MYSTICAL NIGHT OF SCARY BIG WINS

1. DEFINITIONS AND TERMS:

1.1. The Organizer of the Promotion – Limited Liability Company "GGBET" (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), identification code of the legal entity 44912194, located at Ukraine, 02002, Kyiv, Sverstyuk Yevhen Street, Building 18, Office 601. The Organizer operates under a License for organizing and conducting online casino activities issued on August 23, 2023, based on the decision of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries No. 129 dated August 8, 2023, and a License for organizing and conducting bookmaker activities issued on August 23, 2023, based on the decision of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries No. 128 dated August 8, 2023.

1.2. Website – means the website at the link www.ggbet.ua.

1.3. The "MYSTICAL NIGHT OF SCARY BIG WINS" Promotion – an event organized by the Organizer in accordance with the Rules and conditions stated in this document, aimed at promoting the Organizer's trademark and services.

1.4. Promotion Period – from October 25 to November 4, 2024.

1.5. Bonus – a reward provided by the Organizer to the Participant as a result of compliance with the Promotion's Rules, displayed in the respective section of the Participant's account upon provision by the Organizer.

1.6. Participant – individuals who are at least 21 years old, legally competent, not listed in the Registry of persons restricted from gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling, and registered on the website https://ggbet.ua, having undergone identification and verification, and complying with the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.

1.7. Rules – the official rules and conditions of the "MYSTICAL NIGHT OF SCARY BIG WINS" Promotion, approved by the Organizer and laid out in this document.

1.8. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted by other Organizer's Rules.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:

2.1. The Promotion is conducted to promote the Organizer's trademark and services.

2.2. As a result of fulfilling the conditions of the Promotion, the Participant receives a Bonus from the Organizer.

2.3. The Promotion does not provide players with any bonus payments, gifts, or the provision of goods (services) in any form, nor does it involve any type of reward linked to the outcome of a gambling game.

2.4. The Promotion is not a gambling activity nor any other type of game or service in the field of gambling.

2.5. The Promotion is held on the website www.ggbet.ua, considered the place of the Promotion.

2.6. The Promotion is held from October 25 to November 4, 2024.

2.7. The Promotion is conducted on the territory of Ukraine, excluding temporarily occupied territories as determined by the National Security and Defense Council, implemented by Presidential Decree.

2.8. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees with these Rules, undertakes to comply with them, and consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organizer.

3. PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROMOTION:

3.1. A Participant may only be an individual who is at least 21 years old, legally competent, not listed in the Registry of persons restricted from gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling, and registered on the website www.ggbet.ua, having undergone identification and verification, and accepted and agreed with the Promotion's terms and conditions.

3.2. Participants take part in the Promotion voluntarily and personally, in their own name, and assume all risks, consequences, and responsibilities related to participation in the Promotion.

3.3. If a Participant does not accept and agree with the Promotion's conditions or provides false or incorrect information to the Organizer, they automatically lose the right to continue participating in the Promotion, and the Organizer has no obligations towards such Participant.

4. RIGHTS OF THE PARTICIPANT:

4.1. The Participant has the right to receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.

4.2. The Participant has the right to take part in the Promotion, provided they comply with the Promotion's requirements and Rules.

4.3. The Participant has the right to refuse to participate in the Promotion.

5. PARTICIPANT'S OBLIGATIONS:

5.1. Comply with the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as other Organizer's rules, including the legislation of Ukraine.

5.2. Not transfer the rights to participate in the Promotion to third parties.

5.3. Provide, at the request of the Organizer and in accordance with the Promotion's Rules, the necessary information and documents.

5.4. Not interfere with the Organizer during the conduct of the Promotion.

5.5. Not violate the Promotion's terms and conditions.

6. RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZER:

6.1. The Organizer has the right to change the terms and Rules of the Promotion unilaterally.

6.2. The Organizer has the right to change the Promotion Period unilaterally.

6.3. The Organizer has the right to refuse any individual the right to participate in the Promotion.

6.4. The Organizer has the right to demand proper compliance with the terms and Rules of the Promotion from the Participant.

6.5. The Organizer has the right to request additional information and documents from the Participant to fulfill the Promotion's terms and Rules.

The Organizer has the right to verify registration data and all transactions of the Promotion Participants. If any prohibited strategy or fraud, including multi-accounting, is detected, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse further participation in the Promotion for such Participants.

7. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION:

7.1. During the period from October 25 to November 4, 2024, the Participant can choose one of three Bonuses:

- A free bet of 800 UAH and 30 free spins in the "Joker's Wild Ride - Halloween" gambling game by Spinomenal for a single deposit of 400 to 4,999 UAH;

- A free bet of 7,000 UAH and 40 free spins in the "Joker's Wild Ride - Halloween" gambling game by Spinomenal for a single deposit of 5,000 to 27,999 UAH;

- A free bet of 30,000 UAH and 60 free spins in the "Joker's Wild Ride - Halloween" gambling game by Spinomenal for a single deposit of 28,000 UAH or more;

7.2. This Promotion is a one-time offer, meaning that the Participant cannot receive the Bonus by repeating the steps described in these Rules after first receiving the Bonus under this Promotion.

7.3. Participants must register or log in on the Website, undergo identification and verification, and comply with the Organizer's bookmaker and casino Rules to take part in the Promotion.

7.4. The Participant must activate the Promotion in their personal account under the "Promotions" section.

7.5. The Participant must deposit at least 400 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum total Bonus amount is 30,000 UAH for the third deposit free bet.

7.6. Activating the Promotion before making the required deposit amount is a mandatory condition to receive the Bonus. The minimum deposit of 400.00 UAH must be made before the end of the Promotion. In the absence of deposits within the specified period, the conditions of the Promotion are considered not met.

7.7. The user can make a one-time free bet in the amount specified in these conditions. The bet must be of the "Single" type with odds of at least 1.75.

7.8. The free bet must be used within 5 days from the date it is received.

7.9. To withdraw the bonus funds and/or any winnings from using the Bonus, the user must place bets totaling at least 8, 9, or 10 times the Bonus amount received, depending on the first, second, or third free bets, within 14 days from the date of receipt.

7.10. The wager for free spins is x30.

7.11. The maximum conversion amount to real money from winnings with free spins is x3 of the Bonus amount received.

7.12. The cost of one free spin in the "Joker's Wild Ride - Halloween" gambling game is 6 UAH.

7.13. Betting bonuses are wagered only on settled bets of the "Single" type with odds of at least 1.75.

7.14. Free spins are available for wagering within 5 days from the time they are credited. If any bonus is not wagered by the end of this period, it will be automatically canceled.

7.15. Free spins can only be wagered in slot games.

7.16. If the Bonus wagering conditions are not met within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled, and the bonus balance will be deducted. The maximum real money amount obtained after wagering the Bonus is equal to the Bonus amount received.

7.17. If funds are withdrawn from the user's game account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

7.18. Only one Promotion can be active at a time. Activating any Promotion will automatically deactivate the previously active one.

8. PROMOTION BUDGET:

8.1. The Organizer independently forms the Promotion budget, can modify it, and determine the characteristics and quantities of Bonuses.

8.2. Bonuses received by Participants are taxable by law. Upon transformation of the Bonus into the Balance and when Winnings are paid by the Organizer to the Participant's electronic payment instrument (bank card), individual income tax of 18% and a military tax of 1.5% will be charged on the total winnings.

9. FINAL PART:

9.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees with the Notice on the Processing of Personal Data of LLC "GGBET" and voluntarily consents to the processing of their personal data, including:

- Registration data (name, surname, patronymic (if applicable), age, address, email, mobile phone number, password for access to the Client's account);

- Identification data (passport information or another document that proves identity and can be used in accordance with Ukrainian law for making agreements: number, series (if available), issue date, issuing authority, and photos of this document; taxpayer registration number (RNOKPP); phone number and email; for non-residents – information about citizenship, place of residence or temporary stay in Ukraine);

- Communication data (during the use of the Website/Services and the Promotion, the Organizer may communicate with the Participant via email, Website interface, postal correspondence, SMS, social networks, as well as audio and video calls. The Organizer collects and stores the date and time of communication, means of communication, content of all messages, call recordings (both audio and video), and the status of resolving any issues addressed by the Participant).

9.2. The Organizer is not responsible for any deficiencies in the information technology means caused by the equipment used by the Participant to access the Website, as well as failures of Internet service providers.

9.3. If, in the event of a violation/non-fulfillment of these Rules by the Participant, the Organizer has not imposed any sanctions, restrictions, or other actions in accordance with these Rules or applicable law, such actions by the Organizer shall not be considered as a waiver of the right to impose sanctions or protect its rights and legitimate interests, including administrative or judicial proceedings, in the future.

Website and/or Mobile application. This includes, but is not limited to, losses caused by unauthorized access, interruptions, deletions, file corruption, or other issues related to the integrity and availability of the Website and its associated services.
