1.2. Website – refers to the website at www.ggbet.ua.
1.3. The "AVALANCHE OF BONUSES FOR INTEL EXTREME MASTERS KATOWICE 2025" Promotion – an event organized by the Organizer in accordance with the Rules and conditions stated in this document, aimed at promoting the Organizer’s trademark.
1.4. Promotion Period – from January 29, 2025, to February 9, 2025.
1.5. Bonus – an incentive provided by the Organizer to the Participant as a result of complying with the Rules and conditions of the Promotion. It is displayed in the relevant section of the Participant’s account, provided the Organizer grants such an incentive.
1.6. Participant – individuals who have reached the age of 21, are legally capable, are not listed in the Register of persons restricted from gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling, are registered on the website https://ggbet.ua, and have passed identification and verification procedures, and comply with the Rules and conditions of the Promotion.
1.7. Rules – the official rules and conditions of the "AVALANCHE OF BONUSES FOR INTEL EXTREME MASTERS KATOWICE 2025" Promotion, approved by the Organizer and outlined in this document.
1.8. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted in accordance with other Rules of the Organizer.
2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:
2.1. The Promotion is conducted to promote the Organizer’s trademark.
2.2. By complying with the Promotion’s Rules and conditions, Participants receive a Bonus from the Organizer.
2.3. The Promotion does not involve providing players with bonus payouts, gifts, and/or goods (services) of any form, or any other types of incentives directly or indirectly dependent on the player losing in the relevant gambling game.
2.4. The Promotion is not a gambling game or any other service related to gambling.
2.5. The Promotion is conducted on the website www.ggbet.ua, which is considered the location of the Promotion.
2.6. The Promotion runs from January 29, 2025, to February 9, 2025.
2.7. The Promotion is conducted in Ukraine, excluding temporarily occupied territories as determined by decisions of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) enforced by the President of Ukraine.
2.8. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to these Rules, undertakes to comply with them, and consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organizer.
3. PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROMOTION:
3.1. Only individuals who have reached the age of 21, are legally capable, are not listed in the Register of restricted persons, and are registered on the website www.ggbet.ua, having completed identification and verification processes, are eligible to participate.
3.2. Participants enter the Promotion voluntarily and personally, at their own risk, taking full responsibility for any consequences of participation.
3.3. If a Participant fails to agree with the Rules, provides incorrect data, or breaches conditions, they will lose the right to participate in the Promotion, and the Organizer bears no obligations toward them.
4. PARTICIPANT RIGHTS:
4.1. Participants have the right to receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.
4.2. Participants have the right to participate in the Promotion, provided they comply with the Rules and conditions.
4.3. Participants have the right to opt out of the Promotion at any time.
5. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS:
5.1. Participants must comply with the Rules and conditions of the Promotion, as well as other applicable rules established by the Organizer and the laws of Ukraine.
5.2. Participants must not transfer their participation rights to third parties.
5.3. Participants must provide any necessary information and documents requested by the Organizer in accordance with the Rules and conditions of the Promotion.
5.4. Participants must not interfere with the Organizer's operations during the Promotion.
5.5. Participants must not violate the Rules and conditions of the Promotion.
6. ORGANIZER RIGHTS:
6.1. The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally change the Rules and conditions of the Promotion.
6.2. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Promotion period unilaterally.
6.3. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual without providing a reason.
6.4. The Organizer reserves the right to demand full compliance with the Rules and conditions of the Promotion from the Participant.
6.5. The Organizer reserves the right to request additional information and documents from the Participant to ensure compliance with the Rules and conditions of the Promotion.
6.6. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the registration data and transactions of Participants. If any prohibited strategies, fraudulent activities, or multi-accounting are detected, the Organizer reserves the right to deny further participation in the Promotion to such Participants.
7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION DURING THE FIRST PROMOTION PERIOD:
7.1. From January 29, 2025, to January 31, 2025, Participants can choose one of the following nine bonuses:
7.2. Betting Bonus:
- 100% bonus up to 2000 UAH for deposits from 200 UAH to 1999 UAH;
- 150% bonus up to 22000 UAH for deposits from 2000 UAH to 14999 UAH;
- 200% bonus up to 40000 UAH for deposits of 15000 UAH or more.
7.2.1. This Promotion is one-time only, meaning that Participants cannot claim the Bonus again by repeating the steps described in these Rules after claiming the Bonus for the first time under this Promotion.
7.2.2. Participants must comply with the Rules and conditions of the Promotion, as well as the Organizer's rules for bookmaking and online casino activities. They must register or log in on the Website and complete the identification and verification process.
7.2.3. Participants must activate the Promotion in their personal account under the "Promotions" section.
7.2.4. Participants must make deposits totaling at least 200 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum Bonus amount is 40000 UAH for the third deposit option.
7.2.5. Activation of the Promotion before making the required deposit is mandatory. The minimum required deposit of 200 UAH must be made by the end of the Promotion period. If no deposits are made within this period, the Promotion conditions will be considered unmet.
7.2.6. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings resulting from the Bonus, Participants must place bets totaling at least 15x, 16x, or 17x the received bonuses for 2000 UAH, 22000 UAH, and 40000 UAH, respectively, within 14 days of receiving the deposit bonuses.
7.2.7. Bonus funds from the Betting Bonus can only be wagered on settled single bets with odds of 1.75 or higher.
7.2.8. If the wagering conditions are not met within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled, and the bonus balance funds will be forfeited. The maximum real money amount received after wagering the Bonus equals the received Bonus amount.
7.2.9. If funds are withdrawn from the client’s gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.
7.2.10. Only one Promotion can be active at a time. Activating any Promotion automatically deactivates the previously active Promotion.
7.3. Freebet:
- Freebet of 200 UAH for a single deposit of 200–1999 UAH;
- Freebet of 1500 UAH for a single deposit of 2000–14999 UAH;
- Freebet of 8000 UAH for a single deposit of 15000 UAH or more.
7.3.1. This Promotion is one-time only, meaning that Participants cannot claim the Bonus again by repeating the steps described in these Rules after claiming the Bonus for the first time under this Promotion.
7.3.2. Participants must comply with the Rules and conditions of the Promotion and complete the identification and verification process on the Website.
7.3.3. Participants must activate the Promotion in their personal account under the "Promotions" section.
7.3.4. Participants must make a deposit of at least 200 UAH to receive the Freebet. The maximum Bonus amount is 8000 UAH for the third deposit option.
7.3.5. Activation of the Promotion before making the required deposit is mandatory. The minimum required deposit of 300 UAH must be made within 14 days after activating the Promotion. If no deposits are made within this period, the Promotion conditions will be considered unmet.
7.3.6. Freebets must be used within 5 days of receipt. Bets must be single bets with odds of 1.75 or higher.
7.3.7. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings from the Freebet, Participants must place bets totaling at least 8x, 9x, or 10x the received Freebets of 200 UAH, 1500 UAH, and 8000 UAH, respectively, within 14 days of receiving them.
7.3.8. Bonus funds from the Freebet can only be wagered on settled single bets with odds of 1.75 or higher.
7.3.9. If the wagering conditions for the Freebet are not met within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled, and the bonus balance funds will be forfeited. The maximum real money amount received after wagering the Freebet equals the Freebet amount.
7.3.10. If funds are withdrawn from the client’s gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.
7.3.11. Only one Promotion can be active at a time. Activating any Promotion automatically deactivates the previously active Promotion.
7.4. Bonus for Bets:
- Bonus of 1000 UAH for bets totaling 1500 UAH;
- Bonus of 3000 UAH for bets totaling 4000 UAH;
- Bonus of 8000 UAH for bets totaling 10000 UAH.
7.4.1. This Promotion is one-time only, meaning that Participants cannot claim the Bonus again by repeating the steps described in these Rules after claiming the Bonus for the first time under this Promotion.
7.4.2. Participants must comply with the Rules and conditions of the Promotion and complete the identification and verification process on the Website.
7.4.3. Participants must activate the Promotion in their personal account under the "Promotions" section.
7.4.4. Participants must place single bets with odds of 1.75 or higher on matches for a total amount of:
- 1500 UAH to receive the first Bonus of 1000 UAH;
- 4000 UAH to receive the second Bonus of 3000 UAH;
- 10000 UAH to receive the third Bonus of 8000 UAH.
7.4.5. Activation of the Promotion before placing bets is mandatory. The minimum total bet amount, starting from 1500 UAH, must be placed during the Promotion period after its activation. If no bets are placed within this period, the Promotion conditions will be considered unmet.
7.4.6. Bets must comply with the specified conditions, being single bets with odds of 1.75 or higher.
7.4.7. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings from the Bonus for Bets, Participants must place bets totaling at least:
- 15x for the Bonus of 1000 UAH,
- 16x for the Bonus of 3000 UAH,
- 17x for the Bonus of 8000 UAH
7.4.8. Bonus funds can only be wagered on settled single bets with odds of 1.75 or higher.
7.4.9. If the wagering conditions are not met within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled, and the bonus balance funds will be forfeited. The maximum real money amount received after wagering the Bonus equals the Bonus amount.
7.4.10. If funds are withdrawn from the client’s gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.
7.4.11. Only one Promotion can be active at a time. Activating any Promotion automatically deactivates the previously active Promotion.
8. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE SECOND PROMOTION PERIOD:
8.1. From February 1, 2025, to February 6, 2025, Participants can choose from:

8.2.1. This Promotion is one-time only, meaning that Participants cannot claim the Bonus again by repeating the steps described in these Rules after claiming the Bonus for the first time under this Promotion.
8.2.2. Participants must comply with the Rules and conditions of the Promotion and complete the identification and verification process on the Website.
8.2.3. Participants must activate the Promotion in their personal account under the "Promotions" section.
8.2.4. Participants must make deposits totaling at least 300 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum Bonus amount is 60000 UAH for the third deposit option.
8.2.5. Activation of the Promotion before making the required deposit is mandatory. The minimum required deposit of 300 UAH must be made by the end of the Promotion period. If no deposits are made within this period, the Promotion conditions will be considered unmet.
8.2.6. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings resulting from the Bonus, Participants must place bets totaling at least 15x, 16x, or 17x the received bonuses for 3000 UAH, 30000 UAH, and 60000 UAH, respectively, within 14 days of receiving the deposit bonuses.
8.2.7. Bonus funds from the Betting Bonus can only be wagered on settled single bets with odds of 1.75 or higher.
8.2.8. If the wagering conditions are not met within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled, and the bonus balance funds will be forfeited. The maximum real money amount received after wagering the Bonus equals the Bonus amount.
8.2.9. If funds are withdrawn from the client’s gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.
8.2.10. Only one Promotion can be active at a time. Activating any Promotion automatically deactivates the previously active Promotion.
9. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE THIRD PROMOTION PERIOD:
9.1. From February 7, 2025, to February 9, 2025, Participants can choose one of the following three Bonuses:
- Freebet of 500 UAH and a 100% deposit bonus up to 5000 UAH for a single deposit of 400–4999 UAH;
- Freebet of 4000 UAH and a 150% deposit bonus up to 40000 UAH for a single deposit of 5000–27999 UAH;
- Freebet of 10000 UAH and a 300% deposit bonus up to 90000 UAH for a single deposit of 28000 UAH or more.
9.2. This Promotion is one-time only, meaning that Participants cannot claim the Bonus again by repeating the steps described in these Rules after claiming the Bonus for the first time under this Promotion.
9.3. Participants must comply with the Rules and conditions of the Promotion and complete the identification and verification process on the Website.
9.4. Participants must activate the Promotion in their personal account under the "My Sports Bonuses" section.
9.5. Participants must make a deposit of at least 400 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum Bonus amount is 90000 UAH for the third deposit option.
9.6. Activation of the Promotion before making the required deposit is mandatory. The minimum required deposit of 400 UAH must be made during the Promotion period. If no deposits are made within this period, the Promotion conditions will be considered unmet.
9.7. Participants can make free bets for the amounts specified in these conditions. Bets must be single bets with odds of 1.75 or higher on matches for Counter-strike 2.
9.8. Bonuses can only be used for betting when there are no funds in the real balance of the client’s gaming account. Freebets must be used within 5 days of receipt.
9.9. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings resulting from the Freebet Bonus, Participants must place bets totaling at least:
- 8x for Freebets of 200/500 UAH,
- 9x for Freebets of 1500/4000 UAH,
- 10x for Freebets of 8000/10000 UAH, within 14 days of receiving the Freebets.
- 15x for 100% Bonuses,
- 16x for 150% Bonuses,
- 17x for 200%/300% Bonuses, within 14 days of receiving the Deposit Bonuses.
- Registration data (name, surname, patronymic (if available), age, email address, mobile phone number, password for accessing the Client Account);
- Identification data (information about the passport or other identification document that can be used in Ukraine for legal transactions: number, series (if available), date of issuance, and issuing authority; tax identification number; phone number and email address; for non-residents of Ukraine – citizenship information; residence or temporary stay address in Ukraine; electronic signature data, BankID, MobileID if used for identification on the Website; unique registration number in the Unified State Demographic Register (if available));

9.10. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings resulting from the Deposit Bonus, Participants must place bets totaling at least:

9.12. If the wagering conditions for Bonuses are not met within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled, and the bonus balance funds will be forfeited. The maximum real money amount received after wagering the Bonuses equals the received Bonus amounts for Freebets and the maximum deposit Bonuses.
9.13. If funds are withdrawn from the client’s gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.
9.14. Only one Promotion can be active at a time. Activating any Promotion automatically deactivates the previously active Promotion.
10. PROMOTION BUDGET:
10.1. The Organizer independently forms the Promotion budget and may modify it, as well as determine the characteristics and quantitative indicators of Bonuses.
10.2. Bonuses awarded to Participants are subject to taxation in accordance with the law. Upon converting the Bonus into the Balance and at the time of paying out Winnings to the Participant’s electronic payment instrument (bank card), the income of individuals is taxed accordingly at their expense during payment.
10.3. According to the provisions of paragraph 164.2 of Article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, if a taxpayer receives income in the form of winnings (prizes) in a lottery or other draws, in bookmaker bets, in totalizator bets, in prizes and winnings in monetary form received for victory and/or participation in amateur sports competitions, including billiard sports, such income is included in the taxpayer’s total monthly (annual) taxable income and is taxed by the tax agent at the time of payment. A personal income tax rate of 18% and a military levy of 1.5% are applied to the total amount of the aforementioned winnings (prizes).
11. FINAL PROVISIONS:
11.1. By participating in the Promotion, Participants automatically agree to the Personal Data Processing Notice of LLC "GGBET," thereby providing voluntary consent for the processing of their personal data, specifically:
11.2. The Organizer is not responsible for technological issues arising from equipment used by Participants to access the Website or for disruptions in the work of internet providers.
11.3. If no sanctions, restrictions, or actions are taken by the Organizer in response to a Participant's violation/non-compliance with these Rules, such actions should not be considered a waiver of the Organizer's right to apply sanctions or protect its rights and interests in the future.
11.4. The Organizer is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred by Participants or third parties resulting from technological issues caused by hacking attacks, malware when using the Website and/or Mobile Application, or downloading materials from the Website/Mobile Application, including links hosted on the Website/Mobile Application.
