1.6. Participant – individuals who have reached the age of 21, are capable, are not on the Register of persons restricted from accessing gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling, and are registered on the website https://ggbet.ua, and accordingly, who have passed the identification and verification procedures and comply with the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

1.7. The Rules are the official terms and conditions of the REAL BONUS FOR THE FINAL promotion approved by the Organizer and set out herein.

1.8. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted by other Rules of the Organizer.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:

2.1. The promotion is held to promote the Organizer's trademark.

2.2. As a result of fulfilling the conditions and Rules of the Promotion, the Participant receives a Bonus from the Organizer.

2.3. The Promotion does not imply the provision of any bonus payments, gifts, and/or the provision of goods (services) in any form, the use of other types of incentives, the provision of which is directly or indirectly conditioned by the occurrence of the fact of the player's loss in the relevant gambling game.

2.4. The Promotion is not a gambling game, including any other game or service in the field of gambling.

2.5. The Promotion is held on the website www.ggbet.ua, which is considered the place of the Promotion.

2.6. The promo is valid from 20.05 to 22.05.2025.

2.7. The Promotion is conducted in the territory of Ukraine, except for the temporarily occupied territories defined by the decision of the National Security and Defense Council, implemented by the decree of the President of Ukraine.

2.8. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to these Rules, undertakes to comply with them, and consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organizer.

3. PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROMOTION:

3.1. A Participant in the Promotion can only be an individual who has reached the age of 21, is capable, is not on the Register of persons restricted from accessing gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling, and is registered on the website www.ggbet.ua, and accordingly, who has passed the identification and verification procedures, and has read, accepted, and agreed to the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

3.2. Participants of the Promotion participate in the Promotion voluntarily and personally, on their behalf, and by participating in the Promotion, they assume all risks, consequences, and responsibilities that may be associated with participation in the Promotion.

3.3. If a Participant in the Promotion does not accept and agree to the terms and Rules of the Promotion, and if the Participant has provided the Organizer with false, including incorrect data, in such a case, the Participant is automatically deprived of the right to further participate in the Promotion, and the Organizer has no obligations to such a Participant.

4. RIGHTS OF THE PROMOTION PARTICIPANT:

4.1. The participant has the right to receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.

4.2. The participant has the right to participate in the Promotion, subject to compliance with the requirements and Rules of the Promotion.

4.3. The participant has the right to refuse to participate in the Promotion.

5. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANT:

5.1. Comply with the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as other rules of the Organizer, including the legislation of Ukraine.

5.2. Not transfer the right to participate in the Promotion to third parties.

5.3. Provide the necessary information and documents at the request of the Organizer and in accordance with the Rules of the Promotion.

5.4. Do not interfere with the Organizer in the process of conducting the Promotion.

5.5. Do not violate the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6. RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZER:

6.1. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6.2. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the Promotion Period.

6.3. The Organizer has the right to refuse any individual participation in the Promotion.

6.4. The Organizer has the right to require the Participant to properly comply with the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6.5. The Organizer has the right to require the Participant to provide additional information and documents in order to comply with the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6.6. The Organizer has the right to verify the registration data and all transactions of the Participants of the Promotion. If a prohibited strategy and/or fraud is detected, including the use of multiple accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse such Participants further participation in the Promotion.

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION:

7.1. In the period from 20.05 to 22.05.2025, the Participant can choose 1 of 4 Bonuses, depending on the activated offer and the deposit amount, namely:

• A freebet of UAH 100 and a 100% bonus up to UAH 1,000 for a one-time deposit of UAH 200 to UAH 999 to the Client's account balance
• A freebet of UAH 500 and a 120% bonus up to UAH 10,000 for a one-time deposit from UAH 1,000 to the Client's account balance

or a GG boost bonus:

• A freebet of UAH 2,000 and a 140% bonus up to UAH 20,000 for a one-time deposit of UAH 5,000 to 19,999 to the Client's account balance
• A freebet of UAH 4,000 and a 160% bonus up to UAH 45,000 for a one-time deposit from UAH 20,000 to the Client's account balance

7.2. This Promotion is one-off, i.e., the Participant cannot get a Bonus by following the algorithm described herein again after receiving their first Bonus under this Promotion.

7.3. Following the Promotion's Terms and Conditions, as well as the Rules of the online betting and casino gambling organizer GGBET Limited Liability Company, the Promotion Participant must register or log in on the Website, including by completing the identification and verification procedure.

7.4. The Promotion Participant must activate the Promotion in their personal account in the My Sports Bonuses section.

7.5. The Promotion Participant must make a deposit of at least UAH 200 to get a Bonus. The maximum amount of the available Bonus is UAH 45,000 for the 4th deposit bonus option and UAH 4,000 for the 4th freebet option.

7.6. A prerequisite for getting a Bonus is activation of the Promotion before crediting the required amount to the client's game account (deposit). The minimum required deposit amount of UAH 200 must be credited during the Promotion period. In case of absence of deposits during the above period, the terms of the Promotion are considered not fulfilled.

7.7. The user can place a freebet for the amount specified herein. The bet must be a single bet with odds from 1.75 on football matches.

7.8. Bonuses can be used for bets only when there are no funds on the client's actual gambling account balance. The freebet must be used within 5 days from the date of its receipt.

7.9. In case of winning a bet made using a free bet, the user receives the winning amount minus the bet amount on their real balance.

7.10. In order to withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings as a result of using the Bonus, the user must place bets for a total amount of at least 15 times the received deposit bonus within 14 days from the date of deposit bonus receipt.

7.11. Bonus funds of the betting bonus can be wagered only on calculated single bets with odds from 1.75.

7.12. In case of failure to meet the conditions for wagering the Bonus within the specified period, the bonus account will be cancelled and the bonus balance funds will be debited. The maximum amount of actual funds received after wagering the Deposit Bonus is equal to x2 of the bonus amount received (for 100% and 125% bonuses) and the bonus amount received (for a 150% bonus).

7.13. In case of withdrawing funds from the client's betting account, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

7.14. Only one Promotion can be activated at a time. By activating any Promotion, the user automatically deactivates the previously active one.

8. BUDGET OF THE PROMOTION:

8.1. The Organizer independently forms the budget of the Promotion and can change it, as well as determine the characteristics of the Bonuses and their quantitative indicators.

8.2. Bonuses received by Participants are taxed according to the law, i.e., after the transformation of the Bonus into a Balance, and at the time of payment of the Winnings by the Organizer to the Participant’s electronic payment instrument (bank card), since the income of individuals is taxed at their expense and at the time of payment.

8.3. According to the provisions of paragraph 164.2 of Article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, in case of receiving income by a taxpayer in the form of a win (prize) in a lottery or in other draws, in a bookmaker's bet, in a tote bet, prizes and winnings in monetary form, received for victory and/or participation in amateur sports competitions, including billiard sports, such income is included in the total monthly (annual) taxable income of the taxpayer and is taxed by the tax agent at the time of its payment. That is, a personal income tax of 18 percent and a military tax of 5 percent is charged on the total amount of the above winnings (prizes).

9. FINAL PART:

9.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees with the Notice on the processing of personal data of LLC "GGBET", in connection with which the Participant gives voluntary consent to the processing of their personal data, namely:

- Registration data (first name, last name, middle name (if any), age, email address, mobile phone number, password for accessing the Client Account);

- Identification data (information about a passport or other document proving identity and which may be used in the territory of Ukraine for concluding transactions: number, series (if any), date of issue, and the authority that issued the document and photographs of this document; registration number of the taxpayer's account card (RNOKPP); phone number and email address; for persons who are residents of other states other than Ukraine (non-residents) – information about citizenship; information about your place of residence or place of stay (for residents), place of residence or place of temporary stay in Ukraine (for non-residents); electronic signature data, BankID, MobileID in case the Participant uses these methods for identification on the Website; unique number entry in the Unified State Demographic Register (if available) for non-residents);

- Communication data (in the process of using the Website/Services and in the process of conducting the Promotion, the Organizer may communicate with the Participant using email, Website interface, paper correspondence, SMS correspondence, social networks, as well as audio and video calls. The Organizer collects and stores the date and time of communication, the means of communication, the content of all messages, call recordings (both audio and video), the status of resolving the issue you contacted with, etc.).

9.2. The Organizer is not responsible for shortcomings in information technology means that arise as a result of the operation of the equipment used by the Participant to access the Website, as well as for failures in the operation of Internet providers.

9.3. If, in the event of a violation/failure by the Participant of these Rules, the Organizer did not impose any sanctions, restrictions, or other actions in accordance with these Rules or applicable law, such actions of the Organizer should not be regarded as a waiver of the right to impose sanctions or protect their rights and legitimate interests, including in administrative or judicial proceedings, in the future.

9.4. The Organizer is not responsible for any losses or damages that the Participant or a third party may incur as a result of shortcomings and failures of information technology means caused by hacker attacks, malicious software when using the Website and/or Mobile application, including in the case of downloading any materials posted on the Website and/or Mobile application and/or any links posted on the Website/Mobile application.
