1. DEFINITIONS AND TERMS:

1.1. Client/Organizer of the Promotion – LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “GG.BET” with the legal entity identification code 44912194 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), legal address: Ukraine, 02002, Kyiv, Sverstiuka Yevhena St., building 18, office 601, operating under a License for organizing and conducting online casino gambling activities issued on 23.08.2023 by the Gambling and Lottery Commission decision No. 129 dated 08.08.2023, and a License for organizing and conducting bookmaking activities dated 23.08.2023 issued by the Gambling and Lottery Commission decision No. 128 dated 08.08.2023.

1.2. Website – refers to the website available at www.ggbet.ua.

1.3. Promotion "LEGENDARY WINBACK ON LEAGUE OF LEGENDS" – an event conducted by the Organizer in accordance with the Rules and Conditions outlined in this document, aimed at promoting the Organizer's trademark.

1.4. Promotion Period – from January 02, 2025 to February 01, 2025.

1.5. Bonus – an incentive provided by the Organizer to the Participant upon fulfilling the Rules and Conditions of the Promotion, reflected in the respective section of the Participant’s account.

1.6. Participant – individuals who are at least 21 years old, legally capable, not included in the Register of persons restricted from gambling, and registered on the website www.ggbet.ua, having undergone identification and verification procedures, and comply with the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

1.7. Rules – the official rules and terms of the promotion "LEGENDARY WINBACK ON LEAGUE OF LEGENDS" approved by the Organizer and outlined in this document.

1.8. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted by the Organizer's other Rules.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:

2.1. The promotion is conducted to promote the Organizer's trademark.

2.2. By fulfilling the conditions and Rules of the Promotion, the Participant receives a Bonus from the Organizer.

2.3. The promotion does not involve providing players with any bonus payments, gifts, or goods (services) in any form, nor other types of incentives conditioned directly or indirectly by the occurrence of a player's loss in respective gambling activities.

2.4. The promotion is not a gambling game or any other gambling service.

2.5. The promotion is conducted on the website www.ggbet.ua, which is considered the location of the promotion.

2.6. The promotion runs from January 02, 2025 to February 01, 2025.

2.7. The promotion is conducted in Ukraine, excluding temporarily occupied territories as determined by the National Security and Defense Council decision, enforced by a Presidential Decree.

2.8. By participating in the promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to these Rules, undertakes to comply with them, and consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organizer.

3. PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROMOTION:

3.1. Only individuals who are at least 21 years old, legally capable, not included in the Register of persons restricted from gambling, and registered on the website www.ggbet.ua, having undergone identification and verification procedures, and familiarized, accepted, and agreed with the terms and Rules of the Promotion, may participate.

3.2. Participants take part in the Promotion voluntarily and personally, on their own behalf, and by their participation in the Promotion assume all risks, consequences, and responsibilities that may be associated with participating in the Promotion.

3.3. If a Participant does not accept or agree with the terms and Rules of the Promotion, or if the Participant has provided the Organizer with inaccurate or incorrect data, the Participant is automatically disqualified from further participation in the Promotion, and the Organizer has no obligations to such a Participant.

4. PARTICIPANT'S RIGHTS:

4.1. The Participant has the right to receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.

4.2. The Participant has the right to participate in the Promotion, provided that they comply with the requirements and Rules of the Promotion.

4.3. The Participant has the right to refuse participation in the Promotion.

5. PARTICIPANT'S OBLIGATIONS:

5.1. To comply with the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as other rules of the Organizer, including the legislation of Ukraine.

5.2. Not to transfer the rights to participate in the Promotion to third parties.

5.3. To provide, upon the Organizer's request and in accordance with the Rules of the Promotion, the necessary information and documents.

5.4. Not to obstruct the Organizer in conducting the Promotion.

5.5. Not to violate the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6. ORGANIZER'S RIGHTS:

6.1. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6.2. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the Promotion period.

6.3. The Organizer has the right to deny any individual participation in the Promotion.

6.4. The Organizer has the right to demand proper fulfillment of the terms and Rules of the Promotion by the Participant.

6.5. The Organizer has the right to request additional information and documents from the Participant to fulfill the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

The Organizer reserves the right to verify the registration data and all transactions of Participants. If any prohibited strategy, fraud, or the use of multiple accounts is detected, the Organizer reserves the right to deny such Participants further participation in the Promotion.

7. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE FIRST PERIOD OF THE PROMOTION:

7.1. From January 02, 2024 to January 11, 2025, Participants can choose one of the Bonuses:

- Winback 5% up to 2000 UAH for a one-time deposit of 100 UAH or more;

- Winback 10% up to 10000 UAH for a one-time deposit of 2000 UAH or more;

- Winback 15% up to 50000 UAH for a one-time deposit of 15000 UAH or more.

7.2. This Promotion is a one-time offer, meaning a Participant cannot claim a Bonus again after receiving it under these Rules for the first time.

7.3. Participants must register or log in on the website, including completing the identification and verification procedures, following the Organizer's betting and gambling rules.

7.4. Participants must activate the Promotion in their personal account under the "Promotions" section.

7.5. Participants must make a deposit of at least 100 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum total amount of Bonus received is 50000 UAH.

7.6. The Bonus activation must occur before depositing the required amount into the Participant's gaming account. If no deposits are made during the specified period, the Promotion conditions are deemed unmet.

7.7. Winback will be calculated as follows: (winback percentage) × (total amount of bets - amount of losing bets). Bets must be of the "Single" type with odds of at least 1.75 on League of Legends matches.

7.8. Winback is credited only for bets made with real money.

7.9. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings resulting from the use of the Bonus, the user must place bets totaling at least 13 times the received Bonuses within 14 days of receiving the winback.

7.10. Bonus funds from betting bonuses are redeemed only on settled bets of the "Single" type with odds of at least 1.75.

7.11. If the conditions for redeeming the Bonus are not met within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled, and bonus balance funds will be deducted. The maximum total amount of real funds received after redeeming the Bonus equals the received Bonus amount.

7.12. If funds are withdrawn from the client’s gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

7.13. Only one Promotion can be active at a time. Activating any Promotion will automatically deactivate any previously active Promotion.

7.14. The total loss amount refers to the amount of bets meeting the promotion's conditions made and settled during the promotion period, minus the amount of winnings from these bets.

8. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE SECOND PERIOD OF THE PROMOTION:

8.1. From January 12, 2024 to January 21, 2025, Participants can choose one of the Bonuses:

- Winback 5% up to 4000 UAH for a one-time deposit of 400 UAH or more;

- Winback 10% up to 15000 UAH for a one-time deposit of 4000 UAH or more;

- Winback 20% up to 60000 UAH for a one-time deposit of 20000 UAH or more.

8.2. This Promotion is a one-time offer, meaning a Participant cannot claim a Bonus again after receiving it under these Rules for the first time.

8.3. Participants must register or log in on the website, including completing the identification and verification procedures, following the Organizer's betting and gambling rules.

8.4. Participants must activate the Promotion in their personal account under the "Promotions" section.

8.5. Participants must make a deposit of at least 400 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum total amount of Bonus received is 60000 UAH.

8.6. The Bonus activation must occur before depositing the required amount into the Participant's gaming account. If no deposits are made during the specified period, the Promotion conditions are deemed unmet.

8.7. Winback will be calculated as follows: (winback percentage) × (total amount of bets - amount of losing bets). Bets must be of the "Single" type with odds of at least 1.75 on League of Legends matches.

8.8. Winback is credited only for bets made with real money.

- Winback 10% up to 20000 UAH for a one-time deposit of 6000 UAH or more;

- Winback 20% up to 70000 UAH for a one-time deposit of 25000 UAH or more.

9.2. This Promotion is a one-time offer, meaning a Participant cannot claim a Bonus again after receiving it under these Rules for the first time.

9.3. Participants must register or log in on the website, including completing the identification and verification procedures, following the Organizer's betting and gambling rules.

9.4. Participants must activate the Promotion in their personal account under the "Promotions" section.

9.5. Participants must make a deposit of at least 600 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum total amount of Bonus received is 70000 UAH.

8.6. The Bonus activation must occur before depositing the required amount into the Participant's gaming account. If no deposits are made during the specified period, the Promotion conditions are deemed unmet.

9.7. Winback will be calculated as follows: (winback percentage) × (total amount of bets - amount of losing bets). Bets must be of the "Single" type with odds of at least 1.75 on League of Legends matches.

9.8. Winback is credited only for bets made with real money.

10. PROMOTION BUDGET:

10.1. The Organizer independently forms the Promotion budget and may change it, as well as define the characteristics and quantities of Bonuses.

10.2. Bonuses received by Participants are subject to taxation according to the law, i.e., after transforming the Bonus into Balance and at the time of payout of Winnings by the Organizer to the Participant’s electronic payment method (bank card), as personal income tax is finally taxed at their expense during the payout.

10.3. According to the provisions of paragraph 164.2 of Article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, if taxpayers receive income in the form of winnings (prizes) from lotteries or other draws, in bookmaker bets, totalizator bets, prizes, and winnings in cash obtained for victory and/or participation in amateur sports competitions, including billiards, such income is included in the taxpayer’s total monthly (annual) taxable income and is taxed by the tax agent at the time of payment. The general amount of such winnings (prizes) is subject to personal income tax at a rate of 18 percent and a military levy of 1.5 percent.

11. FINAL PROVISIONS:

11.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to the Personal Data Processing Notice of LLC "GGBET," whereby the Participant voluntarily consents to the processing of their personal data, namely:

- Registration data (name, surname, patronymic (if available), age, email address, mobile phone number, password to access the Client account);

- Identification data (information about the passport or another document confirming identity that, according to the legislation, can be used in Ukraine for legal transactions: number, series (if available), date of issue, and the issuing authority, as well as photographs of this document; taxpayer registration card number (RNOCPP); phone number and email address; for individuals who are residents of states other than Ukraine (non-residents) – information about citizenship; information about the place of residence or temporary stay (for residents), place of residence or temporary stay in Ukraine (for non-residents); electronic signature data, BankID, MobileID if the Participant uses these methods for identification on the Website; unique record number in the Unified State Demographic Register (if available) for non-residents);

- Communication data (during the use of the Website/Services and during the Promotion, the Organizer may communicate with the Participant via email, the Website interface, paper correspondence, SMS correspondence, social networks, as well as audio and video calls. The Organizer collects and stores the date and time of communication, means of communication, the content of all messages, call recordings (both audio and video), and the status of resolving the issue addressed).

11.2. The Organizer is not responsible for deficiencies in the information technology means caused by the Participant's equipment used to access the Website or for failures of internet providers.

11.3. If the Participant violates/fails to comply with these Rules and the Organizer does not impose any sanctions, restrictions, or other actions according to these Rules or applicable legislation, such actions by the Organizer shall not be considered a waiver of the right to impose sanctions or protect its rights and legitimate interests in the future, including through administrative or judicial proceedings.

11.4. The Organizer is not liable for any losses or damages that the Participant or third parties may incur as a result of deficiencies and failures in the means of information technology caused by hacking attacks, malware when using the Website and/or Mobile Application, including downloading materials posted on the Website and/or Mobile Application and/or any links posted on the Website/Mobile Application.
