1. DEFINITIONS:
1.1. Organizer – LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "GG.BET", legal entity code 44912194 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), registered in Ukraine, 02002, Kyiv, Yevhena Sverstiuka St., 17, office 601, operating in accordance with the licenses issued on 23.08.2023 by the Gambling and Lottery Regulation Commission (Decision No. 129 dated 08.08.2023 and Decision No. 128 dated 08.08.2023).
1.2. Website – www.ggbet.ua.
1.3. Promotion "Freebet for Winners" – an activity aimed at promoting the Organizer's trademark.
1.4. Promotion Period – from May 6 to May 8, 2025.
1.5. Bonus – incentive provided to the Participant by the Organizer under the Promotion rules, shown in the Participant's personal account. Bonus is acquired by the player for 0.01 UAH.
1.6. Participant – individuals 21 years or older, registered on www.ggbet.ua, not banned from gambling activities, and who passed identification and verification.
1.7. Rules – these official terms and conditions.
1.8. Other terms may be interpreted as per Organizer's rules.
2. GENERAL PROMOTION INFO:
2.1. The Promotion promotes the Organizer's trademark.
2.2. Participants who meet the terms receive a Bonus.
2.3. No cash gifts or rewards based on losing are provided.
2.4. This is not gambling or any gambling-related service.
2.5. Promotion runs on www.ggbet.ua.
2.6. Promotion period: May 6–8, 2025.
2.7. Held in Ukraine except temporarily occupied territories.
2.8. Participation means automatic agreement to these rules and consent to personal data processing.
3. PARTICIPANTS:
3.1. Only individuals 21+ registered and verified at www.ggbet.ua.
3.2. Participation is voluntary and personal.
3.3. If terms are not accepted or false data is provided – exclusion from Promotion.
4. PARTICIPANT RIGHTS:
4.1. Receive information about the Promotion.
4.2. Participate if complying with the rules.
4.3. Withdraw from participation.
5. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS:
5.1. Comply with the rules and laws.
5.2. Not transfer participation rights.
5.3. Provide required documents if requested.
5.4. Not interfere with the Promotion process.
5.5. Not violate the rules.
6. ORGANIZER RIGHTS:
6.1. Change rules unilaterally.
6.2. Change Promotion period unilaterally.
6.3. Refuse any participant.
6.4. Require participants to comply with rules.
6.5. Request additional documents. Organizer may deny further participation if fraud or multiple accounts are detected.
7. PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS:
7.1. During May 6–8, 2025, Participant may select one of two Bonuses:
- 1000 UAH freebet for winning bet from 2000 UAH
- 2500 UAH freebet for winning bet from 5000 UAH
7.2. The Promotion is one-time only.
7.3. Participants must register/login and verify identity.
7.4. Activate the Promotion in "Promotions" section.
7.5. Bets must be:
- From 2000 UAH for 1000 UAH freebet
- From 5000 UAH for 2500 UAH freebet
7.6. The bonus is credited only for the first winning bet after activation. No winning bet during the period – no Bonus.
7.7. Bet must be made with real funds. Single bet with odds from 1.75 on football.
7.8. Bonus can only be used when real balance is empty. Freebet valid 5 days after receiving.
7.9. Wagering: x2 turnover for 1000 UAH, x4 for 2500 UAH freebets within 14 days.
7.10. Bonus money must be wagered on single bets with odds from 1.5.
7.11. If wagering conditions are not met — Bonus and balance are canceled. Max real cash after wagering = freebet amount.
7.12. Withdrawal cancels bonus balance.
7.13. Only one promotion can be active at a time.
8. PROMOTION BUDGET:
8.1. Organizer sets and may change Promotion budget and Bonuses.
8.2. Bonuses are subject to tax after conversion to Balance and payment to user card.
8.3. According to Ukrainian tax code, winnings are taxed at 18% income tax + 1.5% military tax.
9. FINAL CLAUSES:
9.1. By participating, Participant agrees to personal data processing and provides consent.
9.2. Organizer is not liable for IT issues caused by user devices or ISPs.
9.3. Lack of Organizer's action does not mean waiver of rights.
9.4. Organizer is not liable for losses due to hacker attacks or malware when using the site or app.
