1. INTERPRETATION OF DEFINITIONS, TERMS, NAMES:

1.1. Client/Organizer of the Promotion – LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “GGBET”, legal entity identification code 44912194 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), legal address: Ukraine, 02002, Kyiv, Sverstyuk Yevhena street, 17, office 601, which operates in accordance with the License for organizing and conducting online casino gambling activities, issued on August 23, 2023 on the basis of the decision of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries № 129 dated August 8, 2023, License for organizing and conducting bookmaking activities dated August 23, 2023, issued in accordance with the decision of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries on the issuance of license № 128 dated August 8, 2023".

1.2. Website – means the website at www.ggbet.ua.

1.3. The Promotion “TAKE THE BONUS TO THE WINNING BET OF THE SEMI-FINALS OF THE NBA CONFERENCES” is an event carried out by the Organizer in accordance with Terms and Conditions specified in this document and aimed at popularizing the sign for goods and services (trademark) of the Organizer.

1.4. The Promotion period is from May 5 to May 15, 2025.

1.5. Bonus is an incentive provided by the Organizer to the Participant as a result of compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion, and which is displayed in the relevant section of the Participant’s account, if the Organizer offers such an incentive. The provision of a bonus is understood as the purchase by a player of a bonus for one penny from the balance of his personal account.

1.6. Participant are the individuals who have reached the age of 21, are legally capable, are not included into the Register of people with restricted access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling, and are registered on the website https://ggbet.ua, and accordingly, who have passed the identification and verification procedure, and comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.

1.7. Rules are the official Terms and Conditions of the promotion "TAKE THE BONUS TO THE WINNING BET OF THE SEMI-FINALS OF THE NBA CONFERENCES ", which are approved by the Organizer and set out in this document.

1.8. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted by other Rules of the Organizer.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:

2.1. The promotion is held with the aim of popularizing the sign for goods and services (trademark) of the Organizer.

2.2. As a result of fulfilling the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion, the Participant gets a Bonus from the Organizer.

2.3. The promotion does not suppose the possibility of providing players with any bonus payouts, gifts and/or the provision of goods (services) in any form, or the use of other types of incentives, the provision of which is directly or indirectly conditioned by the fact of the player losing in the relevant gambling.

2.4. The promotion is not a game of chance, including any other game or service in the field of gambling.

2.5. The Promotion is held on the website www.ggbet.ua, which is considered the venue of the Promotion.

2.6. The promotion is held in the period from May 5 to May 15, 2025.

2.7. The promotion is held on the territory of Ukraine, with the exception of temporarily occupied territories, determined by the decision of the National Security Council, put into effect by the decree of the President of Ukraine.

2.8. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to these Rules, undertakes to comply with them and agrees with the collection and processing of his/her personal data by the Organizer.

3. PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROMOTION:

3.1. Only an individual who has reached the age of 21, is legally capable, is not included into the Register of people with restricted access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling, and is registered on the website www.ggbet.ua, and accordingly, has passed the identification and verification procedure, and has read, accepted and agreed to the Terms and Conditions and Rules of the Promotion.

3.2. Participants of the Promotion take part in the Promotion voluntarily and personally, on their own behalf, and by participating in the Promotion assume all risks, consequences and liability that may be associated with participation in the Promotion.

3.3. If the Participant of the Promotion does not accept and does not agree with the Terms and Conditions and Rules of the Promotion, as well as if the Participant provided the Organizer with unreliable, including incorrect data, in such case the Participant is automatically deprived of the right to further participate in the Promotion, and the Organizer has no obligations towards such a Participant.

4. RIGHTS OF A PARTICIPANT IN THE PROMOTION:

4.1. The Participant has the right to receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.

4.2. The Participant has the right to participate in the Promotion if he/she complies with the requirements and Rules of the Promotion.

4.3. The Participant has the right to refuse to participate in the Promotion.

5. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANT:

5.1. Comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion, as well as other rules of the Organizer, including the legislation of Ukraine.

5.2. Do not pass the right to participate in the Promotion to third parties.

5.3. Provide the necessary information and documents at the request of the Organizer and in accordance with the Rules of the Promotion.

5.4. Do not obstruct the Organizer in the process of holding the Promotion.

5.5. Do not violate the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.

6. RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZER:

6.1. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.

6.2. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the Promotion Period.

6.3. The Organizer has the right to refuse any individual from participating in the Promotion.

6.4. The Organizer has the right to require the Participant to properly comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.

6.5. The Organizer has the right to require the Participant to provide additional information and documents in order to fulfill the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.

The Organizer has the right to check the registration data and all transactions of the Participants of the Promotion. In case of detection of the fact of using a prohibited strategy and/or fraud, including the use of a multi-account, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse such Participants in further participation in the Promotion.

7. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION:

7.1. In the period from May 5 to May 15, 2025, the Participant can choose:

- 50% bonus to the total winnings up to 3000 UAH for making a deposit on the amount from 500 UAH and a winning bet on the amount from 500 UAH;

- 50% bonus to the total winnings up to 10000 UAH for making a deposit on the amount from 5000 UAH and a winning bet on the amount from 1000 UAH;

7.2. It is a one-time Promotion, so the Participant can’t get the Bonus by performing the algorithm described in these Terms and Conditions again after receiving the Bonus under this Promotion for the first time.

7.3. The Participant of the Promotion, complying with the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion, as well as the Rules of the Limited Liability Company "GGBET" as the organizer of bookmaking activities and online casino gambling, should sign up or authorize on the Website, including passing the identification and verification procedure.

7.4. A participant of the Promotion should activate the Promotion in his personal account in the "Promotions" section.

7.5. A participant of the Promotion should make a winning bet on the amount:

- from 500 UAH and make a bet to get the Bonus. The maximum amount of the Bonus received is 3000 UAH.

- from 5000 UAH and make a bet to get the Bonus. The maximum amount of the Bonus received is 10000 UAH.

7.6. A mandatory condition for getting the Bonus is to activate the Promotion before fulfilling the necessary conditions for getting the bonus (replenishment of the Client Account balance and making a bet). The bonus is credited to the first and only bet after activating the bonus. The minimum required deposit of the Client Account balance specified in clause 7.5 should be made during each Promotion period after its activation. If there are no winning bets in the period stated above, the conditions of the Promotion are considered as not fulfilled.

7.7. The user should make a bet with real money. The bet should be of a single type with odds from 1.7 to 3 on basketball matches.

7.8. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings as a result of using the Bonus, the user should make bets for a total amount, which is at least 15 times higher than the bonus received within 14 days.

7.9. Bonus funds of the betting bonus are wagered only on calculated single bets with odds from 1.75.

7.10. In case of failure to fulfill the Bonus wagering conditions within the specified period, the bonus account and bonus funds will be debited. The maximum amount of real funds received after the Bonus wagering is equal to the amount of the bonus received. The remaining amount will be deducted from the balance.

7.11. In case of funds withdrawal from the client’s betting account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

7.12. Only one Promotion can be active at a time. By activating any Promotion, the previously active Promotion is deactivated automatically.

7.13. Only one Promotion can be active at a time. Activating any Promotion automatically deactivates the previously active Promotion.

8.1. The Organizer independently forms the budget of the Promotion and may change it, as well as determine the characteristics of the Bonuses and their quantitative indicators.

8.2. Bonuses received by Participants are taxed according to the law, that is, after the transformation of the Bonus into Balance, and at the time of payment of the Winnings by the Organizer to the Participant's electronic payment instrument (bank card), since individual income is finally taxed at their expense and during payment.

8.3. According to the provisions of paragraph 164.2 of Article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, in case of receiving income by the taxpayer in the form of winnings (prizes) in a lottery or other draws, in a bookmaker bet, in a totalizator bet, prizes and winnings in monetary form received for victory and/or participation in amateur sports competitions, including in billiard sports, such income is included in the total monthly (annual) taxable income of the taxpayer and is taxed by the tax agent during its payment. That is, the total amount of the above winnings (prizes) is subject to personal income tax at the rate of 18 percent and a military levy of 5 percent.

9.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to the Personal Data Processing Notice of LLC "GGBET", in connection with which the Participant gives voluntary consent to the processing of their personal data, namely:

• Registration data (name, surname, patronymic (if available), age, email address, mobile phone number, password to access the Client's account);
• Identification data (information about the passport or other document certifying the identity and, according to the law, can be used in Ukraine for concluding transactions: number, series (if available), date of issue and the authority that issued the document and photographs of this document; registration number of the taxpayer's account card (RNOKPP); phone number and email address; for persons who are residents of other states than Ukraine (non-residents) – information about citizenship; information about your place of residence or place of stay (for residents), place of residence or place of temporary stay in Ukraine (for non-residents); electronic signature data, BankID, MobileID if the Participant uses these methods for identification on the Website; unique record number in the Unified State Demographic Register (if available) for non-residents);
• Communication data (in the process of using the Website/Services and during the Promotion, the Organizer may communicate with the Participant via email, Website interface, paper correspondence, SMS correspondence, in social networks, as well as through audio and video calls. The Organizer collects and stores the date and time of communication, the means of communication, the content of all messages, call recordings (both audio and video), the status of resolving the issue you contacted about, etc.).

9.2. The Organizer is not responsible for deficiencies in information technology tools resulting from the operation of equipment used by the Participant to access the Website, as well as for failures in the operation of Internet providers.

9.3. If, in the event of a violation/non-fulfillment by the Participant of these Rules, the Organizer did not take any sanctions, restrictions, or other actions in accordance with these Rules or current legislation, such actions of the Organizer should not be considered as a waiver of the right to impose sanctions or protect their rights and legitimate interests, in particular, in administrative or judicial proceedings, in the future.

9.4. The Organizer is not responsible for any losses or damages that the Participant or a third party may incur as a result of deficiencies and failures of information technology tools caused by hacker attacks, malicious software when using the Website and/or Mobile application, including when downloading any materials posted on the Website and/or Mobile application and/or any links posted on the Website/Mobile application.
