Freebet for the NBA Conference Finals

1. INTERPRETATION OF TERMS AND DEFINITIONS:

1.1. Customer/Promotion Organizer – LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “GGBET”, legal entity identification code 44912194 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), legal address: Ukraine, 02002, Kyiv, 17 Yevhena Sverstiuka St., Office 601, operating in accordance with the License for organizing and conducting online casino gambling issued on 23.08.2023 by decision of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries No. 129 dated 08.08.2023, and the License for organizing and conducting bookmaker activities issued on 23.08.2023 by decision No. 128 dated 08.08.2023.

1.2. Website – means the website located at www.ggbet.ua.

1.3. Promotion “Freebet for the NBA Conference Finals” – a campaign organized by the Organizer in accordance with these Rules and Conditions, aimed at promoting the Organizer’s trademark.

1.4. Promotion Period – from May 16 to May 22, 2025.

1.5. Bonus – an incentive provided by the Organizer to the Participant upon fulfillment of the Promotion Rules and Conditions, which is displayed in the relevant section of the Participant’s personal account, provided the Organizer grants such an incentive. Bonus provision means the Participant purchases the bonus for 0.01 UAH from their personal account balance.

1.6. Participant – individuals who are at least 21 years old, legally capable, not listed in the Register of persons restricted from accessing gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling, registered on the website https://ggbet.ua, who have undergone identification and verification procedures, and comply with the Promotion Rules and Conditions.

1.7. Rules – official terms and conditions of the “Freebet for the NBA Conference Finals” promotion, approved by the Organizer and set forth in this document.

1.8. Any other terms used in these Rules may be interpreted according to the Organizer’s other policies.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:

2.1. The promotion is held to promote the Organizer’s trademark.

2.2. Upon fulfilling the Promotion Rules and Conditions, the Participant receives a Bonus from the Organizer.

2.3. The Promotion does not involve providing players with any bonus payments, gifts and/or goods (services) in any form that are conditioned directly or indirectly on the player’s loss in a gambling game.

2.4. The Promotion is not a gambling activity or any other game or service in the field of gambling.

2.5. The Promotion is held on the website www.ggbet.ua, which is considered the venue of the Promotion.

2.6. The Promotion is conducted from May 16 to May 22, 2025.

2.7. The Promotion is held in the territory of Ukraine, excluding temporarily occupied territories as defined by the decision of the National Security and Defense Council enforced by the Presidential Decree.

2.8. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to these Rules, undertakes to comply with them, and consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organizer.

3. PARTICIPANTS:

3.1. Only individuals who are at least 21 years old, legally capable, not listed in the Register of persons restricted from access to gambling establishments and/or gambling, and registered on the website www.ggbet.ua, who have completed the identification and verification procedures, and have reviewed, accepted, and agreed to the Promotion Rules and Conditions, may participate.

3.2. Participants enter the Promotion voluntarily and on their own behalf, and by participating, they assume all risks, consequences, and liabilities associated with their participation.

3.3. If a Participant does not accept or agree with the Promotion Rules and Conditions, or provides false or inaccurate data to the Organizer, they are automatically disqualified from further participation, and the Organizer bears no obligations toward such a Participant.

4. PARTICIPANT RIGHTS:

4.1. The Participant has the right to receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.

4.2. The Participant has the right to participate in the Promotion, subject to compliance with its Rules and Conditions.

4.3. The Participant has the right to refuse participation in the Promotion.

5. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS:

5.1. Comply with the Promotion Rules and Conditions, as well as other policies of the Organizer and applicable Ukrainian law.

5.2. Not transfer the right to participate in the Promotion to third parties.

5.3. Provide the Organizer with any required information or documentation upon request and in accordance with the Promotion Rules.

5.4. Not interfere with the Organizer during the Promotion.

5.5. Not violate the Promotion Rules and Conditions.

6. ORGANIZER'S RIGHTS:

6.1. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally amend the Promotion Rules and Conditions.

6.2. The Organizer has the right to change the Promotion Period at its discretion.

6.3. The Organizer has the right to deny participation in the Promotion to any individual.

6.4. The Organizer may require a Participant to properly fulfill all Promotion Rules and Conditions.

6.5. The Organizer may require additional information and documents from the Participant to verify compliance.

The Organizer reserves the right to check Participants' registration data and all transactions. In case of prohibited strategies and/or fraud (including multi-accounting), the Organizer reserves the right to deny such Participants further participation in the Promotion.

7. PROMOTION TERMS:

7.1. From May 16 to May 22, 2025, the Participant may choose one of the following Bonuses:

- Freebet of 4000 UAH for deposits totaling at least 3000 UAH;

- Freebet of 20000 UAH for deposits totaling at least 15000 UAH;

7.2. The Promotion is one-time only; a Participant may not receive the Bonus again after claiming it once under these Rules.

7.3. To participate, the user must register or log in to the Website, complete identification and verification procedures, and accept the Promotion terms.

7.4. The user must activate the Promotion in their account under the “Promotions” section.

7.5. The user must make a deposit of:

- at least 3000 UAH to receive the 4000 UAH Bonus;

- at least 15000 UAH to receive the 20000 UAH Bonus;

7.6. The Bonus will only be granted if the Promotion is activated before meeting the qualifying conditions (depositing the required amount). If no qualifying deposit is made during the Promotion Period, the terms are considered unmet.

7.7. Bonuses can be used for bets only when there are no funds on the real balance of the client's gaming account. The free bet must be used within 5 days from the date of its receipt for a bet of the "ordinary" type with odds from 1.75 to 3.

7.8. To withdraw Bonus funds and/or any winnings from Bonus use, the user must wager at least:

- 3x the 4000 UAH Freebet = 8000 UAH;

- 4x the 20000 UAH Freebet = 80000 UAH;

within 14 days of receiving the Freebet.

7.9. Betting Bonus funds may only be used on settled Single bets with odds starting from 1.5.

7.10. If the wagering conditions are not met within the specified period, the bonus balance will be canceled. The maximum amount of real funds that can be withdrawn after completing the wagering is equal to the value of the Freebet received.

7.11. If funds are withdrawn from the gaming account, the Bonus balance will be voided.

7.12. Only one Promotion can be active at any given time. Activating a new Promotion will automatically deactivate any previously active one.

8. PROMOTION BUDGET:

8.1. The Organizer independently determines and may amend the Promotion budget, and set the characteristics and quantities of Bonuses.

8.2. Bonuses received by Participants are subject to taxation. Upon transformation into balance and withdrawal to the Participant’s payment method (bank card), the Organizer will apply the appropriate taxes under applicable law.

8.3. According to Clause 164.2 of Article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, if a taxpayer receives income in the form of winnings (prizes) from a lottery, betting, or competitions, such income shall be included in their taxable monthly (annual) income and taxed by the tax agent at the time of payment. The total winnings are subject to 18% income tax and 5% military levy.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS:

9.1. By participating, the Participant agrees to the Personal Data Processing Notice of GGBET LLC and provides consent for the processing of the following personal data:

- Registration data (name, surname, patronymic if applicable, email, phone number, password to access the account);

- Identification data (passport or ID document number, issue date and authority, tax ID, address, phone, email, citizenship if non-resident, place of residence or stay, e-signature, BankID/MobileID data, demographic registry number if available);

- Communication data (messages via email, website interface, SMS, social media, audio/video calls; records of date, method, content, resolution status).

9.2. The Organizer is not responsible for malfunctions in IT systems caused by the Participant's hardware or internet provider issues.

9.3. If the Organizer does not apply sanctions for a violation, this does not mean a waiver of its rights to do so in the future through administrative or legal action.

9.4. The Organizer is not responsible for any losses suffered by the Participant or third parties due to technical malfunctions caused by hacker attacks, malware, or while downloading content or following links on the Website or Mobile App.
