The Customer/Organizer of the Promotion – Limited Liability Company “GGBET”, legal entity identification code 44912194 (hereinafter – “Organizer”), with a registered address in Ukraine, 02002, Kyiv, Sverstiuka St., 18, office 601, which operates in accordance with the License for the organization and conduct of online casino gambling activities issued on August 23, 2023, based on the decision of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries No. 129 dated August 08, 2023, and the License for the organization and conduct of bookmaker activities issued on August 23, 2023, based on the decision of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries No. 128 dated August 08, 2023.
1.2. Website – refers to the website at www.ggbet.ua.
1.3. The "AWAITING THE THRILLS OF CYBER SEASON WITH A FREEBET!" promotion – an event organized by the Organizer according to the Rules and Conditions specified in this document, aimed at promoting the Organizer’s trademark.
1.4. Promotion Period – from August 19 to September 3, 2024.
1.5. Bonus – a reward granted by the Organizer to the Participant as a result of compliance with the Rules and Conditions of the Promotion, which is reflected in the corresponding section of the Participant’s account, provided that the Organizer grants such a reward.
1.6. Participant – individuals who are at least 21 years old, are legally capable, not listed in the Register of persons restricted from access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling, and registered on the website https://ggbet.ua, who have undergone identification and verification procedures and comply with the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.
1.7. Rules – official rules and conditions of the "AWAITING THE THRILLS OF CYBER SEASON WITH A FREEBET!" promotion approved by the Organizer and set out in this document.
1.8. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted by other Rules of the Organizer.
2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:
2.1. The Promotion is conducted to promote the Organizer’s trademark.
2.2. By fulfilling the conditions and Rules of the Promotion, the Participant receives a Bonus from the Organizer.
2.3. The Promotion does not involve providing players with any bonus payments, gifts, and/or goods (services) in any form, or using other types of rewards, the provision of which is directly or indirectly conditioned by the player's loss in the relevant gambling game.
2.4. The Promotion is not a gambling game, including any other game or service in the field of gambling.
2.5. The Promotion is conducted on the website www.ggbet.ua, which is considered the venue for the Promotion.
2.6. The Promotion is conducted from August 19 to September 3, 2024.
2.7. The Promotion is held within the territory of Ukraine, excluding the temporarily occupied territories defined by the decision of the NSDC, enacted by the decree of the President of Ukraine.
2.8. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to these Rules, undertakes to comply with them, and consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organizer.
3. PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROMOTION:
3.1. The Participant of the Promotion can only be an individual who is at least 21 years old, legally capable, not listed in the Register of persons restricted from access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling, and registered on the website www.ggbet.ua, who has undergone the identification and verification procedures and has read, accepted, and agreed to the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.
3.2. Participants of the Promotion participate voluntarily and personally, on their own behalf, and by participating in the Promotion, they assume all risks, consequences, and responsibilities that may be associated with participating in the Promotion.
3.3. If the Participant of the Promotion does not accept and agree to the conditions and Rules of the Promotion, and if the Participant has provided the Organizer with false or incorrect data, in such a case, the Participant is automatically deprived of the right to further participate in the Promotion, and the Organizer has no obligations to such a Participant.
4. RIGHTS OF THE PARTICIPANT:
4.1. The Participant has the right to receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.
4.2. The Participant has the right to participate in the Promotion, subject to compliance with the requirements and Rules of the Promotion.
4.3. The Participant has the right to refuse to participate in the Promotion.
5. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTICIPANT:
5.1. Comply with the conditions and Rules of the Promotion, as well as other rules of the Organizer, including the legislation of Ukraine.
5.2. Not transfer the rights to participate in the Promotion to third parties.
5.3. Provide the necessary information and documents to the Organizer upon request and in accordance with the Rules of the Promotion.
5.4. Not interfere with the Organizer in the process of conducting the Promotion.
5.5. Not violate the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.
6. RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZER:
6.1. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.
6.2. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the Promotion Period.
6.3. The Organizer has the right to refuse participation in the Promotion to any individual.
6.4. The Organizer has the right to demand that the Participant properly fulfill the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.
6.5. The Organizer has the right to request additional information and documents from the Participant to comply with the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.
The Organizer has the right to verify the registration data and all transactions of the Participants of the Promotion. If any prohibited strategies and/or fraud, including the use of multi-accounting, are detected, the Organizer reserves the right to deny such Participants further participation in the Promotion.
7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION:
7.1. From August 19 to September 3, 2024, the Participant can choose one of three Bonuses:
- Freebet of 100 UAH for a one-time top-up of the Client's account balance from 300 to 4999 UAH;
- Freebet of 1500 UAH for a one-time top-up of the Client's account balance from 5000 to 26999 UAH;
- Freebet of 7000 UAH for a one-time top-up of the Client's account balance from 27000 UAH;
7.2. This Promotion is one-time, meaning the Participant cannot receive the Bonus by following the algorithm described in these Rules again after receiving the Bonus for the first time under this Promotion.
7.3. The Participant of the Promotion, following the conditions and Rules of the Promotion, as well as the Rules of the Organizer of bookmaker activities and online casino gambling in the network of the Limited Liability Company “GGBET”, must register or log in to the Website, including completing the identification and verification procedures.
7.4. The Participant of the Promotion must activate the Promotion in their personal account in the "Promotions" section.
7.5. The Participant of the Promotion must make a deposit of at least 300 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum total amount of the received Bonus is 7000 UAH for the third deposit freebet.
7.6. A mandatory condition for receiving the Bonus is activating the Promotion before making the required deposit amount to the client’s gaming account (deposit). The minimum required deposit amount of 300 UAH must be made within 14 days after the Promotion activation. If no deposits are made within the specified period, the Promotion conditions will be considered unmet.
7.7. The user can place a free bet for the amount specified in these conditions. The bet must be a "Single" type with odds of at least 1.75.
7.8. The freebet must be used within 5 days of receipt.
7.9. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings resulting from the use of the Bonus, the user must place bets totaling at least 5 times, 6 times, or 7 times the amount of the received bonus within 14 days from the date of receipt of the first, second, and third freebets, respectively.
7.10. Bonus funds from the betting bonus can only be wagered on settled bets of the "Single" type with odds of at least 1.75.
7.11. If the wagering conditions of the Bonus are not met within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled, and the bonus balance funds will be written off. The maximum amount of real money received after wagering the Bonus is equal to the amount of the received Bonus.
7.12. In case of withdrawal from the client’s gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.
7.13. Only one Promotion can be activated at a time. Activating any Promotion automatically deactivates the previously active Promotion.
8. BUDGET OF THE PROMOTION:
8.1. The Organizer independently forms the budget of the Promotion and may change it, as well as determine the characteristics of the Bonuses and their quantitative indicators.
8.2. Bonuses received by Participants are subject to taxation by law, meaning after the Bonus is converted to Balance, and at the time of the Organizer’s payout of Winnings to the Participant’s electronic payment means (bank card), as personal income is finally taxed at the Participant’s expense and at the time of payout.
8.3. According to the provisions of paragraph 164.2 of Article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, if the taxpayer receives income in the form of winnings (prizes) from a lottery or other draws, in a bookmaker bet, in a totalizator bet, prizes and winnings in monetary form, received for victory and/or participation in amateur sports competitions, including in billiards sports, such income is included in the taxpayer's total monthly (annual) taxable income and is taxed by the tax agent at the time of payment. Thus, a tax on personal income is charged on the total amount of the above winnings (prizes) at a rate of 18 percent and a military levy of 1.5 percent.
9. FINAL PART:
9.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to the Personal Data Processing Notice of LLC “GGBET,” in connection with which the Participant voluntarily consents to the processing of their personal data, namely:
- Registration data (first name, last name, patronymic (if any), age, email address, mobile phone number, password for accessing the Client account);
- Identification data (information about the passport or other identity document that, according to the legislation, can be used on the territory of Ukraine for the conclusion of transactions: number, series (if any), date of issue and the authority that issued the document, and photographs of this document; registration number of the taxpayer’s accounting card (RNOKPP); phone number and email address; for persons who are residents of other states than Ukraine (non-residents) – information about citizenship; information about your place of residence or place of stay (for residents), place of residence or temporary stay in Ukraine (for non-residents); data of electronic signature, BankID, MobileID if the Participant uses these methods for identification on the Website; unique record number in the Unified State Demographic Register (if any) for non-residents);
- Communication data (in the process of using the Website/Services and during the Promotion, the Organizer may communicate with the Participant via email, Website interface, paper correspondence, SMS correspondence, social networks, as well as via audio and video calls. The Organizer collects and stores the date and time of communication, means of communication, the content of all messages, call records (both audio and video), the status of resolving the issue you contacted about, etc.).
9.2. The Organizer is not responsible for any deficiencies in information technology means arising from the operation of the equipment used by the Participant to access the Website, as well as for failures in the operation of internet providers.
9.3. If in the case of a violation/non-compliance by the Participant with these Rules, the Organizer has not taken any sanctions, restrictions, or other actions according to these Rules or current legislation, such actions of the Organizer should not be considered as a waiver of the right to apply sanctions or protect their rights and legitimate interests, in particular, in administrative or judicial proceedings, in the future.
9.4. The Organizer is not responsible for any losses or damages that the Participant or a third party may incur as a result of deficiencies and failures in information technology means caused by hacker attacks, malware while using the Website and/or Mobile Application, including when downloading any materials posted on the Website and/or Mobile Application and/or any links posted on the Website/Mobile Application.
