WHIRLWIND OF FOOTBALL BONUSES

1. DEFINITIONS, TERMS, TITLES:

1.1. Customer/Promotion Organizer – Limited Liability Company "GGBET", legal entity identification code 44912194 (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer"), located at 18 Yevhen Sverstyuk St., Office 601, Kyiv, Ukraine, 02002, operating under the License for organizing and conducting casino gambling activities online, issued on August 23, 2023, based on the decision of the Gambling and Lottery Commission No. 129 dated August 8, 2023, and the License for organizing and conducting bookmaker activities issued on August 23, 2023, based on the Commission’s decision No. 128 dated August 8, 2023.

1.2. Website – refers to the website at www.ggbet.ua.

1.3. "WHIRLWIND OF FOOTBALL BONUSES" Promotion – an event organized by the Organizer in accordance with the Terms and Conditions outlined in this document aimed at promoting the Organizer's trademark.

1.4. Promotion Period – from November 11 to December 8, 2024.

1.5. Bonus – an incentive provided by the Organizer to the Participant in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion, which is reflected in the Participant's account section upon the Organizer providing such an incentive.

1.6. Participant – individuals who are at least 21 years old, legally competent, not listed in the Register of individuals with restricted access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling, registered on the website https://ggbet.ua, and have completed identification and verification procedures and comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.

1.7. Rules – official terms and conditions of the "WHIRLWIND OF FOOTBALL BONUSES" promotion approved by the Organizer and set forth in this document.

1.8. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted by other Rules of the Organizer.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:

2.1. The Promotion is conducted to promote the Organizer's trademark.

2.2. Upon meeting the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion, the Participant receives a Bonus from the Organizer.

2.3. The Promotion does not provide for any bonus payments, gifts, and/or goods (services) in any form, nor any other incentives directly or indirectly conditioned by the fact of the Participant's loss in the respective gambling activity.

2.4. The Promotion is not a gambling game, nor any other type of gambling or service in the gambling sector.

2.5. The Promotion is conducted on the website www.ggbet.ua, which is considered the Promotion site.

2.6. The Promotion will be held from November 11 to December 8, 2024.

2.7. The Promotion is conducted within Ukraine, excluding temporarily occupied territories as defined by the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC), enforced by the decree of the President of Ukraine.

2.8. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to these Rules, undertakes to comply with them, and consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organizer.

3. PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROMOTION:

3.1. The Promotion participant can only be an individual who is at least 21 years old, legally competent, not listed in the Register of persons restricted from gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling, and registered on the website www.ggbet.ua, who has completed the identification and verification procedure, and has reviewed, accepted, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.

3.2. Participants enter the Promotion voluntarily and personally, on their behalf, and by participating in the Promotion, they assume all risks, consequences, and liabilities that may be associated with participation in the Promotion.

3.3. If the Participant does not accept or agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion, or if the Participant provides the Organizer with false or incorrect data, the Participant automatically forfeits the right to continue participating in the Promotion, and the Organizer has no obligations to such a Participant.

4. PARTICIPANT RIGHTS:

4.1. The Participant has the right to receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.

4.2. The Participant has the right to participate in the Promotion, subject to compliance with the Promotion Terms and Conditions.

4.3. The Participant has the right to opt-out of participating in the Promotion.

5. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS:

5.1. Comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion, as well as other Organizer’s rules and Ukrainian laws.

5.2. Not transfer the right to participate in the Promotion to third parties.

5.3. Provide the Organizer with the necessary information and documents as required under the Promotion Terms and Conditions.

5.4. Not interfere with the Organizer in the conduct of the Promotion.

5.5. Not violate the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.

6. ORGANIZER RIGHTS:

6.1. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.

6.2. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the Promotion period.

6.3. The Organizer has the right to deny any individual participation in the Promotion.

6.4. The Organizer has the right to require proper compliance with the Promotion Terms and Conditions by the Participant.

6.5. The Organizer has the right to request additional information and documents from the Participant to fulfill the Promotion Terms and Conditions.

The Organizer reserves the right to verify registration data and all transactions of Promotion Participants. In the event of prohibited strategy use or fraud, including multi-accounting, the Organizer reserves the right to deny such Participants further participation in the Promotion.

7. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE FIRST AND THIRD PROMOTION PERIODS:

7.1. From November 11 to November 17, 2024, the Participant may choose one of the Bonuses:

- 100% bonus up to 5,000 UAH for a single deposit of 200 to 4,999 UAH in the Client’s account balance;

- 150% bonus up to 38,000 UAH for a single deposit of 5,000 to 24,999 UAH in the Client’s account balance;

- 200% bonus up to 60,000 UAH for a single deposit of at least 25,000 UAH in the Client’s account balance;

7.2. From November 25 to December 1, 2024, the Participant may choose one of the Bonuses:

- 100% bonus up to 5,000 UAH for a single deposit of 200 to 4,999 UAH in the Client’s account balance;

- 150% bonus up to 42,000 UAH for a single deposit of 5,000 to 27,999 UAH in the Client’s account balance;

- 200% bonus up to 80,000 UAH for a single deposit of at least 28,000 UAH in the Client’s account balance;

7.3. This Promotion is one-time, meaning that a Participant cannot receive the Bonus again after claiming it for the first time as described in these Terms.

7.4. The Participant must register or log in on the Website, including completing the identification and verification process, while complying with the Organizer's rules.

7.5. The Participant must activate the Promotion in their personal account in the "My Sports Bonuses" section.

7.6. The Participant must make a deposit of at least 200 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum Bonus amount is 80,000 UAH for the third deposit bonus in the third period.

7.7. The required condition for receiving the Bonus is activating the Promotion before making the necessary deposit into the gaming account. The minimum deposit amount is 200 UAH and must be made during the Promotion period. If there are no deposits within the specified period, the Promotion Terms are considered unmet.

7.8. The user can place a free bet of the specified amount. The bet must be a single bet with odds of at least 1.75.

7.9. Bonuses can only be used for betting when there are no funds in the real balance.

7.10. To withdraw the bonus funds and/or any winnings resulting from the Bonus, the user must place bets totaling at least 15, 16, and 17 times the received bonuses of 100%, 150%, and 200%, respectively, within 14 days of receipt.

7.11. Betting bonuses can only be wagered on settled single bets with odds of at least 1.75.

7.12. If the Bonus wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled, and the bonus funds will be deducted. The maximum amount of real funds obtained after the wagering of the Bonus equals the maximum 100%, 150%, or 200% Bonus amount.

7.13. In case of withdrawal from the account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

7.14. Only one Promotion can be active at a time. Activating a Promotion will automatically deactivate the previously active Promotion.

8. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SECOND AND FOURTH PROMOTION PERIODS:

8.1. From November 18 to November 24, 2024, the Participant may choose one of the three Bonuses:

- Free Bet of 500 UAH for a single deposit of 200 to 4,999 UAH in the Client’s account balance;

- Free Bet of 7,000 UAH for a single deposit of 5,000 to 24,999 UAH in the Client’s account balance;

- Free Bet of 15,000 UAH for a single deposit of at least 25,000 UAH in the Client’s account balance;

8.2. From December 2 to December 8, 2024, the Participant may choose one of the three Bonuses:

- Free Bet of 800 UAH for a single deposit of 200 to 5,999 UAH in the Client’s account balance;

- Free Bet of 10,000 UAH for a single deposit of 6,000 to 27,999 UAH in the Client’s account balance;

- Free Bet of 20,000 UAH for a single deposit of at least 28,000 UAH in the Client’s account balance;

8.3. This Promotion is one-time, meaning that the Participant cannot receive the Bonus again after claiming it for the first time as described in these Terms.

8.4. The Participant must register or log in on the Website, completing identification and verification, in compliance with the Organizer's gambling and betting rules.

8.5. The Participant must activate the Promotion in their personal account in the "Promotions" section.

8.6. The Participant must make a deposit of at least 200 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum Bonus amount is 20,000 UAH for the third deposit in the fourth period.

8.7. A required condition for receiving the Bonus is activating the Promotion before making the necessary deposit into the gaming account. The minimum deposit amount of 200 UAH must be made during the Promotion period following activation. If no deposits are made during the specified period, the Promotion Terms are considered unmet.

8.8. The user can place a free bet of the specified amount. The bet must be a single bet with odds of at least 1.75 on football matches.

8.9. The Free Bet must be used during the Promotion period.

8.10. To withdraw the bonus funds and/or any winnings from using the Bonus, the user must place bets totaling at least 8, 9, and 10 times the received Bonus within 14 days of receipt for the first, second, and third Free Bets, respectively.

8.11. Betting bonuses can only be wagered on settled single bets with odds of at least 1.75.

8.12. The Participant may place a bet using both the remaining real money balance and the Bonus from the bonus balance. Winnings from bets made with the remaining real balance and the Bonus will be distributed proportionally. Winnings from the Bonus will be credited to the bonus balance, while winnings from the real balance will be credited to the real account balance.

8.13. If the Bonus wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled, and the bonus funds will be deducted. The maximum amount of real funds obtained after the wagering of the Bonus equals the received Bonus amount.

8.14. In the event of withdrawal from the Client’s account balance, the bonus balance will be canceled.

8.15. Only one Promotion can be active at a time. Activating any Promotion will automatically deactivate the previously active Promotion.

9. PROMOTION BUDGET:

9.1. The Organizer independently determines the Promotion’s budget and may adjust it, as well as define the characteristics and quantities of Bonuses.

9.2. Bonuses received by Participants are taxed according to law. Once converted to Balance, and upon payout by the Organizer to the Participant's electronic payment instrument (e.g., bank card), personal income tax of 18% and military tax of 1.5% are deducted from the total amount.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS:

10.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant agrees to the processing of personal data by LLC "GGBET," giving voluntary consent to process the following:

- Registration data (name, surname, patronymic (if applicable), age, email address, mobile phone number, account access password);

- Identification data (passport or other ID details, taxpayer registration number, phone number, email address, for non-residents – citizenship information, residence address, electronic signature data, BankID, MobileID if used for website identification);

- Communication data (date and time of communication, communication means, message content, status of issue resolution, etc.).

10.2. The Organizer is not responsible for technical deficiencies in the equipment used by Participants to access the Website or for failures by internet providers.

10.3. Failure by the Organizer to enforce these Rules does not constitute a waiver of its rights in administrative or judicial proceedings.

10.4. The Organizer is not liable for losses incurred by the Participant or third parties due to technical failures, cyber-attacks, or malware while using the Website and/or Mobile App.
