Champion's Bonus for Total Deposits

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1. Organizer of the Promotion – LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "GGBET", legal entity identification code 44912194 (hereinafter – "Organizer"), legal address: Ukraine, 02002, Kyiv, Yevhena Sverstyuka St., building 17, office 601, operating under the License for organizing and conducting online casino gambling issued on 23.08.2023 based on the decision of the Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries No. 129 dated 08.08.2023, and the License for organizing and conducting bookmaking activities issued on 23.08.2023 based on the decision of the Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries No. 128 dated 08.08.2023.

1.2. Website – refers to the website at www.ggbet.ua.

1.3. "SPRING BONUS" Promotion – an event conducted by the Organizer in accordance with the Rules and conditions specified in this document, aimed at promoting the Organizer's trademark.

1.4. Promotion period – from April 17 to May 4, 2025.

1.5. Bonus – an incentive provided by the Organizer to the Participant as a result of complying with the Rules and conditions of the Promotion, which is displayed in the respective section of the Participant's account, provided that such an incentive is granted by the Organizer. Granting a bonus means the player acquires the bonus for one kopeck from their personal account balance.

1.6. Participant – individuals who are at least 21 years old, legally competent, not listed in the Register of persons restricted from accessing gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling, registered on the website https://ggbet.ua, have completed identification and verification procedures, and comply with the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

1.7. Rules – official rules and conditions of the "SPRING BONUS" promotion, approved by the Organizer and outlined in this document.

1.8. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted by other Rules of the Organizer.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:

2.1. The Promotion is conducted to promote the Organizer's trademark.

2.2. As a result of fulfilling the conditions and Rules of the Promotion, the Participant receives a Bonus from the Organizer.

2.3. The Promotion does not provide for the possibility of granting players any bonus payments, gifts, and/or providing goods (services) in any form, using other types of incentives, the provision of which is directly or indirectly conditioned by the occurrence of the player's loss in the respective gambling game.

2.4. The Promotion is not a gambling game, including any other game or service in the field of gambling.

2.5. The Promotion is conducted on the website www.ggbet.ua, which is considered the place of the Promotion.

2.6. The Promotion is conducted from April 17 to May 4, 2025.

2.7. The Promotion is conducted in the territory of Ukraine, excluding temporarily occupied territories as determined by the decision of the National Security and Defense Council, enacted by the decree of the President of Ukraine.

2.8. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to these Rules, undertakes to comply with them, and consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organizer.

3. PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROMOTION:

3.1. Only individuals who are at least 21 years old, legally competent, not listed in the Register of persons restricted from accessing gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling, registered on the website www.ggbet.ua, have completed identification and verification procedures, and have read, accepted, and agreed to the terms and Rules of the Promotion can participate.

3.2. Participants of the Promotion participate voluntarily and personally, on their own behalf, and by participating in the Promotion, assume all risks, consequences, and responsibilities that may be associated with participation in the Promotion.

3.3. If a Participant does not accept and agree with the terms and Rules of the Promotion, or if the Participant has provided the Organizer with false or incorrect data, the Participant automatically loses the right to further participation in the Promotion, and the Organizer has no obligations to such a Participant.

4. RIGHTS OF THE PARTICIPANT:

4.1. The Participant has the right to receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.

4.2. The Participant has the right to participate in the Promotion, provided they comply with the requirements and Rules of the Promotion.

4.3. The Participant has the right to refuse participation in the Promotion.

5. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANT:

5.1. To comply with the conditions and rules of the Promotion, as well as other Organizer’s rules, including the legislation of Ukraine.

5.2. Not to transfer the rights to participate in the Promotion to third parties.

5.3. To provide, upon request of the Organizer and in accordance with the Promotion Rules, the necessary information and documents.

5.4. Not to obstruct the Organizer in the process of conducting the Promotion.

5.5. Not to violate the conditions and rules of the Promotion.

6. RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZER:

6.1. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the conditions and rules of the Promotion.

6.2. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the Promotion period.

6.3. The Organizer has the right to deny any individual the right to participate in the Promotion.

6.4. The Organizer has the right to demand proper fulfillment of the Promotion conditions and rules from the Participant.

6.5. The Organizer has the right to request additional information and documents from the Participant in order to comply with the Promotion conditions and rules.

The Organizer has the right to verify registration data and all transactions of the Promotion Participants. In case of detection of prohibited strategies and/or fraud, including the use of multi-accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to deny such Participants further participation in the Promotion.

7. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION:

7.1. During the period from April 17 to May 4, 2025, the Participant may choose one of three Bonuses, namely:

• Bonus of 1000 UAH for deposits totaling at least 1000 UAH to the Client Account;
• Bonus of 10000 UAH for deposits totaling at least 10000 UAH to the Client Account;
• Bonus of 30000 UAH for deposits totaling at least 30000 UAH to the Client Account;

7.2. This Promotion is one-time only. The Participant may not receive the Bonus again by repeating the actions described in these Rules after receiving the Bonus for the first time during the term of the Promotion.

7.3. The Participant, while complying with the conditions and rules of the Promotion, and the rules of the Organizer regarding bookmaking and online casino gambling activities, must register or log in to the Website, including completing the identification and verification procedures.

7.4. The Participant must activate the Promotion in their personal account in the "Promotions" section.

7.5. The Participant must make deposits totaling at least 1000 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum amount of Bonus that can be received is 30000 UAH for the third deposit tier.

7.6. To receive the Bonus, the Promotion must be activated before depositing the required amount into the client’s gaming account. The minimum total deposit amount of 1000.00 UAH must be made within the Promotion period. If there are no deposits during the specified period, the Promotion conditions are considered not fulfilled.

7.7. To withdraw the bonus funds and/or any winnings obtained using the Bonus, the user must place bets totaling at least 15 times the Bonus amount within 14 days from receiving the Bonus.

7.8. The bonus funds of the betting bonus can be wagered only on settled single bets with odds of at least 1.75.

7.9. If the wagering conditions are not met within the specified time frame, the bonus account will be annulled, and the bonus balance funds will be written off. The maximum amount of real funds received after wagering the Bonus equals the Bonus amount.

7.10. If funds are withdrawn from the client’s gaming account, the bonus balance will be annulled.

7.11. Only one Promotion can be active at a time. Activating any Promotion automatically deactivates the previously active Promotion.

8. PROMOTION BUDGET:

8.1. The Organizer independently determines the Promotion budget and may modify it, as well as define the characteristics and quantitative indicators of the Bonuses.

8.2. Bonuses received by Participants are subject to taxation under the law. That is, after the Bonus is converted into the Balance, and at the moment the Winnings are paid out by the Organizer to the Participant's electronic payment method (bank card), such income of individuals is subject to final taxation at their expense at the time of payment.

8.3. According to clause 164.2 of Article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, if a taxpayer receives income in the form of winnings (prizes) in a lottery or other draws, in a bookmaker bet, in a tote bet, prizes and winnings in monetary form obtained for victory and/or participation in amateur sports competitions (including billiard sports), such income is included in the taxpayer’s total monthly (annual) taxable income and is taxed by the tax agent at the time of its payment. That is, a personal income tax of 18 percent and a military levy of 5 percent is applied to the total amount of such winnings (prizes).

9. FINAL PROVISIONS:

9.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to the Privacy Notice on the processing of personal data by LLC “GGBET”, and therefore voluntarily consents to the processing of their personal data, namely:

- Registration data (first name, last name, patronymic (if available), age, email address, mobile phone number, password for accessing the Client Account);

- Identification data (passport or other identity document details that may be used according to Ukrainian legislation to enter into legal agreements: number, series (if applicable), issue date and issuing authority, and photo of the document; taxpayer identification number (TIN); phone number and email address; for non-residents – citizenship information; residence or temporary stay address in Ukraine; electronic signature data, BankID, MobileID if used for identification on the Website; unique record number in the Unified State Demographic Register (if available) for non-residents);

- Communication data (while using the Website/Services and during the Promotion, the Organizer may contact the Participant via email, website interface, paper correspondence, SMS, social networks, as well as through audio and video calls. The Organizer collects and stores the date and time of communication, communication method, content of all messages, call recordings (both audio and video), and issue resolution status, etc.).

9.2. The Organizer is not responsible for any shortcomings in IT tools resulting from the operation of the Participant's equipment used to access the Website, as well as for internet provider failures.

9.3. If in case of a violation/failure to comply with these Rules by the Participant, the Organizer does not take any actions or sanctions under these Rules or applicable law, such inaction shall not be considered a waiver of the Organizer's right to apply sanctions or protect its legal interests in the future, including through administrative or legal action.

9.4. The Organizer is not liable for any losses or damages incurred by the Participant or third parties due to failures or defects in IT tools caused by hacking attacks, malicious software while using the Website and/or Mobile App, including when downloading any materials placed on the Website and/or Mobile App and/or any links placed on the Website/Mobile App.
