1. INTERPRETATION OF TERMS, DEFINITIONS, AND NAMES:

1.1. Promoter/Organizer of the Promotion – LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “GGBET,” legal entity identification code 44912194 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), located at Ukraine, 02002, Kyiv, Sverstyuka Yevhena Street, Building 17, Office 601, operating under the License for organizing and conducting online casino gambling issued on August 23, 2023, based on the decision of the Gambling and Lotteries Regulation Commission No. 129 dated August 8, 2023, as well as the License for organizing and conducting bookmaker activities issued on August 23, 2023, according to the decision of the Gambling and Lotteries Regulation Commission No. 128 dated August 8, 2023.

1.2. Website – refers to the website available at www.ggbet.ua.

1.3. Promotion “GET A BONUS FOR A DEPOSIT UP TO 60,000 UAH” – an event conducted by the Organizer in accordance with the Rules and Conditions set forth in this document, aimed at promoting the Organizer’s goods and services trademark.

1.4. Promotion Period – from December 17 to December 22, 2024.

1.5. Bonus – a reward provided by the Organizer to the Participant as a result of compliance with the Rules and Conditions of the Promotion, reflected in the corresponding section of the Participant’s account, provided the Organizer grants such a reward.

1.6. Participant – individuals who have reached the age of 21, are legally capable, are not listed in the Register of persons restricted from accessing gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling, are registered on the website https://ggbet.ua, and who have undergone the identification and verification process, and comply with the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.

1.7. Rules – the official rules and conditions of the Promotion "GET A BONUS FOR A DEPOSIT UP TO 60,000 UAH," approved by the Organizer and outlined in this document.

1.8. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted in accordance with other Rules of the Organizer.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:

2.1. The Promotion is conducted to promote the Organizer’s goods and services trademark.

2.2. By fulfilling the terms and conditions of the Promotion, the Participant receives a Bonus from the Organizer.

2.3. The Promotion does not involve providing players with any bonus payments, gifts, and/or goods (services) in any form, the use of other incentives, or provisions conditioned directly or indirectly on the occurrence of a player’s loss in the relevant gambling game.

2.4. The Promotion is not a gambling game, including any other game or service in the field of gambling.

2.5. The Promotion is conducted on the website www.ggbet.ua, which is considered the location of the Promotion.

2.6. The Promotion is held from December 17 to December 22, 2024.

2.7. The Promotion is conducted on the territory of Ukraine, excluding temporarily occupied territories as determined by the NSDC resolution enforced by the Presidential Decree of Ukraine.

2.8. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to these Rules, undertakes to comply with them, and consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organizer.

3. PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROMOTION:

3.1. Only individuals who have reached the age of 21, are legally capable, are not listed in the Register of persons restricted from accessing gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling, are registered on the website www.ggbet.ua, and have undergone identification and verification, as well as reviewed, accepted, and agreed to the conditions and Rules of the Promotion, can participate in the Promotion.

3.2. Participants of the Promotion take part voluntarily and personally, on their own behalf, and by participating in the Promotion, assume all risks, consequences, and responsibilities associated with participation.

3.3. If a Participant does not accept or agree to the terms and Rules of the Promotion, or if the Participant provides false or inaccurate information to the Organizer, the Participant is automatically disqualified from further participation in the Promotion, and the Organizer bears no obligations to such Participant.

4. RIGHTS OF THE PARTICIPANT:

4.1. The Participant has the right to obtain information about the Promotion from the Organizer.

4.2. The Participant has the right to participate in the Promotion, provided they comply with the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

4.3. The Participant has the right to withdraw from the Promotion.

5. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANT:

5.1. Comply with the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as other rules of the Organizer, including the laws of Ukraine.

5.2. Not transfer participation rights in the Promotion to third parties.

5.3. Provide necessary information and documents upon the Organizer’s request in accordance with the Rules of the Promotion.

5.4. Refrain from obstructing the Organizer in the process of conducting the Promotion.

5.5. Avoid violating the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6. RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZER:

6.1. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally amend the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6.2. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the Promotion Period.

6.3. The Organizer has the right to deny any individual participation in the Promotion.

6.4. The Organizer has the right to demand the Participant’s proper compliance with the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6.5. The Organizer has the right to require additional information and documents from the Participant to fulfill the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6.6. The Organizer has the right to verify the registration data and all transactions of Promotion Participants. If the use of prohibited strategies and/or fraud is detected, including multi-accounting, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify such Participants from further participation in the Promotion.

7. OBLIGATIONS OF THE ORGANIZER:

7.1. Conduct the Promotion in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in these Rules.

7.2. Provide the Bonus to Participants who meet the conditions of the Promotion and comply with these Rules.

8. PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION:

8.1. To participate in the Promotion, Participants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:

8.1.1. Register or log in to their personal account on the website www.ggbet.ua.

8.1.2. Deposit a minimum amount of 150 UAH into their gaming account via any available payment method.

8.1.3. Activate the Promotion in the “Bonuses” section of the Participant’s account on the website.

8.2. The maximum Bonus amount a Participant can receive is 60,000 UAH.

8.3. The Bonus is credited to the Participant’s account automatically upon meeting the conditions outlined in Section 8.1 of these Rules.

8.4. The Bonus must be wagered according to the wagering requirements outlined in these Rules before it can be withdrawn.

8.5. The wagering requirement for the Bonus is 40 times the Bonus amount. Only bets placed in the casino section of the website count toward meeting the wagering requirement.

8.6. Participants must meet the wagering requirements within 5 calendar days from the moment the Bonus is credited. If the Participant fails to meet the wagering requirements within the specified period, the Bonus is automatically canceled.

8.7. Only Participants who comply with these Rules are eligible to receive and use the Bonus.

8.8. The Bonus cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:

9.1. Participation in the Promotion implies the Participant's full understanding and acceptance of these Rules.

9.2. The Organizer is not responsible for the inability of a Participant to participate in the Promotion due to reasons beyond the Organizer's control, including technical issues with internet access or payment systems.

9.3. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who violates these Rules or attempts to manipulate the Promotion.

9.4. The Organizer reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or amend the terms of the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

9.5. Any disputes regarding the Promotion will be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

9.6. These Rules are published on the website www.ggbet.ua and are accessible to all Participants.

9.7. For any inquiries regarding the Promotion, Participants can contact the Organizer via the support service on the website www.ggbet.ua.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS:

10.1. These Rules constitute the entire agreement between the Organizer and Participants regarding the Promotion and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

10.2. If any provision of these Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable under the current legislation of Ukraine, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.

10.3. The Organizer reserves the right to make final decisions regarding the interpretation of these Rules and any issues arising in connection with the Promotion.
