BASKETBALL FREESTYLE WITH A FREEBET

1. INTERPRETATION OF DEFINITIONS, TERMS, AND TITLES:

1.1. Promotion Organizer/Commissioner – LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "GGBET," legal entity identification code 44912194 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), legal address Ukraine, 02002, Kyiv, Sverstyuk Yevhen Street, Building 18, Office 601, operating in accordance with the License for organizing and conducting online casino gambling activities, issued on August 23, 2023, based on the decision of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries No. 129 dated August 8, 2023, and the License for organizing and conducting bookmaker activities, issued on August 23, 2023, based on the Commission’s decision No. 128 dated August 8, 2023.

1.2. Website – refers to the website at www.ggbet.ua.

1.3. The "BASKETBALL FREESTYLE WITH A FREEBET" Promotion – an event organized by the Organizer in accordance with the Rules and conditions stated in this document, aimed at promoting the Organizer’s trademark.

1.4. Promotion Period – from December 19, 2024, to January 10, 2025.

1.5. Bonus – an incentive provided by the Organizer to the Participant as a result of complying with the Rules and conditions of the Promotion. It is displayed in the relevant section of the Participant’s account provided the Organizer grants such an incentive.

1.6. Participant – individuals who have reached the age of 21, are legally capable, are not listed in the Register of persons restricted from gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling, are registered on the website https://ggbet.ua, and have passed identification and verification procedures and comply with the Rules and conditions of the Promotion.

1.7. Rules – the official rules and conditions of the "BASKETBALL FREESTYLE WITH A FREEBET" Promotion, approved by the Organizer and outlined in this document.

1.8. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted in accordance with other Rules of the Organizer.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:

2.1. The Promotion is conducted to promote the Organizer’s trademark.

2.2. By complying with the Promotion’s Rules and conditions, Participants receive a Bonus from the Organizer.

2.3. The Promotion does not involve providing players with bonus payouts, gifts, and/or goods (services) of any form, or any other types of incentives directly or indirectly dependent on the player losing in the relevant gambling game.

2.4. The Promotion is not a gambling game or any other service related to gambling.

2.5. The Promotion is conducted on the website www.ggbet.ua, which is considered the location of the Promotion.

2.6. The Promotion runs from December 19, 2024, to January 10, 2025.

2.7. The Promotion is conducted in Ukraine, excluding temporarily occupied territories as determined by decisions of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) enforced by the President of Ukraine.

2.8. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to these Rules, undertakes to comply with them, and consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organizer.

3. PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROMOTION:

3.1. Only individuals who have reached the age of 21, are legally capable, are not listed in the Register of restricted persons, and are registered on the website www.ggbet.ua, having completed identification and verification processes, are eligible to participate.

3.2. Participants enter the Promotion voluntarily and personally, at their own risk, taking full responsibility for any consequences of participation.

3.3. If a Participant fails to agree with the Rules, provides incorrect data, or breaches conditions, they will lose the right to participate in the Promotion, and the Organizer bears no obligations toward them.

4. PARTICIPANT RIGHTS:

4.1. Participants have the right to receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.

4.2. Participants have the right to participate in the Promotion, provided they comply with the Rules and conditions.

4.3. Participants have the right to opt out of the Promotion.

5. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS:

5.1. Participants must comply with the Rules and other Organizer requirements.

5.2. Participants must not transfer their participation rights to third parties.

5.3. Participants must provide the necessary information and documents upon the Organizer’s request.

5.4. Participants must not interfere with the Organizer during the Promotion process.

6. ORGANIZER RIGHTS:

6.1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Rules and Promotion conditions unilaterally.

6.2. The Organizer reserves the right to alter the Promotion period unilaterally.

6.3. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual.

6.4. The Organizer reserves the right to verify registration data and transactions for fraud.

7. PROMOTION CONDITIONS:

7.1. Participants may choose one of three bonuses:

• 500 UAH freebet for a deposit of 200–4999 UAH
• 7000 UAH freebet for a deposit of 5000–24999 UAH
• 15000 UAH freebet for a deposit of 25000 UAH or more

7.2. This Promotion is one-time only, meaning that Participants cannot receive the Bonus again by repeating the steps described in these Rules after claiming the Bonus for the first time under this Promotion.

7.3. To participate in the Promotion, Participants must comply with the Rules and conditions, as well as the rules of the Organizer for bookmaking and online casino activities. Participants must register or log in on the Website and complete the identification and verification process.

7.4. Participants must activate the Promotion in their personal account under the "Promotions" section.

7.5. Participants must make a deposit of at least 200 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum total amount of the Bonus is 15000 UAH for the third deposit freebet.

7.6. Activation of the Promotion before making the required deposit is a mandatory condition for receiving the Bonus. The minimum required deposit amount of 200 UAH must be made within 14 days after activating the Promotion. If no deposit is made within the specified period, the conditions of the Promotion will be considered unmet.

7.7. Participants can place a free bet for the amount specified in these Rules. The bet must be a "Single" type with odds of 1.75 or higher on basketball.

7.8. The freebet must be used within 5 days from the date it is received.

7.9. To withdraw the bonus funds and/or any winnings resulting from the use of the Bonus, Participants must place bets totaling at least 8x, 9x, or 10x the received bonus amount within 14 days from the date of receipt, depending on whether it is the first, second, or third freebet, respectively.

7.10. Betting Bonus funds can only be wagered on settled "Single" bets with odds of 1.75 or higher.

7.11. If the wagering conditions for the Bonus are not met within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled, and the bonus balance funds will be deducted. The maximum amount of real funds that can be withdrawn after wagering the Bonus equals the amount of the received Bonus.

7.12. If funds are withdrawn from the client’s gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

7.13. Only one Promotion can be active at a time. Activating any new Promotion will automatically deactivate the previously active Promotion.

8. PROMOTION BUDGET:

8.1. The Organizer independently determines the Promotion budget, including the characteristics and quantities of Bonuses, and reserves the right to make changes to them.

8.2. Bonuses received by Participants are subject to taxation in accordance with the law. After transforming the Bonus into the Balance and at the time of payout to the Participant’s electronic payment method (bank card), the income tax and military levy will be deducted. Specifically, personal income tax is calculated at a rate of 18% and the military levy at 5% on the total winnings.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS:

9.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to the Notification on the Processing of Personal Data by GGBET LLC, thereby providing voluntary consent for the processing of their personal data, including:

• Registration data (name, surname, middle name (if any), age, email address, mobile phone number, password to access the Client’s account);
• Identification data (passport information or another valid ID, registration number of the taxpayer card, residence address, and other relevant details required for verification);
• Communication data (content and time of messages, email exchanges, phone and video calls, and any other communications with the Organizer).

9.2. The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues arising from the Participant’s equipment or internet service provider that interfere with accessing the Website or participating in the Promotion.

9.3. If the Participant violates these Rules and the Organizer does not impose penalties, this will not be considered a waiver of the Organizer’s right to take legal actions to protect its interests in the future.

9.4. The Organizer is not liable for losses or damages incurred by Participants or third parties due to technical failures, hacker attacks, or malicious software while using the Website or Mobile Application.

9.5. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who violates the terms of the Promotion, including any suspicion of fraud, prohibited strategies, or the use of multiple accounts.

9.6. All disputes arising during the Promotion will be resolved in accordance with Ukrainian law. Any decisions made by the Organizer are final and not subject to appeal.

9.7. These Rules are published on the official Website and are considered accepted by the Participant upon activation of the Promotion.

9.8. If any part of these Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
