Tennis Bonus in Porsche Style

1. INTERPRETATION OF TERMS AND DEFINITIONS:
1.1. Organizer – LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "GGBET", EDRPOU code 44912194 (hereinafter — “Organizer”), legal address: Ukraine, 02002, Kyiv, Yevhena Sverstiuka St., 17, office 601, acting under the License for online casino operations issued on 23.08.2023 by the Gambling and Lotteries Regulatory Commission decision No. 129 dated 08.08.2023, and the Bookmaking License issued on 23.08.2023, decision No. 128.
1.2. Website – means the website www.ggbet.ua.
1.3. “Tennis Bonus in Porsche Style” Promotion – an event held by the Organizer in accordance with these Rules to promote the Organizer’s trademark.
1.4. Promotion period – from April 14 to April 21, 2025.
1.5. Bonus – an incentive provided by the Organizer to the Participant upon meeting the promotion terms, displayed in the participant’s account. Bonus is credited for 0.01 UAH from the participant’s balance.
1.6. Participant – an individual aged 21+, legally capable, not listed in the register of persons restricted from gambling, registered on www.ggbet.ua, fully identified and verified.
1.7. Rules – the official rules of the “Tennis Bonus in Porsche Style” promotion as approved and outlined by the Organizer.
1.8. Other terms in these Rules may be interpreted in accordance with other Organizer rules.
2. GENERAL PROMOTION INFORMATION:
2.1. The Promotion aims to promote the Organizer’s trademark.
2.2. Upon meeting the promotion terms, the Participant receives a Bonus.
2.3. The Promotion does not imply offering players any gifts, products, or services tied directly or indirectly to a loss in a gambling event.
2.4. The Promotion is not a gambling activity or any other game or service related to gambling.
2.5. The Promotion is held at www.ggbet.ua.
2.6. Promotion runs from April 14 to April 21, 2025.
2.7. The Promotion is valid in Ukraine, excluding temporarily occupied territories as determined by the National Security and Defense Council.
2.8. Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these Rules and consent to the processing of personal data.
3. ELIGIBILITY:
3.1. Only natural persons aged 21+, legally capable, not listed in gambling restrictions register, registered and verified on www.ggbet.ua, are eligible.
3.2. Participation is voluntary, at own risk and responsibility.
3.3. If a Participant disagrees with the Rules or provides false data, they are automatically disqualified from the Promotion.
4. PARTICIPANT RIGHTS:
4.1. To obtain information about the Promotion.
4.2. To participate under these Rules.
4.3. To decline participation.
5. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS:
5.1. Comply with the Promotion Rules and Ukrainian law.
5.2. Do not transfer participation rights to others.
5.3. Provide all necessary documents upon request.
5.4. Do not interfere with the Promotion.
5.5. Do not violate these Rules.
6. ORGANIZER RIGHTS:
6.1. Change the Rules unilaterally.
6.2. Change the promotion period unilaterally.
6.3. Deny participation to any person.
6.4. Demand compliance and documentation from participants.
6.5. Review user data and transactions. In case of abuse (multi-accounting, fraud), deny further participation.
7. PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS:
7.1. During April 14–21, 2025, a Participant may choose ONE of the following:
- Freebet 300 UAH + 100% bonus up to 4000 UAH for a deposit of 400–3999 UAH
- Freebet 1000 UAH + 125% bonus up to 30000 UAH for deposit of 4000–23999 UAH
- Freebet 3000 UAH + 150% bonus up to 50000 UAH for deposit from 24000 UAH
7.2. This promotion is one-time only.
7.3. The Participant must register/login, and complete identity verification.
7.4. The bonus must be activated in the “My Sports Bonuses” section.
7.5. Minimum deposit: 400 UAH. Max bonus: 50000 UAH (third tier).
7.6. Activation before deposit is required. If no deposit during promo — offer is invalid.
7.7. One free bet per user, single bet with 1.75+ odds on tennis.
7.8. Freebet expires in 5 days. Bonuses can be used only if real balance is 0.
7.9. To withdraw winnings from Freebet — wager 4x in 14 days. For deposit bonus — wager 15x within 14 days.
7.10. Betting bonuses are cleared only via settled single bets with 1.75+ odds.
7.11. If not cleared in time — bonus and balance are voided. Max withdrawal: 2x bonus (for 100%, 125%), or 1x (for 150%).
7.12. Withdrawal cancels the bonus.
7.13. Only one promotion can be active at a time. New activation disables previous one.
8. PROMO BUDGET:
8.1. Organizer determines and may adjust the bonus budget and structure.
8.2. Bonuses are taxable after transformation into real funds and at payout.
8.3. According to Article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, winnings from lotteries, betting, etc., are subject to 18% income tax and 5% military fee.
9. FINAL CLAUSES:
9.1. Participation means consent to personal data processing.
9.2. Organizer is not responsible for tech issues on user's side.
9.3. Inaction by Organizer does not waive rights to act later.
9.4. Organizer is not liable for damages caused by malware, hacker attacks, or third-party content on the Website or App.
