Winback involves crediting a part of the winnings received when placing bets that meet the terms of the promotion to the player's bonus account. The winback amount is calculated by multiplying the winback percentage by the difference between the sum of all bets and the sum of losing bets. If the sum of losing bets is greater than the winning bets, the winback is not accrued.
A freebet allows the player to place a bet for a certain amount and with certain conditions, without using funds in the player's accounts. 1. INTERPRETATION OF DEFINITIONS, TERMS, NAMES:

Sverstyuk Yevgeny, 17, office 601, which operates in accordance with the License for the organization and conduct of casino gambling on the Internet, issued on 08/23/2023 on the basis of the decision of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries No. 129 dated 08/08/2023, the License for the organization and conduct of bookmaking activities dated 08/23/2023, issued in accordance with the decision of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries on the issuance of a license No. 128 dated 08/08/2023".
1.2. Website - means the website at the link www.ggbet.ua.
1.3. Promotion "ADVENT CALENDAR 2024 FROM GGBET!" – an event carried out by the Organizer in accordance with the Rules and Conditions specified in this document and aimed at popularizing the Organizer's trademark for goods and services (trademark).
1.4. The Promotion period is from December 1 to December 31, 2024.
1.5. Bonus – an incentive provided by the Organizer to the Participant as a result of compliance with the Rules and Conditions of the Promotion, and which is displayed in the relevant section of the Participant's account/account, provided that the Organizer provides such an incentive.
1.6. Participant – individuals who have reached the age of 21, are legally capable, are not on the Register of persons with restricted access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling, and are registered on the website https://ggbet.ua, and accordingly, who have passed the identification and verification procedure, and comply with the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
1.7. Rules – official rules and conditions of the promotion “ADVENT CALENDAR 2024 FROM GGBET”, which are approved by the Organizer and set out in this document.
1.8. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted by other Rules of the Organizer.
2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:
2.1. The promotion is held with the aim of popularizing the trademark for goods and services (trademark) of the Organizer.
2.2. As a result of fulfilling the terms and conditions of the Promotion, the Participant receives a Bonus from the Organizer.
2.3. The Promotion does not provide for the possibility of providing players with any bonus payments, gifts and/or the provision of goods (services) in any form, or the use of other types of incentives, the provision of which is directly or indirectly conditioned by the fact of the player losing in the relevant gambling game.
2.4. The Promotion is not a game of chance, including any other game or service in the field of gambling.
2.5. The Promotion is held on the website www.ggbet.ua, which is considered the venue of the Promotion.
2.6. The Promotion is held from December 1 to December 31, 2024.
2.7. The Promotion is held on the territory of Ukraine, with the exception of temporarily occupied territories determined by the decision of the National Security and Defense Council, put into effect by the decree of the President of Ukraine.
2.8. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to these Rules, undertakes to comply with them and consents to the collection and processing of his personal data by the Organizer.
3. PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROMOTION:
3.1. Only an individual who has reached the age of 21, is legally capable, is not on the Register of persons with restricted access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling, and is registered on the website www.ggbet.ua, and accordingly, who has passed the identification and verification procedure, and has read, accepted and agreed to the terms and Rules of the Promotion.
3.2. The Participants of the Promotion participate in the Promotion voluntarily and personally, on their own behalf, and by their participation in the Promotion assume all risks, consequences and liability that may be associated with participation in the Promotion.
3.3. If the Participant of the Promotion does not accept and does not agree with the terms and conditions and Rules of the Promotion, as well as if the Participant has provided the Organizer with unreliable, including incorrect data, in such case the Participant is automatically deprived of the right to further participate in the Promotion, and the Organizer has no obligations to such Participant.
4. RIGHTS OF THE PARTICIPANT OF THE PROMOTION:
4.1. The Participant has the right to receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.
4.2. The Participant has the right to participate in the Promotion, provided that the requirements and Rules of the Promotion are met.
4.3. The Participant has the right to refuse to participate in the Promotion.
5. PARTICIPANT'S OBLIGATIONS:
5.1. Comply with the terms and conditions of the Promotion, as well as other rules of the Organizer, including the legislation of Ukraine.
5.2. Do not transfer the right to participate in the Promotion to third parties.
5.3. Provide the necessary information and documents at the request of the Organizer and in accordance with the Rules of the Promotion.
5.4. Do not obstruct the Organizer in the process of holding the Promotion.
5.5. Do not violate the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
6. RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZER:
6.1. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
6.2. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the Period of the Promotion.
6.3. The Organizer has the right to refuse any individual from participating in the Promotion.
6.4. The Organizer has the right to require the Participant to properly fulfill the terms and conditions and Rules of the Promotion.
6.5. The Organizer has the right to require the Participant to provide additional information and documents in order to fulfill the terms and conditions and Rules of the Promotion.
The Organizer has the right to check the registration data and all transactions of the Participants of the Promotion. In the event of detection of the fact of using a prohibited strategy and/or fraud, including the use of a multi-account, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse such Participants from further participation in the Promotion.
7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION DURING THE PERIODS OF RECEIVING A BONUS FOR TOPPING UP A CLIENT ACCOUNT:
7.1. During the periods specified below, the participant can receive a Bonus, namely:
- December 1, 2024 – a 100% bonus up to 5,000 hryvnias for a one-time replenishment of the Client Account balance in the amount of 500 hryvnias or more;

- December 15, 2024 – 150% bonus up to 10,000 UAH for a one-time replenishment of the Client Account balance in the amount of 2,000 UAH;
- December 20, 2024 – 150% bonus up to 10,000 UAH for a one-time replenishment of the Client Account balance in the amount of 1,500 UAH;
- December 22, 2024 – 200% bonus up to 10,000 UAH for a one-time replenishment of the Client Account balance in the amount of 2,500 UAH;
- December 27, 2024 – 200% bonus up to 10,000 UAH for a one-time replenishment of the Client Account balance in the amount of 2,500 UAH;
- December 29, 2024 – 250% bonus up to 15,000 UAH for a one-time replenishment Client Account balance for the amount of 3,000 hryvnias or more;
- December 31, 2024 – 300% bonus up to 15,000 hryvnias for a one-time replenishment of the Client Account balance for the amount of 3,000 hryvnias or more;
7.2. This Promotion is one-time, i.e. the Participant cannot receive the Bonus by following the algorithm described in these Rules again after receiving the Bonus under this Promotion for the first time.
7.3. The Participant of the Promotion, in compliance with the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as the Rules of the organizer of bookmaking activities and casino gambling on the Internet, Limited Liability Company "GGBET", must register or log in to the Website, including going through the identification and verification procedure.
7.4. The Participant of the Promotion must activate the Promotion in his/her personal account in the “My Sports Bonuses” section.
7.5. The Participant of the Promotion must make a one-time replenishment of the Client Account balance specified in clause 7.1 of these rules to receive the Bonus. The maximum amount of the Bonus received is specified in clause 7.1 of these rules.
7.6. A mandatory condition for receiving the Bonus is activation of the Promotion before depositing the required amount into the client’s gaming account (deposit). The minimum required deposit amount specified in clause 7.1 of these rules must be deposited during the Promotion period. If there are no deposits during the above period, the terms of the Promotion are considered not fulfilled.
7.8. Bonuses can be used for bets only when there are no funds on the real balance of the client’s gaming account.
7.9. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings as a result of using the Bonus, the participant must place bets for a total amount of at least 15 times the bonus received, within 14 days from the date of receiving the bonuses for the deposit.
7.10. Bonus funds from the bidding bonus are wagered only on calculated bets of the "Ordinary" type with a coefficient of 1.75 or more.
7.11. In case of failure to fulfill the conditions for wagering the Bonus within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled, and the funds from the bonus balance will be debited. The maximum amount of real funds received after wagering the Bonus is equal to the amount of the maximum bonus for the bonus before the deposit.
7.12. In case of withdrawal of funds from the client's gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.
7.13. Only one Promotion can be activated at a time. By activating any Promotion, the previously active Promotion is automatically deactivated.
7.14. The Participant of the Promotion can place a bet using the real money balance on the real balance of the client's gaming account and the Bonus from the bonus balance. 8.2. This Promotion is one-time, i.e. the Participant cannot receive a Bonus by following the algorithm described in these Rules again after receiving the Bonus under this Promotion for the first time.
8.3. The Participant of the Promotion, in compliance with the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as the Rules of the organizer of bookmaking activities and casino gambling on the Internet, Limited Liability Company “GGBET”, must register or log in to the Website, including going through the identification and verification procedure.
8.4. The Participant of the Promotion must activate the Promotion in his personal account in the “My sports bonuses” section.
8.5. The Participant of the Promotion must place a bet for the amount specified in clause 8.1 of these rules to receive the Bonus. The maximum amount of the Bonus received is specified in clause 8.1 of these rules.
8.6. A mandatory condition for receiving the Bonus is the activation of the Promotion before placing a bet. The bet must be of the “Ordinary” type with a coefficient of 1.75 and made from the real balance of the Client Account. The minimum bet amount specified in clause 8.1 of these rules must be made and calculated during the Promotion period. In case of winning the bet, the participant will receive a free bet for the amount specified in clause 8.1 of these rules. If there is no bet during the above period, the Promotion conditions are considered not fulfilled.
8.7. The participant can make a free bet for the amount specified in these conditions. The bet must be of the "Ordinary" type with odds of 1.75 or higher.
8.8. The free bet must be used within two days of receipt.
8.9. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings as a result of using the Bonus, the participant must place bets for a total amount of at least 6 times the bonus received within 14 days of receipt.
8.10. Bonus funds of the bidding bonus are wagered only on calculated bets of the "Ordinary" type with odds from 1.75.
8.11. The Participant of the Promotion can place a bet using the real money balance on the real balance of the client's gaming account and the Bonus from the bonus balance. The winnings from a bet that was made using the real money balance on the real balance of the client's gaming account and the Bonus from the bonus balance will be distributed proportionally. The winnings from a bet made using the Bonus will be credited to the bonus balance, respectively, the winnings from a bet made using real money from the real balance of the client's gaming account will be credited to the real balance of the client's gaming account.
8.12. In case of failure to fulfill the conditions for wagering the Bonus within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled, and the bonus balance funds will be debited. The maximum amount of real money received after wagering the Bonus is equal to the amount of the free bet.

- December 13, 2024 – a freebet of 1000 hryvnias for a one-time replenishment of the Client Account balance in the amount of 1000 hryvnias or more;
- December 19, 2024 – a freebet of 2000 hryvnias for a one-time replenishment of the balance Client account for the amount of 1000 hryvnias or more;
- December 20, 2024 – freebet 1500 hryvnias for a one-time replenishment of the Client account balance for the amount of 1500 hryvnias or more;
- December 26, 2024 – freebet 3000 hryvnias for a one-time replenishment of the Client account balance for the amount of 1500 hryvnias or more;
- December 27, 2024 – freebet 2500 hryvnias for a one-time replenishment of the Client account balance for the amount of 2500 hryvnias or more;
- December 30, 2024 – freebet 4000 hryvnias for a one-time replenishment of the Client account balance for the amount of 2000 hryvnias or more;
9.2. YesThe Promotion is one-time, i.e. the Participant cannot receive the Bonus by following the algorithm described in these Rules again after receiving the Bonus under this Promotion for the first time.

10.2. This Promotion is a one-time offer, i.e. the Participant cannot receive the Bonus by following the algorithm described in these Rules again after receiving the Bonus under this Promotion for the first time.
10.3. The Participant of the Promotion, in compliance with the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as the Rules of the organizer of bookmaking activities and casino gambling on the Internet, Limited Liability Company "GGBET", must register or log in to the Website, including going through the identification and verification procedure.
10.4. The Participant of the Promotion must activate the Promotion in his personal account in the "My sports bonuses" section.
10.5. The Participant of the Promotion must make a one-time replenishment of the Client Account balance specified in clause 10.1 of these Rules to receive the Bonus. The maximum amount of the Bonus received is specified in clause 10.1 of these Rules.
10.6. A mandatory condition for receiving the Bonus is to activate the Promotion before depositing the required amount into the client's gaming account (deposit). 10.8. Winback is calculatedonly for bets made with real money;.
10.9. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings as a result of using the Bonus, the participant must place bets for a total amount of at least 10 times the received bonuses within 14 days from the date of receiving the winback.
10.10. Bonus funds of the bidding bonus are wagered only on calculated bets of the "Ordinary" type with a coefficient of 1.75 or more.
10.11. In case of failure to fulfill the conditions for wagering the Bonus within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled, and the funds from the bonus balance will be debited. The maximum amount of real money received after wagering the Bonus is equal to the maximum bonus amount.
10.12. In case of withdrawal of funds from the client's gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.
10.13. Only one Promotion can be activated at a time. Activating any Promotion automatically deactivates the previously active Promotion.
10.14. The total amount of losses means the amount of bets that meet the terms of the promotion, which were made and calculated during the promotion period, minus the amount of winnings at these bets.
11. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION DURING THE PERIODS OF RECEIVING A BONUS TO THE WINNING BET FOR TOPPING UP THE CLIENT ACCOUNT:
11.1. During the periods specified below, the participant can receive a Bonus, namely:
- December 4, 2024 – a 10% bonus to the total winnings up to 3000 UAH for placing a winning bet, for a one-time replenishment of the Client Account balance in the amount of from 500 UAH;
- December 11, 2024 – a 15% bonus to the total winnings up to 5000 UAH for placing a winning bet, for a one-time replenishment of the Client Account balance in the amount of from 1000 UAH;
- December 18, 2024 – a 20% bonus to the total winnings up to 5000 UAH for placing a winning bet, for a one-time replenishment of the Client Account balance in the amount of from 1000 UAH;
- December 25, 2024 – a 20% bonus to the total winnings up to 7500 UAH for placing a winning bet, for a one-time replenishment of the Client Account balance in the amount of 1500 UAH;
11.2. This Promotion is one-time, i.e. the Participant cannot receive the Bonus by following the algorithm described in these Rules again after receiving the Bonus under this Promotion for the first time.
11.3. The Participant of the Promotion, in compliance with the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as the Rules of the organizer of bookmaking activities and casino gambling on the Internet, Limited Liability Company "GGBET", must register or log in to the Website, including going through the identification and verification procedure.
11.4. The Participant of the Promotion must activate the Promotion in his personal account in the "My sports bonuses" section.
11.5. The Participant of the Promotion must make a one-time replenishment of the Client Account balance specified in clause 11.1 of these rules to receive the Bonus. The maximum amount of the Bonus received is specified in clause 11.1 of these rules.
11.6. A mandatory condition for receiving the Bonus is the activation of the Promotion before fulfilling the necessary conditions for receiving the bonus (replenishment of the Client Account balance and placing a bet). The Bonus is credited to the first and only bet after activating the bonus. The bet must be of the "Ordinary" type with a coefficient of 1.75 made from the real balance of the Client Account. The minimum replenishment of the Client Account balance and the minimum bet amount specified in clause 11.1 of these rules must be made and calculated during the validity period of the Promotion. In the absence of a deposit and a winning bet during the above period, the conditions of the Promotion are considered not fulfilled.

11.11. In case of failure to fulfill the conditions for wagering the Bonus within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled, and the funds from the bonus balance will be debited. The maximum amount of real funds received after wagering the Bonus is equal to the maximum bonus amount.
11.12. In case of withdrawal of funds from the client's gaming account - bonus pointswill be canceled.

- December 28, 2024 – a bonus of 4000 hryvnias for placing bets for a total amount of 8000 hryvnias or more;
12.2. This Promotion is one-time, i.e. the Participant cannot receive a Bonus by following the algorithm described in these Rules again after receiving the Bonus under this Promotion for the first time.
12.3. The Participant of the Promotion, in compliance with the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as the Rules of the organizer of bookmaking activities and casino gambling on the Internet, Limited Liability Company “GGBET”, must register or log in to the Website, including going through the identification and verification procedure.
12.4. The Participant of the Promotion must activate the Promotion in his/her personal account in the “My sports bonuses” section.
12.5. The Participant of the Promotion must place bets for the total amount specified in clause 12.1 of these rules to receive the Bonus. The maximum amount of the Bonus received is specified in clause 12.1 of these rules.
12.6. A mandatory condition for receiving the Bonus is the activation of the Promotion before placing bets. Bets must be of the “Ordinary” type with a coefficient of 1.75 and made from the real balance of the Client Account. The minimum total amount of bets specified in clause 12.1 of these rules must be made during the Promotion period. If there are no bets for the required amount during the above period, the Promotion conditions are considered not fulfilled.
12.7. The participant can make a free bet for the amount specified in these conditions. The bet must be of the "Ordinary" type with odds of 1.75 or higher.
12.8. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings as a result of using the Bonus, the user must place bets for a total amount of at least 15 times the received bonus within 14 days from the date of receipt.
12.9. Bonus funds from the bidding bonus are wagered only on calculated bets of the "Ordinary" type with odds of 1.75 or higher.
12.10. The Participant of the Promotion can place a bet using the real money balance on the real balance of the client's gaming account and the Bonus from the bonus balance. The winnings from the bet that was placed using the real money balance on the real balance of the client's gaming account and the Bonus from the bonus balance will be distributed proportionally. The winnings from the bet made using the Bonus will be credited to the bonus balance, respectively, the winnings from the bet made using real money from the real balance of the client's gaming account will be credited to the real balance of the client's gaming account.
12.11. In case of failure to fulfill the conditions for wagering the Bonus within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled, and the bonus balance funds will be debited. The maximum amount of real funds received after wagering the Bonus is equal to the maximum bonus amount.
12.12. In case of withdrawal of funds from the client's gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.
12.13. Only one Promotion can be activated at a time. Activating any Promotion automatically deactivates the previously active Promotion.
13. PROMOTION BUDGET:
13.1. The Organizer independently forms the budget of the Promotion and may change it, as well as determine the characteristics of the Bonuses and their quantitative indicators.
13.2. Bonuses received by Participants are taxed according to the law, i.e. after the transformation of the Bonus into the Balance, and at the time of payment of the Winnings by the Organizer to the Participant's electronic payment instrument (bank card), since the income of individuals is finally taxed at their expense and at the time of payment.
13.3. According to the provisions of Clause 164.2 of Article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, if a taxpayer receives income in the form of a win (prize) in a lottery or other draws, in a bookmaker's bet, in a totalizer bet, prizes and winnings in cash received for winning and/or participating in amateur sports competitions, including billiards, such income is included in the total monthly (annual) taxable income of the taxpayer and is taxed by the tax agent at the time of its payment. That is, the total amount of the above-mentioned winnings (prizes) is subject to personal income tax at a rate of 18 percent and military duty, which is 1.5 percent.
14. FINAL PART:
14.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to the Notice on the processing of personal data of LLC "GGBET", in connection with which the Participant gives voluntary consent to the processing of his personal data.personal data, namely:
- Registration data (name, surname, patronymic (if available), age, email address, mobile phone number, password to access the Client Account);

- Communication Data (during the use of the Website/Services and during the Promotion, the Organizer may communicate with the Participant using an email address, the Website interface, paper correspondence, SMS correspondence, on social networks, as well as using audio and video calls. The Organizer collects and stores the date and time of communication, the means of communication, the content of all messages, call recordings (both audio and video), the status of the resolution of the issue you have addressed, etc.).
14.2. The Organizer is not responsible for deficiencies in information technology tools that arose as a result of the operation of the equipment used by the Participant to access the Website, as well as for failures in the operation of Internet providers.
14.3. If in the event of a Participant's violation/failure to comply with these Rules, the Organizer has not taken any sanctions, restrictions, or other actions in accordance with these Rules or applicable law, such actions of the Organizer shall not be considered as a waiver of the right to apply sanctions or to protect its rights and legitimate interests, in particular, in administrative or judicial proceedings, in the future.
14.4. The Organizer is not liable for any losses or damages that the Participant or a third party may incur as a result of deficiencies and failures of information technology tools caused by hacker attacks, malicious software when using the Website and/or Mobile Application, including in the event of downloading any materials posted on the Website and/or Mobile Application and/or any links posted on the Website/Mobile Application.
