1. DEFINITION OF TERMS:

1.1. Customer/Organizer of the Promotion – LLC "GGBET" legal entity identification code 44912194 (hereinafter – "Organizer"), legal address Ukraine, 02002, Kyiv, 18 Sverstyuk Street, office 601, which operates under the Internet Casino Gambling License issued on 23.08.2023 based on the decision of the Gambling and Lottery Regulation Commission № 129 dated 08.08.2023, and the Bookmaker Activity License issued on 23.08.2023 based on the decision № 128 dated 08.08.2023.

1.2. Website – means the website at www.ggbet.ua.

1.3. The "VIBE WINBACK FOR VCT 2025: MASTERS BANGKOK" Promotion – an event organized by the Organizer in accordance with these Rules and aimed at promoting the Organizer's trademark.

1.4. Promotion period – from February 20 to March 2, 2025.

1.5. Bonus – a reward given by the Organizer to the Participant as a result of complying with the Rules and conditions of the Promotion, displayed in the respective section of the Participant's account.

1.6. Participant – individuals who are 21 years old, capable, not listed in the Registry of persons restricted from gambling, and registered on the website https://ggbet.ua, having completed identification and verification procedures, and comply with the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

1.7. Rules – official rules and conditions of the "VIBE WINBACK FOR VCT 2025: MASTERS BANGKOK" promotion approved by the Organizer and laid out in this document.

1.8. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted by other Organizer's Rules.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:

2.1. The Promotion is conducted to promote the Organizer's trademark.

2.2. By fulfilling the terms and Rules of the Promotion, the Participant receives a Bonus from the Organizer.

2.3. The Promotion does not imply the provision of any bonus payments, gifts, and/or goods (services) to players in any form, nor the use of other incentives directly or indirectly conditional upon the player's loss in the relevant gambling game.

2.4. The Promotion is not a gambling game or any other game or service in the field of gambling.

2.5. The Promotion is conducted on the website www.ggbet.ua, which is considered the venue for the Promotion.

2.6. The Promotion is held from February 20 to March 2, 2025.

2.7. The Promotion is held on the territory of Ukraine except for temporarily occupied territories as determined by the NSDC decision enacted by the President of Ukraine's decree.

2.8. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees with these Rules, undertakes to comply with them, and consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organizer.

3. PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROMOTION:

3.1. The Promotion Participant can only be an individual who is 21 years old, capable, not listed in the Registry of persons restricted from gambling, and registered on the website www.ggbet.ua, having completed identification and verification procedures, and familiarized with, accepted, and agreed to the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

3.2. Participants voluntarily and personally participate in the Promotion, from their own name, and by participating in the Promotion, assume all risks, consequences, and responsibilities associated with participation in the Promotion.

3.3. If the Participant does not accept and agree with the terms and Rules of the Promotion or provided inaccurate data to the Organizer, the Participant automatically loses the right to further participation in the Promotion, and the Organizer has no obligations to such a Participant.

4. PARTICIPANT RIGHTS:

4.1. The Participant has the right to receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.

4.2. The Participant has the right to participate in the Promotion, provided they comply with the requirements and Rules of the Promotion.

4.3. The Participant has the right to refuse participation in the Promotion.

5. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS:

5.1. To comply with the terms and Rules of the Promotion and other rules of the Organizer, including the legislation of Ukraine.

5.2. Not to transfer participation rights in the Promotion to third parties.

5.3. To provide the necessary information and documents to the Organizer upon request according to the Promotion Rules.

5.4. Not to hinder the Organizer in conducting the Promotion.

5.5. Not to violate the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6. ORGANIZER RIGHTS:

6.1. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6.2. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the Promotion period.

6.3. The Organizer has the right to refuse participation in the Promotion to any individual.

6.4. The Organizer has the right to demand proper fulfillment of the terms and Rules of the Promotion by the Participant.

6.5. The Organizer has the right to require additional information and documents from the Participant to fulfill the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6.6. The Organizer has the right to verify the registration data and all transactions of the Promotion Participants. In case of detecting the use of prohibited strategies and/or fraud, including the use of multiple accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to deny further participation in the Promotion to such Participants.

7. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION:

7.1. In the period from February 20 to March 2, 2025, the Participant can choose one of three Bonuses, namely:

- 5% winback up to 4000 UAH for a one-time deposit to the Client's account balance in the amount of 100 UAH of more;

- 10% winback up to 24000 UAH for a one-time deposit to the Client's account balance in the amount of 4000 UAH of more;

- 20% winback up to 80000 UAH for a one-time deposit to the Client's account balance in the amount of 24000 UAH of more.

7.2. This Promotion is one-time only, i.e. the Participant cannot receive the Bonus by performing the algorithm described in these Rules again after receiving the Bonus under this Promotion for the first time.

7.3. The Participant of the Promotion, following the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as the Rules of the organizer of bookmaking activities and online casino gambling games of the Limited Liability Company "GGBET", must register or authorize on the Website, including going through the identification and verification procedure.

7.4. The Promotion participant must activate the Promotion in the personal account in the "Promotions" section.

7.5. The Participant of the Promotion must make a deposit in the amount of at least 100 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum amount of received Bonus is 80000 UAH for the largest deposit.

7.6. A mandatory condition for receiving the Bonus is to activate the Promotion before depositing the required amount into the client's gaming account (deposit). The minimum required amount of the deposit, which is 100.00 UAH, must be made within the Promotion period after its activation. If there are no deposits in the period indicated above, the conditions of the Promotion are considered not fulfilled.

7.7. Winback will be calculated according to the following formula: (winback percentage) x (sum of all bets - sum of losing bets). The bet must be of the "Ordinary" type with a coefficient of 1.75 or more on Valorant matches.

7.8. Winback is calculated only for bets made with real funds.

7.9. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings as a result of using the Bonus, the user must place bets for a total amount of at least 14 times more than the received bonuses within 14 days from the date of receiving the winback.

7.10. Bonus funds of bonus pages are played only on calculated bets of the "Ordinary" type with a coefficient of 1.75 or more.

7.11. In case of non-fulfillment of the Bonus withdrawal conditions within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled and the funds of the bonus balance will be debited. The maximum amount of real funds received after winning the Bonus is equal to the maximum Bonus amount.

7.12. In case of withdrawal of funds from the client's game account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

7.13. Only one Promotion can be activated at the same time. Activating any Promotion - the previously active Promotion is automatically deactivated.

7.14. The total amount of loss means the amount of bets that meet the conditions of the promotion, which were made and calculated during the period of the promotion, minus the amount of winnings from these bets.

8. PROMOTION BUDGET:

8.1. The Organizer independently forms the Promotion budget and can change it, as well as determine the characteristics of the Bonuses and their quantitative indicators.

8.2. Bonuses received by Participants are taxed according to the law, i.e., after transforming the Bonus into Balance, and at the time of winning payment by the Organizer to the Participant's electronic payment means (bank card), as individual incomes are taxed at their expense and during payment.

8.3. According to paragraph 164.2 of article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, if the taxpayer receives income in the form of winnings (prizes) in the lottery or other draws, bookmaker betting, totalizator bets, prizes, and winnings in monetary form for winning and/or participating in amateur sports competitions, including billiard sports, such income is included in the taxpayer's total monthly (annual) taxable income and is taxed by the tax agent during payment. Thus, the total amount of the above winnings (prizes) is subject to personal income tax at a rate of 18% and a military levy of 5%.

9. FINAL PART:

9.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees with the Notification on the processing of personal data by "GGBET" LLC, whereby the Participant gives voluntary consent to the processing of their personal data, namely:

- Registration data (name, surname, patronymic (if available), age, email address, mobile phone number, account access password);

- Identification data (passport or other identification document details and according to the law may be used in Ukraine for transactions: number, series (if available), issue date and issuing authority, and photographs of this document; taxpayer registration number (TIN); phone number and email address; for non-residents – citizenship details; information about residence or temporary residence in Ukraine (for non-residents); electronic signature data, BankID, MobileID if the Participant uses these methods for identification on the Website; unique registration number in the Unified State Demographic Register (if available for non-residents));

- Communication data (during the use of the Website/Services and the Promotion, the Organizer may communicate with the Participant through email, Website interface, paper correspondence, SMS, social networks, as well as through audio and video calls. The Organizer collects and stores the date and time of communication, communication means, content of all messages, call records (both audio and video), issue resolution status, etc.).

9.2. The Organizer is not responsible for IT technology failures caused by the Participant's equipment used to access the Website, as well as for failures of internet service providers.

9.3. If the Organizer does not impose any sanctions or actions in case of violation/non-compliance with these Rules by the Participant, such actions by the Organizer should not be regarded as a waiver of the right to impose sanctions or protect their rights and legal interests, including administrative or judicial procedures in the future.

9.4. The Organizer is not responsible for any losses or damages the Participant or a third party may incur due to IT technology failures caused by hacker attacks, malware when using the Website and/or Mobile app, including downloading any materials posted on the Website and/or Mobile app and/or any links posted on the Website/Mobile app.
