1. DEFINITION OF TERMS:

1.1. The Client/Organizer of the Promotion is LLC "GGBET" with company identification number 44912194 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), located in Ukraine, 02002, Kyiv, 18 Sverstyuka St., Office 601, operating under the Internet gambling license issued on 23.08.2023 by the Gambling and Lotteries Regulatory Commission (decision No. 129 from 08.08.2023), and a bookmaker license issued on 23.08.2023 (decision No. 128 from 08.08.2023).

1.2. Website – means the website www.ggbet.ua.

1.3. The "ROYAL FREEBET FOR THE ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE" promotion – an event organized by the Organizer according to the rules and conditions stated herein, aimed at promoting the Organizer's trademark.

1.4. Promotion Period – from October 1 to December 31, 2024.

1.5. Bonus – an incentive provided by the Organizer to the Participant as a result of meeting the Promotion's terms, which is reflected in the corresponding section of the Participant's account after the Organizer provides the incentive.

1.6. Participant – individuals who are at least 21 years old, capable, not listed in the Registry of persons restricted from entering gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling, and registered on the website https://ggbet.ua, who have undergone identification and verification procedures, and comply with the Promotion’s rules and terms.

1.7. Rules – the official rules and conditions of the "ROYAL FREEBET FOR THE ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE" promotion approved by the Organizer and outlined in this document.

1.8. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted in accordance with the Organizer's other rules.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:

2.1. The promotion is held to promote the Organizer's trademark.

2.2. By fulfilling the Promotion's terms and conditions, the Participant receives a Bonus from the Organizer.

2.3. The promotion does not offer players any bonus payouts, gifts, and/or the provision of goods (services) in any form, nor does it involve the use of other types of rewards conditioned directly or indirectly by the player's loss in the corresponding gambling game.

2.4. The promotion is not a gambling game or any other game or service in the field of gambling.

2.5. The promotion takes place on the website www.ggbet.ua, which is considered the location of the promotion.

2.6. The promotion runs from October 1 to December 31, 2024.

2.7. The promotion is held in Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories defined by the decision of the National Security and Defense Council, enacted by a decree of the President of Ukraine.

2.8. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to these Rules, commits to following them, and consents to the Organizer's collection and processing of their personal data.

3. PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROMOTION:

3.1. The Participant can only be an individual who is at least 21 years old, is capable, not listed in the Registry of persons restricted from entering gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling, and is registered on the website www.ggbet.ua. The Participant must have undergone identification and verification and agreed to and accepted the Promotion's terms and conditions.

3.2. Participants voluntarily and personally participate in the Promotion on their behalf and assume all risks, consequences, and responsibilities that may arise from their participation in the Promotion.

3.3. If a Participant does not accept or agree with the Promotion's terms and conditions, or if the Participant provides false or incorrect information, they will automatically lose their right to continue participating in the Promotion, and the Organizer will have no obligations towards them.

4. RIGHTS OF THE PARTICIPANT:

4.1. The Participant has the right to receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.

4.2. The Participant has the right to take part in the Promotion, provided they meet the Promotion's terms and conditions.

4.3. The Participant has the right to opt out of participating in the Promotion.

5. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANT:

5.1. Comply with the Promotion's rules and terms as well as the Organizer's other rules, including Ukraine's laws.

5.2. Not transfer their rights to participate in the Promotion to third parties.

5.3. Provide the Organizer with the necessary information and documents upon request, in accordance with the Promotion's rules.

5.4. Not interfere with the Organizer's process in conducting the Promotion.

5.5. Not violate the Promotion's terms and conditions.

6. RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZER:

6.1. The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally change the Promotion's terms and conditions.

6.2. The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally change the Promotion Period.

6.3. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation in the Promotion to any individual.

6.4. The Organizer reserves the right to require the Participant to comply with the Promotion's terms and conditions.

6.5. The Organizer reserves the right to request additional information and documents from the Participant to ensure compliance with the Promotion's terms and conditions.

The Organizer reserves the right to review Participants' registration data and transactions. If the use of prohibited strategies or fraud, including multi-accounting, is detected, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify such Participants from further participation in the Promotion.

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION:

7.1. From October 1 to December 31, 2024, the Participant can choose one of three Bonuses:

- A 500 UAH freebet for a single deposit of 200 to 4,999 UAH;

- A 7,000 UAH freebet for a single deposit of 5,000 to 27,999 UAH;

- A 15,000 UAH freebet for a single deposit of 28,000 UAH or more;

7.2. This Promotion is one-time only, meaning that the Participant cannot claim the Bonus a second time by following the same steps outlined in these Rules after receiving the Bonus once.

7.3. The Participant must register or log in on the Website, including completing identification and verification procedures, in accordance with the Promotion's rules and the rules of the organizer of bookmaker activities and online casino gaming – LLC "GGBET."

7.4. The Participant must activate the Promotion in their personal account under the "Promotions" section.

7.5. The Participant must make a deposit of at least 200 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum total Bonus amount is 15,000 UAH for the third deposit's freebet.

7.6. A mandatory condition for receiving the Bonus is activating the Promotion before making the required deposit to the client's gaming account. The minimum deposit amount of 200 UAH must be made before the end of the Promotion period. If no deposits are made during this period, the Promotion will be considered not fulfilled.

7.7. The user can make a free bet in the amount specified in these conditions. The bet must be of the "Single" type with odds of 1.75 on football.

7.8. The freebet must be used within 5 days from the day it is received.

7.9. To withdraw the bonus funds and/or any winnings resulting from using the Bonus, the user must place bets totaling at least 8 times, 9 times, and 10 times the received Bonus amount within 14 days from receiving the first, second, and third freebets, respectively.

7.10. Bonus funds are wagered only on "Single" type bets with odds starting from 1.75.

7.11. If the Bonus wagering conditions are not met within the specified time, the bonus account will be canceled, and the bonus balance will be debited. The maximum amount of real funds received after wagering the Bonus equals the received Bonus amount.

7.12. If funds are withdrawn from the client's gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

7.13. Only one Promotion can be activated at a time. Activating any Promotion will automatically deactivate the previously active Promotion.

8. PROMOTION BUDGET:

8.1. The Organizer independently forms the Promotion budget and may adjust it, as well as determine the characteristics and quantities of the Bonuses.

8.2. Bonuses received by Participants are subject to taxation in accordance with the law, meaning that after the Bonus is converted into a balance and when the Organizer pays out winnings to the Participant via an electronic payment method (bank card), the income is taxed at the expense of the individual, and at the time of payment.

8.3. According to the provisions of paragraph 164.2 of Article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, in the event that a taxpayer receives income in the form of winnings (prizes) in a lottery or other draws, in bookmaker betting, in totalizator betting, or in prizes and winnings in cash form obtained for victory and/or participation in amateur sports competitions, including billiard sports, such income is included in the taxpayer's total monthly (annual) taxable income and is taxed by the tax agent at the time of payment. In other words, a tax on personal income at a rate of 18 percent and a military levy of 1.5 percent are charged on the total amount of the aforementioned winnings (prizes).

9. FINAL PART:

9.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to LLC "GGBET's" Privacy Policy regarding the processing of personal data, thus voluntarily consenting to the processing of their personal data, including:

- Registration data (name, surname, patronymic (if applicable), age, email address, mobile phone number, access password to the client's account);

- Identification data (information about a passport or other identification document that is valid in Ukraine for contractual purposes: number, series (if applicable), date of issue, and issuing authority, as well as a photograph of the document; taxpayer identification number (TIN); mobile phone number and email address; for non-residents, citizenship information; place of residence (for residents), place of temporary stay in Ukraine (for non-residents); digital signature data, BankID, MobileID, in case the Participant uses these methods for identification on the Website; unique record number in the Unified State Demographic Register (if applicable) for non-residents);

- Communication data (during the use of the Website/Services and the Promotion, the Organizer may communicate with the Participant via email, Website interface, paper correspondence, SMS correspondence, social networks, as well as through audio and video calls. The Organizer collects and stores the date and time of communication, the communication method, the content of all messages, call recordings (both audio and video), the resolution status of the issue you contacted for, etc.).

9.2. The Organizer is not responsible for deficiencies in information technology that arise as a result of the equipment used by the Participant to access the Website, as well as for internet provider failures.

9.3. If the Organizer has not imposed any sanctions, restrictions, or other actions in response to a Participant's violation/non-compliance with these Rules, this should not be considered as a waiver of the right to impose sanctions or protect its rights and legitimate interests, including through administrative or judicial proceedings, in the future.

9.4. The Organizer is not responsible for any losses or damages that the Participant or third parties may incur as a result of deficiencies and failures in information technology caused by hacker attacks, malware while using the Website and/or Mobile application, including when downloading any materials posted on the Website and/or Mobile application or any links posted on the Website/Mobile application.
