1. Terms:

1.1. Promotion — the “Gaming PC prize draw from GGBET.UA” promotional event arranged by the Organizer, in which the Promotion Winner who meets all the conditions provided herein will receive a Prize at no cost.

1.2. Promotion Participant — any individual who meets the following criteria:

1.2.1. is a citizen of Ukraine

1.2.2. permanently resides within the territory of Ukraine

1.2.3. has reached the age of 21 at the time of participation in the Promotion

1.2.4. has the appropriate legal capacity as required by the legislation of Ukraine

1.2.5. is not employed in any way by the Organizer

1.2.6. is not a spouse and/or an immediate family member (child, sibling, father, mother, grandfather or grandmother) of a person who is employed in any way by the Organizer

1.2.7. is subscribed to at least one of the Organizer’s social media channels during the promotional period:

- the Organizer’s Instagram page at http://instagram.com/ggbet_ua

1.2.8. is registered and verified on the www.ggbet.ua website

1.3. Promotion Winner — the Promotion Participant determined as the Participant entitled to receive a Prize in accordance with the results of the Procedure for determining the Promotion Winner as described in paragraph 3 of these Rules.

2. Promotion general terms and conditions:

2.1. The Promotion is held by the Organizer simultaneously on the:

- Organizer’s Telegram channel at https://t.me/ggbet_ua

- Organizer’s Telegram channel at https://t.me/ggbetua_sport

- Organizer’s Instagram page at http://instagram.com/ggbet_ua

2.2. Promotional period — 21 March 2024 through 31 March 2024.

2.3. Date for determining Promotion Winner: 1 April 2024.

2.4. Geographical extent of the Promotion: This offer is available on the territory of Ukraine, with the exception of the territories under temporary occupation, as determined by decision of the National Security and Defense Council, brought into effect by decree of the President of Ukraine, at the time of the Promotional period.

2.5. The Promotion is not a contest, prize draw, lottery or any other risk-base game of chance. The Organizer does not gain profit from Promotion Participants’ participation in the Promotion.

2.6. Promotion Participants act individually, on their own behalf, voluntarily and on their own accord, assuming all the risks of liability and any consequences related to possible participation in the Promotion and potential receipt of the Prize.

2.7. In the sense established in paragraph 14.1.180, paragraph 14.1, article 14 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, the Organizer is a tax agent of the Promotion Winner for the purposes of personal income tax.

3. Conditions for participation in the Promotion and Procedure for determining the Promotion Winner:

3.1. During the Promotion Period, the Organizer will publish information about the Promotion on its Telegram channels https://t.me/ggbet_ua and https://t.me/ggbetua_sport, and on its Instagram page at http://instagram.com/ggbet_ua .

3.2. In order to take part in the Promotion, an individual who is subscribed to the Organizer’s Telegram channel at https://t.me/ggbet_ua or to the Organizer’s Telegram channel at https://t.me/ggbetua_sport or to the Organizer’s Instagram page at http://instagram.com/ggbet_ua who meets all of the conditions set out in paragraph 1.2 of these Rules, must leave a comment stating their ID from the www.ggbet.ua website under the post about the Promotion on the Organizer’s Telegram channel at https://t.me/ggbet_ua or the Organizer’s Telegram channel at https://t.me/ggbetua_sport or the Organizer’s Instagram page at http://instagram.com/ggbet_ua. After leaving a comment with their ID from the www.ggbet.ua website under the post about Promotion on the Organizer’s Telegram channel at https://t.me/ggbet_ua or the Organizer’s Telegram channel at https://t.me/ggbetua_sport or the Organizer’s Instagram page at http://instagram.com/ggbet_ua , the Promotion Participant’s data will be added to a list (table) of Promotion Participants in Microsoft Excel. Comments from Instagram will be added to the list (table) of Promotion Participants in Microsoft Excel using the YouToGift app.

3.3. In case of leaving the comment with his/her ID from the website www.ggbet.ua under the post about Promotion in the Organizer’s Telegram channel at https://t.me/ggbet_ua, the Organizer’s Telegram channel at https://t.me/ggbetua_sport and the Organizer’s Instagram page at http://instagram.com/ggbet_ua at the same time, this will be considered as a single Promotion Participants action.

3.4. There can be only one Promotion Winner, who will be determined from among the Promotion Participants.

3.5. On the date of determining the Promotion Winner, the Organizer will draw up conclusive (final) list (table) of the Promotion Participants in Microsoft Excel who meet all of the requirements set out in paragraph 1.2. of these Rules and who have fulfilled all of the conditions set out in paragraph 3.2. of these Rules, select comments posted by Promotion Participants in accordance with paragraph 3.3. of these Rules and determine the number of the Promotion Winner using the website www.random.org to select their ordinal number in the list (table) of Promotion Participants in Microsoft Excel.

3.6. The information about the Promotion Winner selected from among the Promotion Participants will be published simultaneously in the Organizer’s Telegram channel at https://t.me/ggbet_ua, the Organizer’s Telegram channel at https://t.me/ggbetua_sport and the Organizer’s Instagram page at http://instagram.com/ggbet_ua on the date of determining the Promotion Winner.

3.7. The Organizer will get in touch with the Promotion Winner to inform them about the Promotion results and about awarding the Prize. If the Promotion Winner does not respond to the Organizer’s messages (emails and/or SMS) and/or calls within 5 (five) working days from the Date of determining the Promotion Winner, the Organizer will hold another Procedure for determining the Promotion Winner in accordance with paragraph 3.5. of these Rules and will determine a new Promotion Winner. The Procedure for determining the Promotion Winner can be repeated an unlimited number of times, until a Promotion Winner is finally determined and contacted directly by the Organizer.

3.8. In order to obtain the Prize, the Winner must:

3.8.1. provide the Organizer with the following personal information: first name, last name, middle name; contact phone number; a scanned copy of the Promotion Winner’s taxpayer identification number; a scanned copy of the Promotion Winner’s Ukrainian passport;

3.8.2. sign one copy of the Prize acceptance and handover certificate within 5 (five) days of receiving it from the Organizer and send it to the Organizer at the following address: Ukraine, 02002, Kyiv, Yevhena Sverstuka st. 17, office 601.

4. The Promotion Participant is obliged to:

4.1. Familiarize themselves with these Rules.

4.2. Provide the required information and documents to the Organizer upon request, in accordance with the Promotion Rules.

4.3. Comply with all the terms and requirements set out by these Rules.

5. The Promotion Organizer’s Rights:

5.1. The Organizer has the right to change the Promotion Rules without notifying Promotion Participants of such changes in advance.

5.2. The Organizer in entitled to revoke the Promotion Winner’s right to receive a Prize, in the event that they fail to provide and/or refuse to provide the information and/or data required as per paragraph 3.8. of these Rules, and/or provide false or incomplete documents and/or data, required as per paragraph 3.8. of these Rules.

5.3. The Organizer has the right, at its own discretion or upon request from any public authority of Ukraine, to request that the Promotion Participant provide any information and/or documents necessary for the Organizer to fulfill its duties in accordance with these Rules or the legislation of Ukraine (including, but not limited to, tax legislation of Ukraine).

5.4. In the event of any circumstances that make it impossible to hold the Promotion, the Organizer has the right to suspend or terminate the Promotion.

5.5. If the Organizer is unable deliver the Prize to the Promotion Winner after the end of the Promotion Period for reasons beyond its control, including force majeure circumstances (as defined in paragraph 7.2. of these Rules), or the Promotion Winner does not take any action to receive such Prize, the Organizer reserves the right to revoke such Promotion Winner’s right to receive the Prize.

5.6. The Organizer has a right to enforce and/or monitor Promotion Participants’ compliance with these Rules.

6. The Promotion Organizer is obliged to:

6.1. Hold the Promotion in keeping with these Rules.

6.2. Get in touch with the Promotion Winner to inform them about the Promotion results and to award the Prize.

6.3. Deliver the Prize to the Promotion Winner, who fulfills all of the conditions provided for in these Rules, using its own resources and at its own expense within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the Date of determining the Promotion Winner.

7. The Organizer shall not be held liable for:

7.1. Promotion Participants’ failure to comply with (or late fulfillment of) the requirements and conditions provided for by these Rules.

7.2. Promotion Participants’ failure to obtain the Prize due to reasons beyond the control of the Organizer. In particular, the Organizer shall not be held liable for complete or partial failure to fulfill, delayed fulfillment, or improper fulfillment of its obligations, as provided for by these Rules, if such non-fulfillment or delay is directly or indirectly caused by extreme and unpreventable circumstances beyond its control (hereinafter referred to as “Force majeure”). “Force majeure circumstances” means any circumstances that affect the Organizer’s ability to fulfill its obligations, arising from or caused by actions, events, acts of omission or cases that are beyond the Organizer’s control and did not exist at the time of the start of the Promotion, including but not limited to: armed conflict or a serious threat of such a conflict, civil unrest, prohibitive acts of governmental agencies, uprisings, military conflicts, strikes, construction of roadblocks and other borders on the territory of Ukraine, blockades of postal facilities, changes in the operation of banking institutions, events caused by extreme weather conditions and natural disasters, etc.

7.3. Any potential technical problems that might affect participation in the Promotion.

7.4. Any consequences of further use of the Prize by the Promotion Winner from the moment of receiving it, including the risk of accidental death, loss or damage to the Prize.

7.5. Failure to fulfill the obligations provided for by these Rules, in case of the withdrawal of consent by the Promotion Participant, as provided for in paragraph 9 of these Rules.

8. Participation in this Promotion is voluntary.

9. By taking part, the Promotion Participant confirms that they are familiar with the Rules and gives their consent to the conditions specified therein, including, but not limited to:

9.1. participating in promotional interviews related to participation in the Promotion on the radio, television and other media, as well as photo and video shoots by the Organizer and/or third parties on behalf of the Organizer without any additional agreements or compensation, with the right to transfer these materials (photo/video materials featuring Promotion Participant) to the third parties in the media, including for advertising purposes

9.2. receiving services from the Organizer or persons authorized by the Organizer in the form of SMS, emails and newsletters related to the Promotion

9.3. collecting, processing (which includes using computer-aided tools), storing, using, and distributing Promotion Participants’ personal data by the Organizer or persons authorized by the Organizer for the purposes of conducting the Promotion, using the necessary data protection facilities to prevent unauthorized distribution of such data.

10. The Promotion terms shall not be combined with any other promotional offers from the Organizer.

11. The procedure for conducting the Promotion, these Rules, and any other activities related to the Promotion are governed by the legislation of Ukraine.

12. These Rules are the only official rules for participation in the Promotion.

13. Final decisions and/or clarifications regarding issues, situations, including disputes, which arise/may arise due to varying interpretations of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, are made directly and exclusively by the Promotion Organizer.
