1. INTERPRETATION OF DEFINITIONS, TERMS, NAMES:

1.1. Customer/Organizer of the Promotion – LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "GGBET" legal entity identification code 44912194 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), legal address Ukraine, 02002, Kyiv city, st. Sverstyuk Yevhena, 17, office 601, which operates in accordance with the License for the organization and conduct of casino gambling on the Internet, issued on 08/23/2023 on the basis of the decision of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries No. 129 dated 08/08/2023, the License for the organization and conduct of bookmaking activities dated 08/23/2023, issued in accordance with the decision of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries on the issuance of a license No. 128 dated 08/08/2023.

1.2. Website - means the website at the link www.ggbet.ua.

1.3. The "YOUR BONUS STRATEGY" promotion is an event carried out by the Organizer in accordance with the Rules and Conditions specified in this document and aimed at promoting the Organizer's trademark for goods and services (trademark).

1.4. The Promotion period is from January 3 to February 3, 2025.

1.5. Bonus is an incentive provided by the Organizer to the Participant as a result of compliance with the Rules and Conditions of the Promotion, and which is displayed in the relevant section of the Participant's account/account, provided that the Organizer provides such an incentive.

1.6. Participant – individuals who have reached the age of 21, are legally capable, are not on the Register of persons with restricted access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling, and are registered on the website https://ggbet.ua, and accordingly, who have passed the identification and verification procedure, and comply with the terms and conditions of the Promotion.

1.7. Rules – official rules and conditions of the promotion “YOUR BONUS STRATEGY”, which are approved by the Organizer and set out in this document.

1.8. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted by other Rules of the Organizer.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:

2.1. The promotion is held with the aim of promoting the trademark for goods and services (trademark) of the Organizer.

2.2. As a result of fulfilling the terms and conditions of the Promotion, the Participant receives a Bonus from the Organizer.

2.3. The Promotion does not provide for the possibility of providing players with any bonus payments, gifts and/or the provision of goods (services) in any form, or the use of other types of incentives, the provision of which is directly or indirectly conditioned by the fact of the player losing in the relevant gambling game.

2.4. The Promotion is not a game of chance, including any other game or service in the field of gambling.

2.5. The Promotion is held on the website www.ggbet.ua, which is considered the venue of the Promotion.

2.6. The Promotion is held from January 3 to February 3, 2025.

2.7. The Promotion is held on the territory of Ukraine, with the exception of temporarily occupied territories determined by the decision of the National Security and Defense Council, put into effect by the decree of the President of Ukraine.

2.8. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to these Rules, undertakes to comply with them and consents to the collection and processing of his personal data by the Organizer.

3. PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROMOTION:

3.1. Only an individual who has reached the age of 21, is legally capable, is not on the Register of persons with restricted access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling, and is registered on the website www.ggbet.ua, and accordingly, who has passed the identification and verification procedure, and has read, accepted and agreed to the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

3.2. The Participants of the Promotion participate in the Promotion voluntarily and personally, on their own behalf, and by their participation in the Promotion assume all risks, consequences and liability that may be associated with participation in the Promotion.

3.3. If the Participant of the Promotion does not accept and does not agree with the terms and conditions and Rules of the Promotion, as well as if the Participant has provided the Organizer with unreliable, including incorrect data, in such case the Participant is automatically deprived of the right to further participate in the Promotion, and the Organizer has no obligations to such Participant.

4. RIGHTS OF THE PARTICIPANT OF THE PROMOTION:

4.1. The Participant has the right to receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.

4.2. The Participant has the right to participate in the Promotion, provided that the requirements and Rules of the Promotion are met.

4.3. The Participant has the right to refuse to participate in the Promotion.

5. PARTICIPANT'S OBLIGATIONS:

5.1. To comply with the terms and conditions of the Promotion, as well as other rules of the Organizer, including the legislation of Ukraine.

5.2. Not to transfer the right to participate in the Promotion to third parties.

5.3. To provide the necessary information and documents at the request of the Organizer and in accordance with the Rules of the Promotion.

5.4. Not to obstruct the Organizer in the process of holding the Promotion.

5.5. Not to violate the terms and conditions of the Promotion.

6. RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZER;

6.1. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change thethe terms and conditions of the Promotion.

6.2. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the Promotion Period.

6.3. The Organizer has the right to refuse any individual from participating in the Promotion.

6.4. The Organizer has the right to require the Participant to properly comply with the terms and conditions of the Promotion.

6.5. The Organizer has the right to require the Participant to provide additional information and documents in order to comply with the terms and conditions of the Promotion.

The Organizer has the right to check the registration data and all transactions of the Participants of the Promotion. In the event of the use of a prohibited strategy and/or fraud, including the use of a multi-account, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse such Participants from further participation in the Promotion.

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION IN THE FIRST PROMOTION PERIOD:

7.1. During the period from November 3 to November 24, 2025, the Participant can choose one of three Bonuses, namely:

- Freebet 500 UAH for a one-time replenishment of the Client Account balance in the amount of from 500 UAH to 4999 UAH;

- Freebet 5000 UAH for a one-time replenishment of the Client Account balance in the amount of from 5000 UAH to 14999 UAH;

- Freebet 15000 UAH for a one-time replenishment of the Client Account balance in the amount of from 15000 UAH;

7.3. This Promotion is a one-time offer, i.e. the Participant cannot receive the Bonus by following the algorithm described in these Rules again after receiving the Bonus under this Promotion for the first time.

7.4. The Participant of the Promotion, in compliance with the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as the Rules of the organizer of bookmaking activities and casino gambling on the Internet, Limited Liability Company "GGBET", must register or log in to the Website, including going through the identification and verification procedure.

7.5. The Participant of the Promotion must activate the Promotion in his personal account in the "Promotions" section.

7.6. The Participant of the Promotion must make a deposit in the amount of:

- not less than 500 hryvnias to receive the Bonus. The maximum total amount of the Bonus received is 500 hryvnias.

- not less than 5000 hryvnias to receive the Bonus. The maximum total amount of the Bonus received is 5000 hryvnias.

- not less than 15000 hryvnias to receive the Bonus. The maximum total amount of the Bonus received is 15000 hryvnias.

7.7. A mandatory condition for receiving the Bonus is the activation of the Promotion before depositing the required amount into the client's gaming account (deposit). The minimum required deposit amount, which is 500.00 hryvnias, must be made during the Promotion period after its activation. If there are no deposits during the above period, the terms of the Promotion are considered not fulfilled.

7.8. The user can make a free bet for the amount specified in these terms. The bet must be of the "Ordinary" type with odds of 1.75 on a football match.

7.9. The free bet must be used during the Promotion period.

7.10. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings as a result of using the Bonus, the user must place bets for a total amount of at least 6 (for a free bet of 500 hryvnia), 7 (for a free bet of 5,000 hryvnia) and 8 times (for a free bet of 15,000 hryvnia) more than the received bonus within 14 days from the date of receiving the first, second, and third free bets, respectively.

7.11. Bonus funds from the bidding bonus are wagered only on calculated bets of the "Ordinary" type with odds of 1.75 or higher.

7.12. The Participant of the Promotion may place a bet using the real money balance on the real balance of the client's gaming account and the Bonus from the bonus balance. The winnings from a bet that was made using the real money balance on the real balance of the client's gaming account and the Bonus from the bonus balance will be distributed proportionally. Winnings from bets made using the Bonus will be credited to the bonus balance, and winnings from bets made using real money from the real balance of the client's gaming account will be credited to the real balance of the client's gaming account.

7.13. If the conditions for wagering the Bonus are not met within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled, and the bonus balance funds will be debited. The maximum amount of real funds received after wagering the Bonus is equal to the amount of the Bonus received.

7.14. In the event of a withdrawal of funds from the client's gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

7.15. Only one Promotion can be activated at a time. Activating any Promotion automatically deactivates the previously active Promotion.

8. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION IN THE SECOND AND THIRD PERIODS OF THE PROMOTION:

8.1. In the period from January 13 to January 21, 2025 (second period) and from January 22 to February 3, 2025 (third period). The participant can choose one of three Bonuses, namely:

- 100% Bonus up to 5,000 UAH for a one-time replenishment of the Client Account balance in the amount of 100 to 4,999 UAH;

- 150% Bonus up to 30,000 UAH for a one-time replenishment of the Client Account balance in the amount of 5,000 to 19,999 UAH;

- Bonus 200% up to 70,000 hryvnias for a one-time replenishment of the Client Account balance in the amount of 20,000 hryvnias;

8.2. This Promotion is one-time, i.e. the Participant cannot receive the Bonus by following the algorithm described in these Rules again after receiving the Bonus under this Promotion for the first time.

8.3. The Participant of the Promotion, in compliance with the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as the Rules of the organizer of bookmaking activities and casino gambling on the Internet, Limited Liability Company "GGBET", must register or log in to the Website, including going through the identification and verification procedure.

8.4. The Participant of the Promotion must activate the Promotion in his personal account in the "My sports bonuses" section.

8.5. The Participant of the Promotion must make a deposit in the amount of:

- not less than 100 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum amount of the Bonus received is 5000 UAH for the third from the deposit bonus.

- not less than 5000 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum amount of the Bonus received is 30000 UAH for the third from the deposit bonus.

- not less than 20000 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum amount of the Bonus received is 70000 UAH for the third from the deposit bonus.

8.6. A mandatory condition for receiving the Bonus is the activation of the Promotion before depositing the required amount to the client's gaming account (deposit). The minimum required deposit amount, which is 100.00 UAH, must be made during the Promotion period. If there are no deposits during the above period, the conditions of the Promotion are considered not fulfilled.

8.7. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings as a result of using the Bonus, the user must place bets for a total amount of at least 15 times the received bonus for 100%, 16 times the received bonus for 150% and 17 times the received bonus for 200%, within 14 days from the date of receiving the deposit bonuses.

8.8. Bonus funds of the bidding bonus are wagered only on calculated bets of the "Ordinary" type with odds of 1.75 or higher.

8.9. In case of failure to fulfill the conditions for wagering the Bonus within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled and the bonus balance funds will be debited. The maximum amount of real funds received after wagering the Bonus is equal to the amount of the received Bonus and the amount of the maximum bonus for the deposit bonus.

8.10. In case of withdrawal of funds from the client's gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

8.11. Only one Promotion can be activated at a time. Activating any Promotion automatically deactivates the previously active Promotion.

9. PROMOTION BUDGET:

9.1. The Organizer independently forms the budget of the Promotion and may change it, as well as determine the characteristics of the Bonuses and their quantitative indicators.

9.2. Bonuses received by Participants are taxed by law, i.e. after the transformation of the Bonus into the Balance, and at the time of payment of the Winnings by the Organizer to the Participant's electronic payment instrument (bank card), since the income of individuals is finally taxed at their expense and at the time of payment.

9.3. According to the provisions of Clause 164.2 of Article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, if a taxpayer receives income in the form of a win (prize) in a lottery or other draws, in a bookmaker's bet, in a totalizer bet, prizes and winnings in cash received for winning and/or participating in amateur sports competitions, including billiards, such income is included in the total monthly (annual) taxable income of the taxpayer and is taxed by the tax agent at the time of its payment. That is, the total amount of the above-mentioned winnings (prizes) is subject to personal income tax at a rate of 18 percent and military duty, which is 1.5 percent.

10. FINAL PART:

10.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to the Notice on the processing of personal data of LLC "GGBET", in connection with which the Participant gives voluntary consent to the processing of his/her personal data, namely:

- Registration data (name, surname, patronymic (if available), age, email address, mobile phone number, password to access the Client Account);

- Identification data (information about a passport or other document that certifies an individual and, in accordance with the law, can be used in Ukraine to conclude transactions: number, series (if available), date of issue and the authority that issued the document and photos of this document; registration number of the taxpayer's registration card (RNOKPP); telephone number and email address; for persons who are residents of states other than Ukraine (non-residents) - information about citizenship; information about your place of residence or place of stay (for residents), place of residence or place of temporary stay in Ukraine (for non-residents); electronic signature data, BankID, MobileID if the Participant uses these methods for identification on the Website; unique numberentry in the Unified State Demographic Register (if available) for non-residents);

- Communication Data (during the use of the Website/Services and during the Promotion, the Organizer may communicate with the Participant using an email address, the Website interface, paper correspondence, SMS correspondence, on social networks, as well as using audio and video calls. The Organizer collects and stores the date and time of communication, the means of communication, the content of all messages, call recordings (both audio and video), the status of the resolution of the issue you have addressed, etc.).

10.2. The Organizer is not responsible for deficiencies in information technology tools that arose as a result of the operation of the equipment used by the Participant to access the Website, as well as for failures in the operation of Internet providers.

10.3. If in the event of a Participant's violation/failure to comply with these Rules, the Organizer has not taken any sanctions, restrictions, or other actions in accordance with these Rules or applicable law, such actions of the Organizer shall not be considered as a waiver of the right to apply sanctions or to protect its rights and legitimate interests, in particular, in administrative or judicial proceedings, in the future.

10.4. The Organizer is not liable for any losses or damages that the Participant or a third party may incur as a result of deficiencies and failures of information technology tools caused by hacker attacks, malicious software when using the Website and/or Mobile Application, including in the event of downloading any materials posted on the Website and/or Mobile Application and/or any links posted on the Website/Mobile Application.
