1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1. The Customer/Organizer of the Promotion – LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "GGBET" identification code 44912194 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), legal address Ukraine, 02002, Kyiv, Yevhena Sverstyuka St., building 17, office 601, which operates in accordance with the License for conducting activities related to the organization and conduct of gambling games in the Internet casino, issued on 23.08.2023 based on the decision of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries No. 129 dated 08.08.2023, and the License for conducting activities related to the organization and conduct of bookmaker activities dated 23.08.2023, issued based on the decision of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries on issuing the license No. 128 dated 08.08.2023.

1.2. Website – means the website at www.ggbet.ua.

1.3. The "Cheer for the Best with a Free Bet" Promotion – an event conducted by the Organizer in accordance with the Rules and conditions specified in this document and aimed at promoting the Organizer's trademark.

1.4. Promotion period – from May 2 to May 5, 2025.

1.5. Bonus – an incentive provided by the Organizer to the Participant as a result of compliance with the Rules and conditions of the Promotion, which is displayed in the relevant section of the Participant's account, provided that such an incentive is granted by the Organizer. The provision of the bonus is understood as the acquisition of the bonus by the player for one kopeck from the balance of their personal account.

1.6. Participant – individuals who have reached the age of 21, are legally capable, are not listed in the Register of persons restricted from accessing gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling games, and are registered on the website https://ggbet.ua, and accordingly, have passed the identification and verification procedure, and comply with the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.

1.7. Rules – the official rules and conditions of the "Cheer for the Best with a Free Bet" promotion, approved by the Organizer and set forth in this document.

1.8. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted by other Rules of the Organizer.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:

2.1. The Promotion is conducted to promote the Organizer's trademark.

2.2. As a result of fulfilling the conditions and Rules of the Promotion, the Participant receives a Bonus from the Organizer.

2.3. The Promotion does not provide for the possibility of granting players any bonus payments, gifts, and/or providing goods (services) in any form, using other types of incentives, the provision of which is directly or indirectly conditioned by the occurrence of the player's loss in the corresponding gambling game.

2.4. The Promotion is not a gambling game, including any other game or service in the field of gambling.

2.5. The Promotion is conducted on the website www.ggbet.ua, which is considered the place of the Promotion.

2.6. The Promotion is conducted from May 2 to May 5, 2025.

2.7. The Promotion is conducted in the territory of Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories defined by the decision of the National Security and Defense Council, enacted by the decree of the President of Ukraine.

2.8. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to these Rules, undertakes to comply with them, and consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organizer.

3. PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROMOTION:

3.1. Only individuals who have reached the age of 21, are legally capable, are not listed in the Register of persons restricted from accessing gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling games, and are registered on the website www.ggbet.ua, and accordingly, have passed the identification and verification procedure, and have read, accepted, and agreed to the conditions and Rules of the Promotion can be Participants of the Promotion.

3.2. Participants of the Promotion participate in the Promotion voluntarily and personally, on their own behalf, and by participating in the Promotion, assume all risks, consequences, and responsibilities that may be associated with participation in the Promotion.

3.3. If a Participant of the Promotion does not accept and agree with the conditions and Rules of the Promotion, and also, if the Participant has provided the Organizer with inaccurate, including incorrect data, in such a case, the Participant is automatically deprived of the right to further participate in the Promotion, and the Organizer has no obligations to such a Participant.

4. RIGHTS OF THE PARTICIPANT OF THE PROMOTION:

4.1. The Participant has the right to receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.

4.2. The Participant has the right to participate in the Promotion, provided that the requirements and Rules of the Promotion are met.

4.3. The Participant has the right to refuse to participate in the Promotion.

5. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANT:

5.1. Comply with the conditions and Rules of the Promotion, as well as other rules of the Organizer, including the legislation of Ukraine.

5.2. Not to transfer the rights to participate in the Promotion to third parties.

5.3. Provide the necessary information and documents upon the Organizer's request and in accordance with the Rules of the Promotion.

5.4. Not to interfere with the Organizer in the process of conducting the Promotion.

5.5. Not to violate the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.

6. RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZER:

6.1. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.

6.2. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the Promotion Period.

6.3. The Organizer has the right to refuse any individual participation in the Promotion.

6.4. The Organizer has the right to require the Participant to properly fulfill the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.

6.5. The Organizer has the right to require the Participant to provide additional information and documents to fulfill the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.

The Organizer has the right to verify the registration data and all transactions of the Promotion Participants. In case of detecting the use of prohibited strategies and/or fraud, including the use of multiple accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse such Participants further participation in the Promotion.

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION:

7.1. During the period from May 2 to May 5, 2025, the Participant can choose one of the four Bonuses, namely:

- Free bet of 200 UAH for a one-time top-up of the Client's account balance from 200 to 999 UAH;

- Free bet of 1,000 UAH for a one-time top-up of the Client's account balance from 1,000 to 4,999 UAH;

- Free bet of 5,000 UAH for a one-time top-up of the Client's account balance from 5,000 to 19,999 UAH;

- Free bet of 20,000 UAH for a one-time top-up of the Client's account balance from 20,000 UAH;

7.2. This Promotion is one-time; the Participant cannot receive the Bonus again by repeating the algorithm described in these Rules after receiving the Bonus once under this Promotion.

7.3. The Participant must register or log in on the Website, including completing the identification and verification process, adhering to the Promotion Rules and the rules of the organizer of bookmaker activities and online casino gambling of Limited Liability Company "GGBET".

7.4. The Participant must activate the Promotion in their personal account in the "My Sports Bonuses" section.

7.5. The Participant must make a deposit of at least 200 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum Bonus amount is 20000 UAH for the fourth freebet.

7.6. A mandatory condition for receiving the Bonus is activating the Promotion before making the required deposit to the client's gaming account. The minimum required deposit amount of 200.00 UAH must be made during the Promotion period. If there are no deposits during the specified period, the Promotion conditions are considered unmet.

7.7. The user can place a free bet for the amount specified in these conditions. The bet must be of the "Single" type with odds of at least 1.75 on football matches.

7.8. Bonuses can be used for betting only when there are no funds in the real balance of the client's gaming account. The free bet must be used within 5 days from the date of receipt.

7.9. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings resulting from the use of the Bonus, the user must place bets totaling at least 2 times the received freebets of 200 UAH, 1000 UAH, 5000 UAH, and 3 times the free bet of 20000 UAH within 14 days from the date of their receipt.

7.10. Bonus funds from the betting bonus are wagered only on settled "Single" bets with odds of at least 1.5.

7.11. If the Bonus wagering conditions are not met within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled, and the bonus balance funds will be debited. The maximum amount of real funds obtained after wagering the Bonus equals the amount of the received free bet.

7.12. In case of withdrawing funds from the client's gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

7.13. Only one Promotion can be active at a time. Activating any Promotion automatically deactivates the previously active Promotion.

8.1. The Organizer independently forms the budget of the Promotion and may change it, as well as determine the characteristics of the Bonuses and their quantitative indicators.

8.2. Bonuses received by Participants are taxed according to the law, that is, after the transformation of the Bonus into Balance, and at the time of payment of the Winnings by the Organizer to the Participant's electronic payment instrument (bank card), since individual income is finally taxed at their expense and during payment.

8.3. According to the provisions of paragraph 164.2 of Article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, in case of receiving income by the taxpayer in the form of winnings (prizes) in a lottery or other draws, in a bookmaker bet, in a totalizator bet, prizes and winnings in monetary form received for victory and/or participation in amateur sports competitions, including in billiard sports, such income is included in the total monthly (annual) taxable income of the taxpayer and is taxed by the tax agent during its payment. That is, the total amount of the above winnings (prizes) is subject to personal income tax at the rate of 18 percent and a military levy of 5 percent.

9.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to the Personal Data Processing Notice of LLC "GGBET", in connection with which the Participant gives voluntary consent to the processing of their personal data, namely:

• Registration data (name, surname, patronymic (if available), age, email address, mobile phone number, password to access the Client's account);
• Identification data (information about the passport or other document certifying the identity and, according to the law, can be used in Ukraine for concluding transactions: number, series (if available), date of issue and the authority that issued the document and photographs of this document; registration number of the taxpayer's account card (RNOKPP); phone number and email address; for persons who are residents of other states than Ukraine (non-residents) – information about citizenship; information about your place of residence or place of stay (for residents), place of residence or place of temporary stay in Ukraine (for non-residents); electronic signature data, BankID, MobileID if the Participant uses these methods for identification on the Website; unique record number in the Unified State Demographic Register (if available) for non-residents);
• Communication data (in the process of using the Website/Services and during the Promotion, the Organizer may communicate with the Participant via email, Website interface, paper correspondence, SMS correspondence, in social networks, as well as through audio and video calls. The Organizer collects and stores the date and time of communication, the means of communication, the content of all messages, call recordings (both audio and video), the status of resolving the issue you contacted about, etc.).

9.2. The Organizer is not responsible for deficiencies in information technology tools resulting from the operation of equipment used by the Participant to access the Website, as well as for failures in the operation of Internet providers.

9.3. If, in the event of a violation/non-fulfillment by the Participant of these Rules, the Organizer did not take any sanctions, restrictions, or other actions in accordance with these Rules or current legislation, such actions of the Organizer should not be considered as a waiver of the right to impose sanctions or protect their rights and legitimate interests, in particular, in administrative or judicial proceedings, in the future.

9.4. The Organizer is not responsible for any losses or damages that the Participant or a third party may incur as a result of deficiencies and failures of information technology tools caused by hacker attacks, malicious software when using the Website and/or Mobile application, including when downloading any materials posted on the Website and/or Mobile application and/or any links posted on the Website/Mobile application.
