PRECISION BONUSES FOR Biathlon World Championships 2025

1. INTERPRETATION OF DEFINITIONS, TERMS, AND NAMES:

1.1. Customer/Organizer of the Promotion – LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "GGBET", legal entity identification code 44912194 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), legal address: Ukraine, 02002, Kyiv, Yevhena Sverstiuka Street, building 18, office 601, operating under the License for organizing and conducting online casino gambling activities issued on August 23, 2023, based on the decision of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries No. 129 dated August 8, 2023, and the License for organizing and conducting bookmaker activities issued on August 23, 2023, based on the decision of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries No. 128 dated August 8, 2023.

1.2. Website – refers to the website available at www.ggbet.ua.

1.3. Promotion "PRECISION BONUSES FOR Biathlon World Championships 2025" – an event conducted by the Organizer in accordance with the Rules and Terms set forth in this document, aimed at promoting the Organizer's trademark.

1.4. Promotion Period – from February 12 to February 23, 2025.

1.5. Bonus – an incentive provided by the Organizer to the Participant as a result of complying with the Rules and Terms of the Promotion and displayed in the relevant section of the Participant’s account/cabinet upon the Organizer’s approval.

1.6. Participant – individuals who are at least 21 years old, legally competent, not listed in the Register of persons restricted from accessing gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling, and registered on the website https://ggbet.ua. Participants must have completed the identification and verification process and must comply with the Terms and Rules of the Promotion.

1.7. Rules – the official rules and terms of the "PRECISION BONUSES FOR Biathlon World Championships 2025" promotion approved by the Organizer and set forth in this document.

1.8. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted in accordance with other Rules of the Organizer.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:

2.1. The Promotion is conducted to promote the Organizer's trademark.

2.2. By fulfilling the Terms and Rules of the Promotion, the Participant receives a Bonus from the Organizer.

2.3. The Promotion does not provide for the possibility of granting players any bonus payments, gifts, and/or goods (services) in any form, using other types of incentives where such incentives are directly or indirectly conditioned by a player’s gambling losses.

2.4. The Promotion is not a gambling activity or any other game or service in the field of gambling.

2.5. The Promotion is conducted on the website www.ggbet.ua, which is considered the location of the Promotion.

2.6. The Promotion runs from February 12 to February 23, 2025.

2.7. The Promotion is conducted in Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories as determined by the decision of the National Security and Defense Council, enforced by a Presidential Decree.

2.8. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to these Rules, undertakes to comply with them, and consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organizer.

3. PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROMOTION:

3.1. Only an individual who is at least 21 years old, legally competent, not listed in the Register of persons restricted from accessing gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling, and registered on the website www.ggbet.ua can participate in the Promotion. The Participant must have completed the identification and verification process and accepted the Terms and Rules of the Promotion.

3.2. Participants in the Promotion take part voluntarily and personally, in their own name, and by participating in the Promotion, assume all risks, consequences, and responsibilities associated with their participation.

3.3. If a Participant does not accept or agree to the Terms and Rules of the Promotion, or has provided inaccurate or incorrect information to the Organizer, they will automatically lose the right to further participation in the Promotion, and the Organizer will have no obligations towards them.

4. PARTICIPANT RIGHTS:

4.1. The Participant has the right to receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.

4.2. The Participant has the right to participate in the Promotion, provided they comply with the Terms and Rules of the Promotion.

4.3. The Participant has the right to refuse participation in the Promotion.

5. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS:

5.1. To comply with the Terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as other rules of the Organizer, including the laws of Ukraine.

5.2. Not to transfer the right to participate in the Promotion to third parties.

5.3. To provide the Organizer with the necessary information and documents upon request and in accordance with the Terms and Rules of the Promotion.

5.4. Not to interfere with the Organizer during the conduct of the Promotion.

5.5. Not to violate the Terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6. ORGANIZER RIGHTS:

6.1. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the Terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6.2. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the Promotion Period.

6.3. The Organizer has the right to refuse any individual participation in the Promotion.

6.4. The Organizer has the right to require Participants to properly comply with the Terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6.5. The Organizer has the right to request additional information and documents from Participants to ensure compliance with the Terms and Rules of the Promotion.

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION:

7.2. This Promotion is one-time only, meaning that the Participant cannot receive the Bonus multiple times by repeating the actions described in these Rules after receiving the Bonus for the first time.

7.3. The Participant, in compliance with the Terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as the rules of the Organizer regarding bookmaker activities and online casino gambling, must register or log in on the Website, including completing the identification and verification process.

7.4. The Participant must activate the Promotion in their personal account in the "My Sports Bonuses" section.

7.5. The Participant must make a deposit of at least 100 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum Bonus amount available is 70000 UAH for the third deposit bonus tier.

7.6. The mandatory condition for receiving the Bonus is activating the Promotion before making the required deposit amount. The minimum required deposit of 100 UAH must be made within the Promotion period after activation. If no deposits are made within this period, the Promotion conditions will be considered unmet.

7.7. The user can place a free bet for the amount specified in these conditions. The bet must be of the "Single" type with odds of at least 1.75.

7.8. Bonuses can only be used for betting when there are no funds in the real balance of the player's account.

7.9. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings resulting from the use of the Bonus, the user must place bets totaling at least 15 times, 16 times, or 17 times the amount of the received bonus (for 100%, 150%, and 200% bonuses, respectively) within 14 days of receiving the Bonus.

7.10. Bonus funds from the betting bonus can only be wagered on settled bets of the "Single" type with odds of at least 1.75.

7.11. If the wagering conditions are not met within the specified period, the bonus balance will be canceled, and the bonus funds will be removed. The maximum amount of real funds that can be received after wagering the Bonus is equal to the amount of the received Bonus.

7.12. If a user withdraws funds from their account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

7.13. Only one Promotion can be active at a time. Activating any Promotion automatically deactivates the previously active Promotion.

8. PROMOTION BUDGET:

8.1. The Organizer independently determines the Promotion budget and may modify it, as well as define the characteristics and quantity of Bonuses.

8.2. The Bonuses received by Participants are subject to taxation according to the law. After converting the Bonus into a Balance and upon payout of the Winnings by the Organizer to the Participant's electronic payment method (bank card), individual income tax is applied at the time of payout.

8.3. According to Article 164.2 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, when a taxpayer receives income in the form of winnings (prizes) in a lottery, bookmaker bets, totalizator bets, or cash prizes from participating in amateur sports competitions, such income is included in the general monthly (annual) taxable income of the taxpayer and is taxed by the tax agent at the time of payout. Specifically, a personal income tax of 18% and a military tax of 5% are applied to the total winnings.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS:

9.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to the Privacy Notice of "GGBET" and voluntarily consents to the processing of their personal data, including:

- Registration data (name, surname, middle name (if applicable), age, email address, mobile phone number, account login credentials);

- Identification data (passport or other identity document details, tax identification number, residency status, place of residence or temporary stay, and other relevant identification details);

- Communication data (records of email, SMS, phone calls, and other interactions with the Organizer).

9.2. The Organizer is not responsible for technical failures caused by the Participant's devices or internet providers.

9.3. If a Participant violates these Rules and the Organizer does not impose any sanctions, this does not waive the Organizer’s right to take action in the future.

9.4. The Organizer is not liable for any losses incurred by the Participant due to cybersecurity threats, hacking, malware, or related incidents while using the Website.
