BONUS OLYMPICS

1. INTERPRETATION OF TERMS AND DEFINITIONS:

1.1. Promoter/Organizer of the Promotion – LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "GGBET" identification code 44912194 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), registered address Ukraine, 02002, Kyiv, Sverstyuka Yevhena Street, building 18, office 601, operating under the License for organizing and conducting online casino gambling, issued on 23.08.2023 based on the decision of the Gambling and Lottery Regulatory Commission No. 129 dated 08.08.2023, and the License for organizing and conducting bookmaker activities issued on 23.08.2023 based on the decision of the Gambling and Lottery Regulatory Commission No. 128 dated 08.08.2023.

1.2. Website – means the website at www.ggbet.ua.

1.3. "BONUS OLYMPICS" Promotion – an event organized by the Organizer in accordance with the Rules and Conditions specified in this document, aimed at promoting the Organizer's trademark.

1.4. Promotion Period – from July 24 to August 11, 2024.

1.5. Bonus – an incentive provided by the Organizer to the Participant as a result of complying with the Rules and Conditions of the Promotion, which is reflected in the corresponding section of the Participant's cabinet/account, provided the Organizer grants such incentive.

1.6. Participant – individuals who are 21 years of age or older, legally competent, not listed in the Register of persons restricted from gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling, and registered on the website https://ggbet.ua, who have passed identification and verification procedures, and comply with the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.

1.7. Rules – the official rules and conditions of the "BONUS OLYMPICS" promotion approved by the Organizer and set out in this document.

1.8. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted by other Organizer's Rules.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:

2.1. The Promotion is conducted to promote the Organizer's trademark.

2.2. By fulfilling the conditions and Rules of the Promotion, the Participant receives a Bonus from the Organizer.

2.3. The Promotion does not involve the possibility of providing players with any bonus payments, gifts, and/or the provision of goods (services) in any form, the use of other types of incentives, the provision of which is directly or indirectly conditioned by the occurrence of the player's loss in the relevant gambling game.

2.4. The Promotion is not a gambling game, including any other game or service in the field of gambling.

2.5. The Promotion is held on the website www.ggbet.ua, which is considered the place of the Promotion.

2.6. The Promotion is conducted from July 24 to August 11, 2024.

2.7. The Promotion is held in Ukraine, excluding temporarily occupied territories as determined by the NSDC decision enacted by the Presidential decree.

2.8. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to these Rules, undertakes to comply with them, and consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organizer.

3. PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROMOTION:

3.1. A Participant of the Promotion can only be an individual who is 21 years of age or older, legally competent, not listed in the Register of persons restricted from gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling, and registered on the website www.ggbet.ua, having passed the identification and verification procedures, and who has read, accepted, and agreed to the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.

3.2. Participants in the Promotion participate voluntarily and personally, on their own behalf, and by their participation in the Promotion, they assume all risks, consequences, and responsibilities that may be associated with participation in the Promotion.

3.3. If the Participant does not accept and agree to the conditions and Rules of the Promotion, and if the Participant has provided the Organizer with false, including incorrect data, in such a case the Participant automatically loses the right to further participation in the Promotion, and the Organizer has no obligations towards such Participant.

4. PARTICIPANT RIGHTS:

4.1. The Participant has the right to receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.

4.2. The Participant has the right to participate in the Promotion, subject to compliance with the requirements and Rules of the Promotion.

4.3. The Participant has the right to refuse participation in the Promotion.

5. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS:

5.1. To comply with the conditions and Rules of the Promotion, as well as other rules of the Organizer, including the laws of Ukraine.

5.2. Not to transfer participation rights in the Promotion to third parties.

5.3. To provide the necessary information and documents upon the Organizer's request and in accordance with the Rules of the Promotion.

5.4. Not to interfere with the Organizer in the process of conducting the Promotion.

5.5. Not to violate the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.

6. ORGANIZER RIGHTS:

6.1. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.

6.2. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the Promotion Period.

6.3. The Organizer has the right to refuse participation in the Promotion to any individual.

6.4. The Organizer has the right to require the Participant to properly fulfill the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.

6.5. The Organizer has the right to require the Participant to provide additional information and documents to comply with the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.

The Organizer has the right to check the registration data and all transactions of the Participants of the Promotion. In case of detecting the use of a prohibited strategy and/or fraud, including the use of multiple accounts – the Organizer reserves the right to refuse such Participants further participation in the Promotion.

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION:

7.1. During the period from July 24 to August 11, 2024. The Participant can choose one of three Bonuses, namely:

- 100% bonus up to 25000 UAH for a single top-up of the Client's account balance of at least 400 UAH;

- 3 free bets of 300 UAH for a single top-up of the Client's account balance of at least 1500 UAH;

- 10% winback up to 20000 UAH for a single top-up of the Client's account balance of at least 2000 UAH;

7.2. This Promotion is one-time, meaning the Participant cannot receive the Bonus by following the algorithm described in these Rules again after receiving the Bonus for the first time under this Promotion.

7.3. The Participant, complying with the conditions and Rules of the Promotion, as well as the rules of the Organizer's bookmaker and online casino activities, must register or log in to the Website, including completing the identification and verification procedures.

7.4. The Participant must activate the Promotion in their personal cabinet in the "My Sports Bonuses" section.

7.5. Conditions for receiving the Deposit Bonus in the Promotion:

7.5.1. The Participant must make a deposit of at least 400 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum amount of the Bonus received is 25000 UAH for the 100% deposit bonus.

7.5.2. A mandatory condition for receiving the Bonus is the activation of the Promotion before making the required deposit amount to the client's gaming account. The minimum required deposit amount of 400.00 UAH must be made during the Promotion period after its activation. In the absence of deposits during the above period, the Promotion conditions are considered not met.

7.5.3. Bonuses can only be used for betting when there are no funds in the real balance of the client's gaming account.

7.5.4. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings resulting from the use of the Bonus – the user must place bets amounting to at least 15 times the received 100% bonus within 14 days from the date of its receipt.

7.5.5. Betting bonus funds can only be wagered on settled single bets with odds of at least 1.75.

7.5.6. In case of non-fulfillment of the Bonus wagering conditions within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled, and the bonus balance funds will be debited. The maximum amount of real money received after wagering the Bonus equals the maximum bonus amount.

7.6. Conditions for receiving three free bets in the Promotion:

7.6.1. The Participant must make a deposit of at least 1500 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum total amount of the Bonus is 300 UAH for each of the three free bets.

7.6.2. A mandatory condition for receiving the Bonus is the activation of the Promotion before making the required deposit amount to the client's gaming account. The minimum required deposit amount of 1500.00 UAH must be made during the Promotion period after its activation. In the absence of deposits during the above period, the Promotion conditions are considered not met.

7.6.3. The user can make a free bet for the amount specified in these conditions. The bet must be a single bet with odds of at least 1.75.

7.6.4. The free bet must be used within 5 days of its receipt.

7.6.5. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings resulting from the use of the Bonus – the user must place bets amounting to at least 6 times the received bonus within 14 days from the date of receipt of the first, second, and third free bets, respectively.

7.6.6. Betting bonus funds can only be wagered on settled single bets with odds of at least 1.75.

7.6.7. In case of non-fulfillment of the Bonus wagering conditions within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled, and the bonus balance funds will be debited. The maximum amount of real money received after wagering the Bonus equals the received Bonus amount.

7.7. Conditions for receiving the Winback in the Promotion:

7.7.1. The Participant must make a deposit of at least 2000 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum amount of the Bonus is 20000 UAH.

7.7.2. A mandatory condition for receiving the Bonus is the activation of the Promotion before making the required deposit amount to the client's gaming account. The minimum required deposit amount of 2000.00 UAH must be made during the Promotion period after its activation. In the absence of deposits during the above period, the Promotion conditions are considered not met.

7.7.3. The winback will be calculated using the formula: (winback percentage) x (total amount of bets - amount of losing bets). The bet must be a single bet with odds of at least 1.75.

7.7.4. The winback is credited only for bets made with real funds.

7.7.5. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings resulting from the use of the Bonus – the user must place bets amounting to at least 12 times the received 10% bonus within 14 days from the date of receiving the winback.

7.7.6. Betting bonus funds can only be wagered on settled single bets with odds of at least 1.75.

7.7.7. In case of non-fulfillment of the Bonus wagering conditions within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled, and the bonus balance funds will be debited. The maximum amount of real money received after wagering the Bonus equals the maximum bonus amount.

7.12. In case of withdrawing funds from the client's gaming account – the bonus balance will be canceled.

7.13. Only one Promotion can be activated at a time. Activating any Promotion automatically deactivates the previously active Promotion.

8. PROMOTION BUDGET:

8.1. The Organizer independently forms the Promotion budget and can change it, as well as determine the characteristics of the Bonuses and their quantitative indicators.

8.2. The Bonuses received by the Participants are taxed by law, that is, after the Bonus is transformed into a Balance, and at the time of payment of the Winnings by the Organizer to the Participant's electronic payment means (bank card), as individual income is ultimately taxed at their expense and during payment.

8.3. According to the provisions of paragraph 164.2 of Article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, in the case of receiving taxpayer income in the form of winnings (prizes) in a lottery or other draws, in a bookmaker's bet, in a totalizator bet, prizes, and winnings in monetary form, received for victory and/or participation in amateur sports competitions, including billiards, such income is included in the taxpayer's total monthly (annual) taxable income and taxed by the tax agent during its payment. That is, the total amount of the aforementioned winnings (prizes) is subject to personal income tax at a rate of 18 percent and a military levy of 1.5 percent.

9. FINAL PART:

9.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to the Notice on the processing of personal data of LLC "GGBET", in connection with which the Participant gives voluntary consent to the processing of their personal data, namely:

- Registration data (name, surname, patronymic (if any), age, email address, mobile phone number, password for access to the Client account);

- Identification data (passport details or other document confirming identity, which according to the law can be used in Ukraine for transactions: number, series (if any), date of issue and the authority that issued the document, and photographs of this document; taxpayer registration card number (RNOKPP); phone number and email address; for non-residents of Ukraine – citizenship details; information about the place of residence or location (for residents), place of residence or temporary stay in Ukraine (for non-residents); electronic signature data, BankID, MobileID if the Participant uses these methods for identification on the Website; unique record number in the Unified State Demographic Register (if any) for non-residents);

- Communication data (in the process of using the Website/Services and during the Promotion, the Organizer may communicate with the Participant via email, Website interface, paper correspondence, SMS, social networks, as well as audio and video calls. The Organizer collects and stores the date and time of communication, the means of communication, the content of all messages, call recordings (both audio and video), and the status of issue resolution).

9.2. The Organizer is not responsible for the deficiencies in information technology means resulting from the operation of the equipment used by the Participant to access the Website, as well as for failures in the work of internet providers.

9.3. If in the case of violation/non-fulfillment of these Rules by the Participant, the Organizer has not taken any sanctions, restrictions, or other actions according to these Rules or applicable law, such actions of the Organizer should not be considered as a waiver of the right to take sanctions or protect its rights and legitimate interests, in particular, in administrative or judicial proceedings, in the future.

9.4. The Organizer is not responsible for any losses or damages that the Participant or a third party may suffer as a result of deficiencies and failures in information technology means caused by hacker attacks, malicious software when using the Website and/or Mobile application, including when downloading any materials posted on the Website and/or Mobile application and/or any links posted on the Website/Mobile application.
