Yevgena Sverstyuk, building 17, office 601, which carries out its activities in accordance with the License for the organization and conduct of online casino gambling activities, issued on 08/23/2023 based on the decision of the Gambling and Lotteries Regulation Commission No. 129 dated 08/08. of 2023, Licenses for the organization and conduct of bookmaking activities dated August 23, 2023, issued in accordance with the decision of the Gambling and Lotteries Regulation Commission on the issuance of license No. 128 dated August 8, 2023."

1.2. Website - means the website at the link www.ggbet.ua.

1.3. The promotion "INCREDIBLE TENNIS BONUSES" is an event carried out by the Organizer in accordance with the Rules and conditions specified in this document and aimed at popularizing the sign for goods and services (trademark) of the Organizer.

1.4. The Promotion period is from February 03 to March 02, 2025.

1.5. Bonus - an incentive provided by the Organizer to the Participant as a result of compliance with the Rules and conditions of the Promotion, and which is displayed in the relevant section of the Participant's cabinet/account, provided that the Organizer provides such an incentive.

1.6. Participant - natural persons who have reached the age of 21, are legally competent, are not in the Register of persons who are restricted from access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling, and are registered on the website https://ggbet.ua, and respectively, who have passed the identification and verification procedure and comply with the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.

1.7. The rules are the official rules and conditions of the "INCREDIBLE TENNIS BONUSES" campaign, which are approved by the Organizer and set out in this document.

1.8. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted by other Rules of the Organizer.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:

2.1. The campaign is held with the aim of popularizing the sign for goods and services (trademark) of the Organizer.

2.2. As a result of fulfilling the conditions and Rules of the Promotion, the Participant receives a Bonus from the Organizer.

2.3. The promotion does not provide for the possibility of providing players with any bonus payments, gifts and/or providing goods (services) in any form, using other types of incentives, the provision of which is directly or indirectly conditioned by the occurrence of the fact that the player loses in the relevant game of chance."

2.4. The promotion is not a game of chance, including any other game or service in the field of games of chance.

2.5. The promotion is held on the website www.ggbet.ua, which is considered the place of the promotion.

2.6. The promotion is held in the period from February 03 to March 02, 2025.

2.7. The action is being held on the territory of Ukraine, with the exception of temporarily occupied territories, determined by the decision of the National Security Council, put into effect by the decree of the President of Ukraine.

2.8. By participating in the Promotion in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to these Rules, undertakes to comply with them and consents to the collection and processing of his personal data by the Organizer.

3. PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROMOTION:

3.1. Only a natural person who has reached the age of 21, is legally competent, is not in the Register of persons who are restricted from access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling, and is registered on the website www.ggbet.ua can be a Participant of the Promotion. and, accordingly, who passed the identification and verification procedure, and read, accepted and agreed with the terms and conditions of the Promotion.

3.2. Participants of the Promotion participate in the Promotion voluntarily and personally, on their own behalf, and by their participation in the Promotion assume all risks, consequences and responsibilities that may be associated with participation in the Promotion.

3.3. If the Participant of the Promotion does not accept and does not agree with the conditions and Rules of the Promotion, as well as if the Participant provided the Organizer with unreliable, including incorrect data, in this case the Participant is automatically deprived of the right to further participate in the Promotion, and the Organizer has no obligations before such Participant.

4. RIGHTS OF A PARTICIPANT IN THE PROMOTION:

4.1. The Participant has the right to receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.

4.2. The Participant has the right to participate in the Promotion, subject to compliance with the requirements and Rules of the Promotion.

4.3. The Participant has the right to refuse to participate in the Promotion.

5. DUTIES OF THE PARTICIPANT:

5.1. To comply with the conditions and Rules of the Promotion, as well as other rules of the Organizer, including the legislation of Ukraine.

5.2. Do not transfer the right to participate in the Promotion to third parties.

5.3. Provide the necessary information and documents at the request of the Organizer and in accordance with the Promotion Rules.

5.4. Do not obstruct the Organizer in the process of conducting the Promotion.

5.5. Do not violate the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.

6. ORGANIZER'S RIGHTS;

6.1. The organizer has the right to unilaterally change the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.

6.2. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the Promotion Period.

6.3. The organizer has the right to refuse any individual to participate in the Promotion.

6.4. The Organizer has the right to demand from the Participant proper fulfillment of the conditions and Rules of the Promotion by the Participant.

6.5. The Organizer has the right to require the Participant to provide additional information and documents in order to fulfill the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.

The Organizer has the right to check the registration data and all transactions of the Promotion Participants. In the case of detection of the fact of using a prohibited strategy and/or fraud, including the use of a multi-account, the Organizer reserves the right to deny such Participants further participation in the Promotion.

7. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE FIRST PERIOD OF THE PROMOTION:

7.1. In the period from February 03 to February 08, 2025 the Participant can choose:

- Bonus of 25% to the total amount of winnings up to UAH 400 for making a winning bet, for a one-time replenishment of the balance of the Client's account in the amount of 200 UAH or more;

- Bonus of 50% to the total amount of winnings up to UAH 4 000 for making a winning bet, for a one-time replenishment of the balance of the Client's account in the amount of 3 000 UAH or more;

- Bonus of 75% to the total amount of winnings up to UAH 24 000 for making a winning bet, for a one-time replenishment of the balance of the Client's account in the amount of 20 000 UAH or more;

7.2. This Promotion is one-time, that is, the Participant cannot receive a Bonus by performing the algorithm described in these Rules again after receiving a Bonus under this Promotion for the first time.

7.3. The Participant of the Promotion, complying with the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as the Rules of the organizer of bookmaking activities and online casino gambling games of the Limited Liability Company "GGBET", must register or authorize on the Website, including going through the identification and verification procedure.

7.4. The Promotion participant must activate the Promotion in the personal account in the "Promotions" section.

7.5. The Participant of the Promotion must make a one-time top-up of the Client's account in the amount:

- from UAH 200 and place a bet to receive a Bonus. The maximum amount of received Bonus is 400 UAH.

- from UAH 3 000 and place a bet to receive a Bonus. The maximum amount of received Bonus is 4 000 UAH.

- from UAH 20 000 and place a bet to receive a Bonus. The maximum amount of received Bonus is 24 000 UAH.

7.6. A mandatory condition for receiving the Bonus is to activate the Promotion before fulfilling the necessary conditions for receiving the bonus (topping up the balance of the Client's account and placing a bet). The bonus is calculated on the first and only bet after the bonus is activated. The minimum replenishment of the balance of the Client's account specified in clause 9.5 must be carried out during each period of the Promotion after its activation. If there are no winning bets in the period indicated above, the conditions of the Promotion are considered not to have been fulfilled.

7.7. The user must make a bet with real funds. The bet must be of the "Ordinary" type with odds from 1.75 on tennis matches.

7.8. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings as a result of using the Bonus, the user must place bets for a total amount respectively, at least 9 times more than the received bonus within 14 days from the date of their receipt.

7.9. Bonus funds of bonus pages are played only on calculated bets of the "Ordinary" type with a coefficient of 1.75 or more.

7.10. In case of non-fulfillment of the bonus withdrawal conditions within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled and the funds of the bonus balance will be debited. The maximum amount of real funds received after winning the Bonus is equal to the maximum amount of the bonus.

7.11. In case of withdrawal of funds from the client's game account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

7.12. Only one Action can be activated at the same time. Activating any Promotion - the previously active Promotion is automatically deactivated.

8. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SECOND PERIOD OF THE PROMOTION:

8.1. In the period from February 09 to February 15, 2025 the Participant can choose:

- Freebet 300 hryvnias for a one-time replenishment of the Client account balance in the amount from 200 to 2 999 hryvnias;

- Freebet 4 000 hryvnias for a one-time replenishment of the Client account balance in the amount from 3 000 to 19 999 hryvnias;

- Freebet 24 000 hryvnias for a one-time replenishment of the Client account balance in the amount of 20 000 hryvnias;

8.2. This Promotion is one-time only, i.e. the Participant cannot receive the Bonus by performing the algorithm described in these Rules again after receiving the Bonus under this Promotion for the first time.

8.3. The Participant of the Promotion, following the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as the Rules of the organizer of bookmaking activities and online casino gambling games of the Limited Liability Company "GGBET", must register or authorize on the Website, including going through the identification and verification procedure.

8.4. The Promotion participant must activate the Promotion in the personal account in the "Promotions" section.

8.5. The Participant of the Promotion must make a deposit in the amount of at least 200 hryvnias to receive the Bonus. The maximum amount of received Bonus is 24000 hryvnias for the third of the freebets.

8.6. A mandatory condition for receiving the Bonus is to activate the Promotion before depositing the required amount into the client's gaming account (deposit). The minimum required amount of the deposit, which is 200.00 hryvnias, must be made within 14 days after activation of the Promotion. If there are no deposits in the period indicated above, the conditions of the Promotion are considered not fulfilled.

8.7. The user can make a freebet on the amount specified in these conditions. The bet must be of the "Ordinary" type with a coefficient from 1.75 on a tennis match.

8.8. Freebet must be used within 5 days from the day of its receipt.

8.9. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings as a result of using the Bonus, the user must place bets for a total amount of at least 7 times the received bonus within 14 days from the date of its receipt.

8.10. Bonus funds of bonus pages are played only on calculated bets of the "Ordinary" type with a coefficient of 1.75 or more.

8.11. In case of non-fulfillment of the bonus withdrawal conditions within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled and the bonus balance will be debited. The maximum amount of real funds received after winning the Bonus is equal to the amount of the received Bonus

8.12. In case of withdrawal of funds from the client's game account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

8.13. Only one Promotion can be activated at the same time. Activating any Promotion - the previously active Promotion is automatically deactivated.

9. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE THIRD PERIOD OF THE PROMOTION:

9.1. From February 16 to February 22, 2025, the Participant can choose one of the Bonuses:

- Winback 5% up to 3 000 UAH for a one-time deposit of 400 UAH or more;

- Winback 10% up to 20 000 UAH for a one-time deposit of 4 000 UAH or more;

- Winback 20% up to 60 000 UAH for a one-time deposit of 24 000 UAH or more.

9.2. This Promotion is a one-time offer, meaning a Participant cannot claim a Bonus again after receiving it under these Rules for the first time.

9.3. Participants must register or log in on the website, including completing the identification and verification procedures, following the Organizer's betting and gambling rules.

9.4. Participants must activate the Promotion in their personal account under the "Promotions" section.

9.5. Participants must make a deposit of at least 400 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum total amount of Bonus received is 60 000 UAH.

8.6. The Bonus activation must occur before depositing the required amount into the Participant's gaming account. If no deposits are made during the specified period, the Promotion conditions are deemed unmet.

9.7. Winback will be calculated as follows: (winback percentage) × (total amount of bets - amount of losing bets). Bets must be of the "Single" type with odds of at least 1.75 on tennis matches.

9.8. Winback is credited only for bets made with real money.

9.9. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings resulting from the use of the Bonus, the user must place bets totaling at least 13 times the received Bonuses within 14 days of receiving the winback.

9.10. Bonus funds from betting bonuses are redeemed only on settled bets of the "Single" type with odds of at least 1.75.

9.11. If the conditions for redeeming the Bonus are not met within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled, and bonus balance funds will be deducted. The maximum total amount of real funds received after redeeming the Bonus equals the received Bonus amount.

9.12. If funds are withdrawn from the client’s gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

9.13. Only one Promotion can be active at a time. Activating any Promotion will automatically deactivate any previously active Promotion.

9.14. The total loss amount refers to the amount of bets meeting the promotion's conditions made and settled during the promotion period, minus the amount of winnings from these bets.

10. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE FOURTH PERIOD OF THE PROMOTION:

10.1. In the period from February 23 to March 02, 2025, the Participant can choose one of three Bonuses, namely:

- 100% Bonus up to 4 000 UAH for a one-time replenishment of the Client Account balance in the amount of 100 to 3 999 UAH;

- 150% Bonus up to 40 000 UAH for a one-time replenishment of the Client Account balance in the amount of 4 000 to 24 999 UAH;

- Bonus 200% up to 80 000 hryvnias for a one-time replenishment of the Client Account balance in the amount of 24 000 hryvnias;

10.2. This Promotion is one-time, i.e. the Participant cannot receive the Bonus by following the algorithm described in these Rules again after receiving the Bonus under this Promotion for the first time.

10.3. The Participant of the Promotion, in compliance with the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as the Rules of the organizer of bookmaking activities and casino gambling on the Internet, Limited Liability Company "GGBET", must register or log in to the Website, including going through the identification and verification procedure.

10.4. The Participant of the Promotion must activate the Promotion in his personal account in the "My sports bonuses" section.

10.5. The Participant of the Promotion must make a deposit in the amount of not less than 100 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum amount of the Bonus received is 80 000 UAH for the third from the deposit bonus.

10.6. A mandatory condition for receiving the Bonus is the activation of the Promotion before depositing the required amount to the client's gaming account (deposit). The minimum required deposit amount, which is 100.00 UAH, must be made during the Promotion period. If there are no deposits during the above period, the conditions of the Promotion are considered not fulfilled.

10.7. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings as a result of using the Bonus, the user must place bets for a total amount of at least 15 times the received bonus within 14 days from the date of receiving the deposit bonuses.

10.8. Bonus funds of the bidding bonus are wagered only on calculated bets of the "Ordinary" type with odds of 1.75 or higher.

10.9. In case of failure to fulfill the conditions for wagering the Bonus within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled and the bonus balance funds will be debited. The maximum amount of real funds received after wagering the Bonus is equal to the amount of the received Bonus and the amount of the maximum bonus for the deposit bonus.

10.10. In case of withdrawal of funds from the client's gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

10.11. Only one Promotion can be activated at a time. Activating any Promotion automatically deactivates the previously active Promotion.

11. BUDGET OF THE PROMOTION:

11.1. The organizer independently forms the budget of the Promotion and can change it, as well as determine the characteristics of the Bonuses and their quantitative indicators.

11.2. Bonuses received by Participants are taxed according to the law, that is, after the transformation of the Bonus into the Balance, and at the time of payment of the Winnings by the Organizer to the electronic payment method (bank card) of the Participant, since the income of individuals is finally taxed at their expense and at the time of payment.

11.3. According to the provisions of Clause 164.2 of Article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, if the taxpayer receives income in the form of winnings (prizes) in the lottery or other raffles, in the bookmaker pair, in the totalizer pair, prizes and winnings in monetary form, received for winning and/or participation in amateur sports competitions, including billiards, such income is included in the total monthly (annual) taxable income of the taxpayer and is taxed by the tax agent at the time of its payment. 12. FINAL PART:

12.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to the Notice on the processing of personal data of LLC "GGBET", in connection with which the Participant gives voluntary consent to the processing of his personal data, namely:

- Registration data (name, surname, patronymic (if available), age, e-mail address, mobile phone number, password to access the Customer account);

- Identification data (information about a passport or other identity document that, in accordance with the law, can be used on the territory of Ukraine for the conclusion of transactions: number, series (if available), date of issue and authority that issued the document and photos of it document; registration number of the taxpayer; telephone number and e-mail address for persons who are residents of other countries (non-residents); information about your place of residence or residence (for residents) , place of residence or temporary stay in Ukraine (for non-residents); electronic signature data, BankID, MobileID if the Participant uses these methods for identification on the Website; unique registration number in the Unified State Demographic Register (if available) for non-residents );

- Communication data (in the process of using the Website/Services and in the process of conducting the Promotion, the Organizer can communicate with the Participant using an email address, the Website interface, paper correspondence, SMS correspondence, in social networks, as well as using audio - and video calls. The organizer collects and stores the date and time of communication, the means of communication, the content of all messages, call recordings (both audio and video), the status of the resolution of the issue you have addressed, etc.).

12.2. The Organizer is not responsible for deficiencies in the means of information technology, which occurred as a result of the operation of the equipment used by the Participant to access the Website, as well as for failures in the work of Internet providers.

12.3. If, in case of violation/non-fulfillment of these Rules by the Participant, the Organizer has not taken any sanctions, restrictions, or other actions in accordance with these Rules or current legislation, then such actions of the Organizer should not be considered as a waiver of the right to apply sanctions or to protect its rights and legitimate interests, in particular, in administrative or judicial proceedings, in the future.

12.4. The Organizer is not responsible for any losses or damages that the Participant or a third party may suffer as a result of deficiencies and failures of information technology tools, caused by hacker attacks, malicious software when using the Website and/or Mobile Application, including in in case of downloading any materials posted on the Website and/or Mobile Application and/or any links posted on the Website/Mobile Application.
