1. INTERPRETATION OF DEFINITIONS, TERMS, NAMES:

1.1. The Customer/Organizer of the Promotion is GGBET LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, legal entity identification code 44912194 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), legal address Ukraine, 02002, Kyiv city, str. Yevgena Sverstyuk, building 17, office 601, which carries out its activities in accordance with the License for organizing and conducting online casino gambling activities, issued on August 23, 2023, based on the decision of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries No. 129 dated August 8. of 2023, Licenses for organizing and conducting bookmaking activities dated August 23, 2023, issued in accordance with the decision of the Gambling and Lotteries Regulation Commission on the issuance of license No. 128 dated August 8, 2023."

1.2. Website – means the website at the link www.ggbet.ua.

1.3. Promotion "BONUSES ON EURO 2024" is an event carried out by the Organizer in accordance with the Rules and conditions specified in this document and aimed at popularizing the sign for goods and services (trademark) of the Organizer.

1.4. The Promotion period is from June 10 to July 14, 2024.

1.5. Bonus - an incentive provided by the Organizer to the Participant as a result of compliance with the Rules and conditions of the Promotion, and which is displayed in the relevant section of the Participant's cabinet/account, provided that the Organizer provides such an incentive.

1.6. Participant - natural persons who have reached the age of 21, are capable of legal action, are not in the Register of persons who are restricted from access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling, and are registered on the website https://ggbet.ua, and respectively, who have passed the identification and verification procedure and comply with the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.

1.7. The rules are the official rules and conditions of the "BONUSES ON EURO 2024" promotion, approved by the Organizer and set out in this document.

1.8. Subscription - a promotional code (a unique set of characters consisting of numbers and/or letters) provided to the Participant of the Promotion by the Partner of the Organizer, to activate a free monthly/yearly subscription to the on-demand audiovisual media service (OTT platform) "Setanta Sports". The terms and conditions of use of the on-demand audiovisual media service (OTT Platform) "Setanta Sports" are posted on the website https://setantasports.com/.

1.9. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted by other Rules of the Organizer.

1.10. The Organizer's partner is the company EURASIAN BROADCASTING ENTERPRISE LIMITED, registered under the law of England and Wales, with registration number 07801244, address: C/O Capepoint Co. Ltd 1 Princeton Mews, 167 - 169 London Road, Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey, England, KT2 6PT.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:

2.1. The campaign is held with the aim of popularizing the sign for goods and services (trade mark) of the Organizer.

2.2. As a result of fulfilling the conditions and Rules of the Promotion, the Participant receives a Bonus from the Organizer.

2.3. The promotion does not provide for the possibility of providing players with any bonus payments, gifts and/or providing goods (services) in any form, using other types of incentives, the provision of which is directly or indirectly conditioned by the fact that the player loses in the relevant gambling game."

2.4. The promotion is not a game of chance, including any other game or service in the field of games of chance.

2.5. The Promotion is held on the website www.ggbet.ua, which is considered the venue of the Promotion.

2.6. The promotion is held in the period from June 10 to July 14, 2024.

2.7. The action is being held on the territory of Ukraine, with the exception of temporarily occupied territories, determined by the decision of the National Security Council, put into effect by the decree of the President of Ukraine.

2.8. By participating in the Promotion in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to these Rules, undertakes to comply with them and consents to the collection and processing of his personal data by the Organizer.

3. PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROMOTION:

3.1. Only a natural person who has reached the age of 21, is legally competent, is not in the Register of persons who are restricted from access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling, and is registered on the website www.ggbet.ua can be a Participant of the Promotion. and, accordingly, who passed the identification and verification procedure, and read, accepted and agreed with the terms and conditions of the Promotion.

3.2. Participants of the Promotion participate in the Promotion voluntarily and personally, on their own behalf, and by their participation in the Promotion assume all risks, consequences and responsibilities that may be associated with participation in the Promotion.

3.3. If the Participant of the Promotion does not accept and does not agree with the conditions and Rules of the Promotion, as well as if the Participant provided the Organizer with unreliable, including incorrect data, in this case the Participant is automatically deprived of the right to further participate in the Promotion, and the Organizer has no obligations before such Participant.

3.4. To obtain a Subscription, the Promotion Participant must:

3.4.1. provide the Organizer with the following information about yourself: surname, first name and patronymic; contact phone number; a scan copy of the registration number of the taxpayer's account card of the Promotion Participant; a scanned copy of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine of the Participant of the Promotion;

3.4.2. provide the Organizer with an e-mail address to which the Promotion Participant will receive a Subscription from the Organizer's Partner.

4. RIGHTS OF A PARTICIPANT IN THE PROMOTION:

4.1. The Participant has the right to receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.

4.2. The Participant has the right to participate in the Promotion, subject to compliance with the requirements and Rules of the Promotion.

4.3. The Participant has the right to refuse participation in the Promotion.

5. DUTIES OF THE PARTICIPANT:

5.1. To comply with the conditions and Rules of the Promotion, as well as other rules of the Organizer, including the legislation of Ukraine.

5.2. Do not transfer the right to participate in the Promotion to third parties.

5.3. Provide the necessary information and documents at the request of the Organizer and in accordance with the Promotion Rules.

5.4. Do not obstruct the Organizer in the process of conducting the Promotion.

5.5. Do not violate the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.

6. ORGANIZER'S RIGHTS;

6.1. The organizer has the right to unilaterally change the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.

6.2. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the Promotion Period.

6.3. The organizer has the right to refuse any individual to participate in the Promotion.

6.4. The Organizer has the right to demand from the Participant proper fulfillment of the conditions and Rules of the Promotion by the Participant.

6.5. The Organizer has the right to require the Participant to provide additional information and documents in order to fulfill the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.

The Organizer has the right to check the registration data and all transactions of the Promotion Participants. In the case of detection of the fact of using a prohibited strategy and/or fraud, including the use of a multi-account, the Organizer reserves the right to deny such Participants further participation in the Promotion.

7. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE FIRST PROMOTION PERIOD:

7.1. In the period from June 10 to June 27, 2024, the Participant can choose one of three Bonuses, namely:

- Bonus 100% up to UAH 4000 for a one-time replenishment of the Client account balance in the amount from UAH 200 to 1999. And after making a deposit, an additional bonus of UAH 500 for bets for a total amount from UAH 1600 to UAH 3999;

- Bonus 150% up to UAH 12,000 for a one-time replenishment of the Client account balance in the amount from UAH 2000 to UAH 9999. And after making a deposit, an additional bonus of UAH 2000 for bets totaling from UAH 4000 to UAH 7999;

- Bonus of 200% up to UAH 30000 for a one-time replenishment of the balance of the Client's account in the amount of UAH 10000 or more. And after making a deposit, an additional bonus of UAH 5000 for bets for a total amount of UAH 8000;

7.2. This Promotion is one-time only, i.e. the Participant cannot receive the Bonus by performing the algorithm described in these Rules again after receiving the Bonus under this Promotion for the first time.

7.3. The Participant of the Promotion, following the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as the Rules of the organizer of bookmaking activities and online casino gambling games of the Limited Liability Company "GGBET", must register or authorize on the Website, including going through the identification and verification procedure.

7.4. The Promotion participant must activate the Promotion in the personal account in the "Promotions" section.

7.5. The Participant of the Promotion must make a deposit in the amount of at least 200 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum amount of received Bonus is 30,000 UAH for the third deposit bonus.

7.6. A mandatory condition for receiving the Bonus is to activate the Promotion before depositing the required amount into the client's gaming account (deposit). The minimum required amount of the deposit, which is 200.00 UAH, must be made within 14 days after activation of the Promotion. If there are no deposits in the period indicated above, the conditions of the Promotion are considered not fulfilled.

7.7. Bets to receive bonuses of UAH 500, UAH 2000, UAH 5000 must be of the "Ordinary" type with a coefficient of 1.5 or more on a football match.

7.8. In order to withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings as a result of using the Bonus, the user must place bets for a total amount of at least 16 times, 17 times, 18 times more than the received bonus, respectively, for 100%, 150% and 200%, and at least in 16 times more received bonuses for bets, within 14 days from the date of receipt of bonuses for deposit.

7.9. Bonus funds of bonus pages are played only on calculated bets of the "Ordinary" type with a coefficient of 1.75 or more.

7.10. In case of non-fulfillment of the bonus withdrawal conditions within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled and the funds of the bonus balance will be debited. The maximum amount of real funds received after winning the Bonus is equal to the amount of the received Bonus

7.11. In case of withdrawal of funds from the client's gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

7.12. Only one Action can be activated at the same time. Activating any Promotion - the previously active Promotion is automatically deactivated.

7.13 Participant, participating in the promotion, has the opportunity to receive a monthly subscription from Setanta Sports. For this, the Participant needs to activate the promotion and make a deposit, in accordance with the terms of the promotion.

8. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SECOND PROMOTION PERIOD:

8.1. In the period from June 28 to July 3, 2024, the Participant can choose one of three Bonuses, namely:

- Freebet 200 UAH for a one-time replenishment of the Client account balance in the amount from 200 to 999 UAH;

- Freebet 800 UAH for a one-time replenishment of the Client account balance in the amount from 1000 to 9999 UAH;

- Freebet 6,000 UAH for a one-time replenishment of the Client account balance in the amount of 10,000 UAH;

8.2. This Promotion is one-time only, i.e. the Participant cannot receive the Bonus by performing the algorithm described in these Rules again after receiving the Bonus under this Promotion for the first time.

8.3. The Participant of the Promotion, following the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as the Rules of the organizer of bookmaking activities and online casino gambling of the Limited Liability Company "GGBET", must register or authorize on the Website, including passing the identification and verification procedure.

8.4. The Promotion participant must activate the Promotion in the personal account in the "Promotions" section.

8.5. The Participant of the Promotion must make a deposit in the amount of at least 200 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum amount of received Bonus is 6,000 UAH for the third of the free bets.

8.6. A mandatory condition for receiving the Bonus is to activate the Promotion before depositing the required amount into the client's gaming account (deposit). The minimum required amount of the deposit, which is 200.00 UAH, must be made within 14 days after the activation of the second stage of the Promotion. If there are no deposits in the period indicated above, the conditions of the Promotion are considered not fulfilled.

8.7. The user can make a free bet for the amount specified in these conditions. the bet must be of the "Ordinary" type with a coefficient of 1.75 on a football match.

8.8. Freebet must be used within 5 days from the day of its receipt.

8.9. In order to withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings as a result of using the Bonus, the user must place bets for a total amount of at least 6, 7, 8 times more, respectively, than the received free bets of UAH 300, UAH 800, UAH 6000 within 14 days from the date of their receipt . Only in this case will the user receive his free bet.

8.10. Bonus funds of bonus pages are played only on calculated bets of the "Ordinary" type with a coefficient of 1.75 or more.

8.11. In case of non-fulfillment of the bonus withdrawal conditions within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled and the funds of the bonus balance will be debited. The maximum amount of real funds received after winning the Bonus is equal to the amount of the received Bonus

8.12. In case of withdrawal of funds from the client's gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

8.13. Only one Action can be activated at the same time. Activating any Promotion - the previously active Promotion is automatically deactivated.

8.14. By participating in the promotion, the participant gets a chance to receive one of 10 annual subscriptions from Setanta Sports. For this, the Participant needs to activate the promotion and make a deposit, in accordance with the terms of the promotion. The drawing of subscriptions will take place after the end of the campaign.

9. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE THIRD PERIOD OF THE PROMOTION:

9.1. In the period from July 4 to July 7, 2024, the Participant can choose one of three Bonuses, namely:

- Freebet 300 UAH for a one-time replenishment of the Client account balance in the amount from 200 to 999 UAH;

- Freebet 1,000 UAH for a one-time replenishment of the Client account balance in the amount from 1,000 to 9,999 UAH;

- Freebet 6,000 UAH for a one-time replenishment of the balance of the Client's account in the amount of 10,000 UAH;

9.2. This Promotion is one-time only, i.e. the Participant cannot receive the Bonus by performing the algorithm described in these Rules again after receiving the Bonus under this Promotion for the first time.

9.3. The Participant of the Promotion, following the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as the Rules of the organizer of bookmaking activities and online casino gambling of the Limited Liability Company "GGBET", must register or authorize on the Website, including passing the identification and verification procedure.

9.4. The Promotion participant must activate the Promotion in the personal account in the "Promotions" section.

9.5. The Participant of the Promotion must make a deposit in the amount of at least 200 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum amount of received Bonus is 5,000 UAH for the third of the free bets.

9.6. A mandatory condition for receiving the Bonus is to activate the Promotion before depositing the required amount into the client's gaming account (deposit). The minimum required amount of the deposit, which is 200.00 UAH, must be made within 14 days after the activation of the third stage of the Promotion. If there are no deposits in the period indicated above, the conditions of the Promotion are considered not fulfilled.

9.7. The user can make a free bet for the amount specified in these conditions. The bet must be of the "Ordinary" type with a coefficient of 1.75 or more on a football match.

9.8. Freebet must be used within 5 days from the day of its receipt.

9.9. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings as a result of using the Bonus, the user must place bets for a total amount of at least 6, 7, 8 times more, respectively, than the received free bets of UAH 300, UAH 1,000, UAH 6,000 within 14 days from the date of their receipt . Only in this case will the user receive his free bet.

9.10. Bonus funds of bonus pages are played only on calculated bets of the "Ordinary" type with a coefficient of 1.75 or more.

9.11. In case of non-fulfillment of the bonus withdrawal conditions within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled and the funds of the bonus balance will be debited. The maximum amount of real funds received after winning the Bonus is equal to the amount of the received Bonus

9.12. In case of withdrawal of funds from the client's gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

9.13. Only one Action can be activated at the same time. Activating any Promotion - the previously active Promotion is automatically deactivated.

9.14. By participating in the promotion, the participant gets a chance to receive one of 50 annual subscriptions from Setanta Sports. For this, the Participant needs to activate the promotion and make a deposit, in accordance with the terms of the promotion. The drawing of subscriptions will take place after the end of the campaign.

10. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE FOURTH PROMOTION PERIOD:

10.1. In the period from July 8 to July 11, 2024, the Participant can choose one of three Bonuses, namely:

- Freebet 300 UAH for a one-time replenishment of the Client account balance in the amount from 200 to 1999 UAH;

- Freebet 2,000 UAH for a one-time replenishment of the Client account balance in the amount from 2,000 to 9,999 UAH;

- Freebet 6,000 UAH for a one-time replenishment of the balance of the Client's account in the amount of 10,000 UAH;

10.2. This Promotion is one-time only, i.e. the Participant cannot receive the Bonus by performing the algorithm described in these Rules again after receiving the Bonus under this Promotion for the first time.

10.3. The Participant of the Promotion, following the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as the Rules of the organizer of bookmaking activities and online casino gambling of the Limited Liability Company "GGBET", must register or authorize on the Website, including passing the identification and verification procedure.

10.10. Bonus funds of bonus pages are played only on calculated bets of the "Ordinary" type with a coefficient of 1.75 or more.

10.11. In case of non-fulfillment of the bonus withdrawal conditions within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled and the funds of the bonus balance will be debited. The maximum amount of real funds received after winning the Bonus is equal to the amount of the received Bonus

10.12. In case of withdrawal of funds from the client's gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

10.13. Only one Action can be activated at the same time. Activating any Promotion - the previously active Promotion is automatically deactivated.

10.14. By participating in the promotion, the participant gets a chance to receive one of 50 annual subscriptions from Setanta Sports. For this, the Participant needs to activate the promotion and make a deposit, in accordance with the terms of the promotion. The drawing of subscriptions will take place after the end of the campaign.

11. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE FIFTH PROMOTION PERIOD:

11.1. In the period from July 12 to July 14, 2024, the Participant can choose one of three Bonuses, namely:

- Freebet 200 UAH and a bonus of 150% up to 4,000 UAH for a one-time replenishment of the balance of the Client's account in the amount from 200 to 1,999 UAH;

- Freebet 800 UAH and a bonus of 175% up to 30,000 UAH for a one-time replenishment of the Client account balance in the amount from 2,000 UAH to 11,999 UAH;

- Freebet 7,000 UAH and a bonus of 200% up to 90,000 UAH for a one-time replenishment of the balance of the Client's account in the amount of 12,000 UAH;

11.2. This Promotion is one-time only, i.e. the Participant cannot receive the Bonus by performing the algorithm described in these Rules again after receiving the Bonus under this Promotion for the first time.

11.3. The Participant of the Promotion, following the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as the Rules of the organizer of bookmaking activities and online casino gambling of the Limited Liability Company "GGBET", must register or authorize on the Website, including passing the identification and verification procedure.

11.4. The Promotion participant must activate the Promotion in the personal account in the "Promotions" section.

11.5. The Participant of the Promotion must make a deposit in the amount of at least 200 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum amount of received Bonus is 90,000 UAH for the third deposit bonus.

11.6. A mandatory condition for receiving the Bonus is to activate the Promotion before depositing the required amount into the client's gaming account (deposit). The minimum required amount of the deposit, which is 200.00 UAH, must be made within 14 days after activation of the Promotion. If there are no deposits in the period indicated above, the conditions of the Promotion are considered not fulfilled.

11.7. The user can make a free bet for the amount specified in these conditions. The bet must be of the "Ordinary" type with a coefficient of 1.75 or more on a football match.

11.8. Freebet must be used within 5 days from the day of its receipt.

11.9. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings as a result of using the Bonus, the user must place bets for a total amount of at least 6 times the received bonus within 14 days from the date of receipt of free bets. Or make bets on the total amount, respectively, at least 15 times, 16 times, 17 times more than the received bonuses of 100%, 150% and 200% within 14 days from the date of their receipt.

11.10. Bonus funds of bonus pages are played only on calculated bets of the "Ordinary" type with a coefficient of 1.75 or more.

11.11. In case of non-fulfillment of the bonus withdrawal conditions within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled and the funds of the bonus balance will be debited. The maximum amount of real funds received after winning the Bonus is equal to the amount of the received Bonus

11.12. In case of withdrawal of funds from the client's gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

11.13. Only one Action can be activated at the same time. Activating any Promotion - the previously active Promotion is automatically deactivated.

11.14. Participating in the campaign, the participant gets a chance to receive one of a hundred annual subscriptions from Setanta Sports. For this, the Participant needs to activate the promotion and make a deposit, in accordance with the terms of the promotion. The drawing of subscriptions will take place after the end of the campaign.

12. PROMOTION BUDGET:

12.1. The Organizer independently forms the budget of the Promotion and can change it, as well as determine the characteristics of the Bonuses and their quantitative indicators.

12.2. Bonuses received by the Participants are taxed according to the law, that is, after the transformation of the Bonus into the Balance, and at the time of payment of the Winnings by the Organizer to the Participant's electronic payment method (bank card), since the income of individuals is finally taxed at their expense and at the time of payment.

12.3. According to the provisions of Clause 164.2 of Article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, in the event that the taxpayer receives income in the form of winnings (prizes) in the lottery or other raffles, in the bookmaker pair, in the totalizer pair, prizes and winnings in monetary form, received for winning and/or participation in amateur sports competitions, including billiards, such income is included in the total monthly (annual) taxable income of the taxpayer and is taxed by the tax agent at the time of its payment. That is, the total amount of the above-mentioned winnings (prizes) is subject to personal income tax at the rate of 18 percent and a military levy of 1.5 percent.

13. FINAL PART:

13.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to the Notice on the processing of personal data of LLC "GGBET", in connection with which the Participant gives voluntary consent to the processing of his personal data, namely:

- Registration data (name, surname, patronymic (if available), age, e-mail address, mobile phone number, password to access the Customer account);

- Identification data (information about a passport or other identity document that, in accordance with the law, can be used on the territory of Ukraine for the conclusion of transactions: number, series (if available), date of issue and authority that issued the document and photos of it document; tax payer registration number; telephone number and e-mail address for persons who are residents of other countries (non-residents); information about your place of residence or residence (for residents) , place of residence or temporary stay in Ukraine (for non-residents); electronic signature data, BankID, MobileID if the Participant uses these methods for identification on the Website; unique registration number in the Unified State Demographic Register (if available) for non-residents );

- Communication data (in the process of using the Website/Services and in the process of conducting the Promotion, the Organizer can communicate with the Participant using an email address, the Website interface, paper correspondence, SMS correspondence, in social networks, as well as using audio - and video calls. The organizer collects and stores the date and time of communication, the means of communication, the content of all messages, call recordings (both audio and video), the status of the resolution of the issue you have addressed, etc.).

13.2. The Organizer is not responsible for deficiencies in the means of information technology, which occurred as a result of the operation of the equipment used by the Participant to access the Website, as well as for failures in the work of Internet providers.

13.3. If, in case of violation/non-fulfilment of these Rules by the Participant, the Organizer has not taken any sanctions, restrictions, or other actions in accordance with these Rules or current legislation, then such actions of the Organizer should not be considered as a waiver of the right to apply sanctions or to protect its rights and legitimate interests, in particular, in administrative or judicial proceedings, in the future.

13.4. The Organizer is not responsible for any losses or damages that the Participant or a third party may suffer as a result of deficiencies and failures of information technology tools, caused by hacker attacks, malicious software when using the Website and/or Mobile Application, including in in case of downloading any materials posted on the Website and/or Mobile Application and/or any links posted on the Website/Mobile Application.
