1. INTERPRETATION OF DEFINITIONS, TERMS AND NAMES:

1.1. The Customer/Organizer of the Promotion is GGBET LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY identification code of the legal entity 44912194 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), legal address Ukraine, 02002, Kyiv, 17 Sverstyuk St., office 601, which operates in accordance with the License for organizing and conducting casino gambling on the Internet issued on 23.08.2023 on the basis of the decision of the Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries No. 129 dated 08.08.2023, the License for organizing and conducting bookmaking activities dated 23.08.2023, issued in accordance with the decision of the Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries on issuing a license No. 128 dated 08.08.2023."

1.2. Website means www.ggbet.ua.

1.3. "WELCOME BONUS"/Promotion means an event carried out by the Organizer in accordance with the Terms and Conditions specified herein and aimed at popularizing the trademark (service mark) of the Organizer.

1.4. The Promotion Period is from February 27, 2024 to December 31, 2024.

1.5. Bonus a reward provided by the Organizer to the Participant as a result of compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign, and which is displayed in the relevant section of the Participant's account, provided that the Organizer provides such a reward.

1.6. Participant – individuals who have reached the age of 21, are legally capable, are not in the Register of persons who are restricted from accessing gambling facilities and/or participating in gambling, and are registered on the website https://ggbet.ua, and accordingly, who have passed the identification and verification procedure, and comply with the terms and conditions of the Promotion.

1.7. Rules – the official terms and conditions of the "WELCOME BONUS promotion, which are approved by the Organizer and set out in this document.

1.8. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted by other Rules of the Organizer.

2. THE PROMOTION GENERAL INFORMATION:

2.1. The promotion is held to popularize the trademark of the Organizer.

2.2. As a result of fulfilling the terms and conditions of the Promotion, the Participant receives a Bonus from the Organizer.

2.3. The promotion does not provide for the possibility of providing players with any bonus payments, gifts and/or goods (services) in any form, the use of other types of incentives, the provision of which is directly or indirectly conditioned by the fact of a player's loss in the relevant gambling game.

2.4. The Promotion is not a game of chance, including any other game or service in the field of gambling.

2.5. The Promotion is held on www.ggbet.ua, which is considered the venue of the Promotion.

2.6. The promotion is valid from February 27, 2024 to December 31, 2024.

2.7. The promotion will be held on the territory of Ukraine, except for the temporarily occupied territories defined by the decision of the National Security and Defense Council, enacted by a decree of the President of Ukraine.

2.8. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to these Rules, undertakes to comply with them and agrees to the collection and processing of his/her personal data by the Organizer.

3. PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROMOTION:

3.1. Only an individual who has reached the age of 21, is legally capable, is not in the Register of persons who are restricted from accessing gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling, and is registered on the website www.ggbet.ua, and accordingly, who has passed the identification and verification procedure, and has read, accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions of the Promotion, may participate in the Promotion.

3.2. The Promotion Participants shall participate in the Promotion voluntarily and personally, on their own behalf, and by their participation in the Promotion shall assume all risks, consequences and liability that may be associated with participation in the Promotion.

3.3. If the Promotion Participant does not accept and agree to the terms and conditions of the Campaign, as well as if the Participant has provided the Organizer with false or incorrect data, in such case the Participant is automatically deprived of the right to further participate in the Promotion, and the Organizer has no obligations to such Participant.

4. RIGHTS OF THE PARTICIPANT:

4.1. The Participant has the right to receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.

4.2. The Participant has the right to take part in the Promotion, subject to the requirements and Rules of the Promotion.

4.3. The Participant has the right to refuse to participate in the Promotion.

5. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTICIPANT:

5.1. To comply with the terms and conditions of the Promotion, as well as other rules of the Organizer, including the legislation of Ukraine.

5.2. Do not transfer the right to participate in the Promotion to third parties.

5.3. Provide the necessary information and documents at the request of the Organizer and in accordance with the Promotion Rules.

5.4. Not to interfere with the Organizer in the course of the Promotion.

5.5. Do not violate the terms and conditions of the Promotion.

6. RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZER:

6.1. The Organizer has the right to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion unilaterally.

6.2. The Organizer has the right to change the Promotion Period unilaterally.

6.3. The Organizer has the right to refuse any individual to participate in the Promotion.

6.4. The Organizer has the right to require the Participant to properly fulfill the terms and conditions of the Promotion by the Participant.

6.5. The Organizer has the right to require the Participant to provide additional information and documents in order to fulfill the terms and conditions of the Promotion.

6.6. The Organizer has the right to check registration data and all transactions of the Promotion Participants. In case of detecting the fact of using a prohibited strategy and/or fraud, including the use of multi-accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse such Participants to further participate in the Promotion.

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION:

7.1. The Participant of the Promotion, following the terms and conditions of the Promotion, as well as the Rules of the organizer of betting and casino gambling activities on the Internet, GGBET Limited Liability Company, must register or log in on the Website, including the identification and verification procedure.

7.2. In order to participate in the Promotion, the Participant must deposit the balance of his/her Client Account in the amount of UAH 200 or more, after which the Participant will receive a Bonus in the form of 50 free spins in the game "Hot Volcano" by Evoplay and 150% of the amount of the deposit to the bonus account, but not more than UAH 12,000 (twelve thousand).

7.3. The Participant of the Promotion must activate the Promotion in his/her personal account in «My casino bonuses» section within 30 calendar days from the date of registration on the Website.

7.4.The bonus is credited automatically after the Participant replenishes the Client Account balance.

7.5. The maximum amount of conversion to real money for the Cash Bonus is 12,000 UAH.

7.6. The maximum amount of winnings from free spins can be converted to real money is 4,000 UAH.

7.7. The cost of one free spin is 6 UAH.

7.8. Only the first deposit made within 7 days after the bonus activation is taken into account.

7.9. The wager for the cash bonus is x40.

7.10. The wager for free spins is x30.

7.11. Bonuses and gift free spins are available for wagering within 5 days from the date of their accrual. If any of the bonuses are not wagered after this period, they will be automatically canceled.

7.12. These bonuses can only be wagered in slots.

7.13. The maximum allowed bet when playing with the bonus balance is 150 UAH.

8. THE PROMOTION BUDGET:

8.1. The Organizer independently forms the budget of the Promotion and may change it, as well as determine the characteristics of the Bonuses and their quantitative indicators.

8.2. The bonuses received by the Participants are taxed by law, i.e. after the transformation of the Bonus into the Balance, and at the moment of payment of the Winnings by the Organizer to the electronic payment instrument (bank card) of the Participant, since the income of individuals is finally taxed at their expense and at the time of payment.

8.3. According to the provisions of paragraph 164.2 of Article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, in case a taxpayer receives income in the form of a win (prize) in a lottery or other draws, in a betting bet, in a sweepstakes bet, prizes and winnings in cash received for winning and/or participating in amateur sports competitions, including billiards, such income is included in the total monthly (annual) taxable income of the taxpayer and is taxed by the tax agent when it is paid. In other words, the total amount of the above winnings (prizes) is subject to personal income tax at the rate of 18 percent and military duty at the rate of 1.5 percent.

9. THE FINAL PART:

9.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to the Notice on the processing of personal data by GGBET LLC, and therefore the Participant voluntarily consents to the processing of his/her personal data, namely:

• Registration data (name, surname, patronymic (if any), age, e-mail address, mobile phone number, password to access the Client Account);
• Identification data (information about a passport or other identity document that can be used in Ukraine to enter into transactions in accordance with the law: number, series (if any), date of issue and the issuing authority and photographs of the document; taxpayer registration number (TIN); telephone number and e-mail address; for persons who are residents of countries other than Ukraine (non-residents) - information about citizenship; information about your place of residence or place of stay (for residents), place of residence or place of temporary stay in Ukraine (for non-residents); electronic signature, BankID, MobileID data if the Participant uses these methods for identification on the Website; unique record number in the Unified State Demographic Register (if any) for non-residents);
• Communication data (in the course of using the Website/Services and during the Campaign, the Organizer may communicate with the Participant via e-mail, Website interface, paper correspondence, SMS, social media, as well as audio and video calls. The Organizer collects and stores the date and time of communication, the means of communication, the content of all messages, call recordings (both audio and video), the status of the issue you have addressed, etc.).

9.2. The Organizer is not responsible for deficiencies in the means of information technology resulting from the operation of the equipment used by the Participant to access the Website, as well as for failures in the operation of Internet providers.

9.3. If in case of violation/non-fulfillment of these Rules by the Participant, the Organizer has not taken any sanctions, restrictions, or other actions in accordance with these Rules or applicable law, such actions of the Organizer shall not be considered as a waiver of the right to impose sanctions or protect its rights and legitimate interests, in particular, in administrative or judicial proceedings, in the future.

9.4. The Organizer shall not be liable for any losses or damages that the Participant or a third party may incur as a result of deficiencies and failures of information technology tools caused by hacker attacks, malware when using the Website and/or Mobile Application, including in case of downloading any materials posted on the Website and/or Mobile Application and/or any links posted on the Website/Mobile Application.
