to violate the terms and conditions of the Promotion and/or Bonus Program in which the Participant is involved, including not violating other rules of the Organizer posted on the Website.

3.6. Rights of the Organizer:
3.6.1. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions of any Promotion, Bonus Program, and/or raffle.
3.6.2. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the period of the Promotion, Bonus Program, or raffle.
3.6.3. The Organizer has the right to refuse any individual participation in the Promotion, Bonus Program, and/or raffle.
3.6.4. The Organizer has the right to demand the Participant’s proper compliance with the terms and conditions of the Promotions, Bonus Programs, and raffles they are involved in.
3.6.5. The Organizer has the right to require the Participant to provide additional information and documents for the purpose of complying with the terms and conditions of the Promotions, Bonus Programs, and/or raffles.
3.6.6. The Organizer has the right to verify the registration data and all transactions of Participants in the Promotions, Bonus Programs, and raffles conducted by the Organizer. In case of discovering the use of prohibited strategies and/or fraud, including the use of multiple accounts or attempts to create them, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse such Participants further participation in the Promotion.
3.6.7. The Organizer reserves the right to check the gaming history of the Participant in the Promotion and/or Bonus Program.
3.6.8. The Organizer has the right to charge the Participant/Player 1 (one) kopeck from their real money balance.

3.7. The Organizer is not liable for:
3.7.1. Changes in the dates and errors during the conduct of Promotions, Bonus Programs, or raffles.
3.7.2. Non-fulfillment or incomplete fulfillment of its obligations to the Participants of the Promotion, Bonus Program, or raffle due to technical difficulties, including failures in telecommunication and energy networks, the impact of malicious programs, or dishonest actions of third parties.
3.7.3. Non-compliance by Participants with the terms and conditions of the Promotion, Bonus Program, and/or raffle.
3.7.4. Misinterpretation of the terms and conditions of the Promotion, Bonus Program, and/or raffle by the Participant.
3.7.5. Non-receipt of bonuses or prizes by Participants due to technical reasons, including providing false or incomplete contact information, including other information necessary for participation in the respective Promotion, Bonus Program, and/or raffle.
3.7.6. If the Organizer does not receive calls, any messages, or letters from the Participants of the Promotions due to technical failures or other reasons.
3.7.7. Actions of third parties that result in the Participant being unable to receive the respective prize or bonus.
3.7.8. The possibility/impossibility of the Player using the Bonus.

3.8. By participating in the Promotion, Bonus Program, and/or raffle, the Participant confirms that they are fully familiar with the relevant rules and gives their consent to the conditions specified in them, including but not limited to:

• Receiving SMS, e-mail messages, and newsletters from the Organizer or authorized persons related to the Promotion.
• The Organizer and/or authorized persons collecting, processing (including through automated means), storing, using, and distributing the Participant's personal data, including email, for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, Bonus Program, and/or raffle, with the application of necessary data protection measures to prevent unauthorized dissemination.

4. FORMATION OF PRIZES, BONUSES, AND THEIR TYPES

4.1. The volume and quantity of bonuses and/or prizes for the respective Promotion, Bonus Program, or raffle, including the characteristics of the prizes and bonuses, are determined at the discretion of the Organizer and may be changed by them.

4.2. Prizes and bonuses formed during the conduct of Promotions, Bonus Programs, and/or raffles are not the result of contributions from the Participants.

4.3. The types of prizes are determined by the Organizer at their discretion.

4.4. The types of bonuses may include the following:
4.4.1. Free Spin (FS) – A bonus that allows the player to spin the reels in online casino games (slots).
4.4.2. Free Bet (FB) – A bonus bet that can be placed on sporting events from the "ALL SPORTS" or "LIVE" sections on the Organizer’s website or mobile application.

4.5. Some Bonuses may be provided only once for the respective Player.

4.6. Each Bonus has its own rules and conditions for wagering, which are specified in the text accompanying the Bonus offered by the Organizer.

4.7. All bonuses credited to the Player (Participant) are displayed in their Personal Cabinet/account.

4.8. To activate certain Promotions and/or bonus programs, the Organizer may provide Players (Participants) with Promo Codes.

4.9. The Promo Code can be used by entering it in the corresponding "Code Activation" field in the Personal Cabinet/account.

4.10. Promo Codes can also be found in external communication channels, including the Organizer's social media, streaming platforms, as well as in online publications or emails.

5. PROCEDURE FOR ACTIVATING PROMOTIONS, BONUS PROGRAMS, AND USING BONUSES

5.1. All Promotions and bonus programs are displayed on the Organizer's Website in the "Promotions" section. Some Promotions and bonus programs may also be displayed in the Player's Personal Cabinet/account in the "Sports Promotions" and "Casino Promotions" sections.

5.2. Before activating the respective Promotion and/or bonus program, the Participant must review the rules and conditions of the respective Promotion and/or bonus program.

5.3. To activate the respective Promotion or bonus program, the Participant must click on the "Activate" field.

5.4. To use the Bonuses provided in the Promotion or bonus program, the Participant must comply with the conditions and rules of the respective Promotion and/or bonus program after activation.

5.5. Bonuses can only be used for making bets if there are no real money funds left in the balance.

5.6. The winnings from bets made using the Bonus and the remaining real money balance will be distributed proportionally. Winnings from bets placed using the Bonus will be credited to the bonus balance, and winnings from bets made with real money will be credited to the real money balance.

5.7. Special conditions for using Bonuses in a bet:
5.7.1. Bonuses credited to the Participant as a result of participation in Promotions and bonus programs from the "Sports Promotions" section or Bonuses that can only be used in a bet are wagered only on settled bets with odds of 1.75 or higher, type of bet – single and bet builder unless otherwise specified in the rules and conditions of the specific Promotion or bonus program.
5.7.2. Any unfulfilled Bonus will be deducted after the Player requests a withdrawal (cashout) from the real money balance before the Bonus is wagered.
5.7.3. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Promotion at any time, as well as to cancel the bonus balance (including during the use of any strategies aimed at fulfilling the Bonus wagering requirements or abusing Bonus mechanics).
5.7.4. Only one Promotion or bonus program can be active at a time. Bets are counted only towards the wagering of one Bonus. By activating any other Promotion or bonus program, the Participant will automatically deactivate the previous Promotion/bonus program.

5.8. Special conditions for using Bonuses in online casino games:
5.8.1.Bonuses awarded to the Participant through promotions and bonus programs from the “Casino Promotions” section, as well as bonuses that may only be used in casino games from the “Casino” section of the website, must be wagered exclusively in the “Slots” subsection. Bonuses cannot be wagered in the "Table games", "Live casino" and "Roulette" sections.
5.8.2. Bonuses cannot be wagered in the following games:

5.8.3. Bonuses cannot be wagered in the all games from Amusnet, EGT Digital, Kalamba, Pateplay, Red Tiger, and Tada Gaming.
5.8.4. Bonuses specified in subparagraph 5.8.1. cannot be used for bets in parlays.
5.8.5. Only 10% of the bets are counted towards the wagering of the bonus in instant games.
5.8.6. Bonus funds issued for the "Table Games," "Live Casino," and "Instant Games" sections cannot be wagered on bets.
5.8.7. The maximum allowed bet during gameplay with a Bonus is 150 UAH. This limit applies to the entire gaming round, the purchase of free spins in the game ("Buy Feature"), and risk games after the round is completed, unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions of a specific Promotion or bonus program. Exceeding the maximum bet during gameplay with the Bonus at any stage (regardless of the game result) will result in the cancellation of all Bonuses and/or account suspension. This decision is at the sole discretion of the Organizer.
5.8.8. Any unfulfilled Bonus will be deducted after the Player requests a withdrawal of funds from the real money balance before the Bonus is wagered.
5.8.9. Each bonus balance has a maximum amount of gaming credits that can be converted to real money balance after the Bonus is wagered.
5.8.10. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Promotion at any time, as well as to cancel the bonus balance (including during the use of any strategies aimed at fulfilling the Bonus wagering requirements or abusing Bonus mechanics).
5.8.11. Only one Promotion or bonus program can be active at a time. Bets are counted towards the wagering of only one Bonus at a time. By activating any other Promotion or bonus program, the Participant automatically deactivates the previous Promotion/bonus program.
