WEEKLY EXPRESS 🚅

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1. Customer/Organizer of the Promotion – LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "GGBET", legal entity identification code 44912194 (hereinafter – the "Organizer"), registered address: Ukraine, 02002, Kyiv, Yevhena Sverstiuka Street, 17, office 601, operating under the License for organizing and conducting casino games on the Internet, issued on 23.08.2023 pursuant to Decision No. 129 of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries dated 08.08.2023, and the License for organizing and conducting bookmaking activities dated 23.08.2023, issued pursuant to Decision No. 128 of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries dated 08.08.2023.

1.2. Promotion "EXPRESS OF THE WEEK"/Promotion – an event conducted by the Organizer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, aimed at promoting the Organizer's trademark (brand).

1.3. Bonus – a gaming element (gaming substitute) awarded to the Promotion Winner within the game, which has no monetary value. The Bonus is not income of the Promotion Winner, is not property, and has no independent value. The Bonus cannot be exchanged or replaced for real money or any other valuable equivalent. The Bonus is displayed in the Promotion Winner's personal account on the Website.

1.3.1. To wager the Bonus, the Promotion Winner must place bets totaling an amount equal to the Bonus amount (Wager: x1). The outcome of such bets does not affect the wagering of the Bonus.

1.3.2. The Promotion Winner may wager the Bonus exclusively on Single bets with odds of 1.75 or higher.

1.3.3. The Bonus may only be wagered when there are no funds on the Promotion Winner's gaming balance.

1.3.4. The Promotion Winner may place a bet using the remaining funds on the gaming balance and/or the Bonus on the bonus balance. Winnings from a bet placed using both gaming balance funds and a Bonus will be distributed proportionally. Winnings from a bet placed using the Bonus will be credited to the bonus balance; accordingly, winnings from a bet placed using gaming balance funds will be credited to the gaming balance.

1.3.5. The Bonus is valid for 5 (five) calendar days from the date it is credited to the bonus balance in the Promotion Winner's personal account on the Website.

1.3.6. If the Bonus wagering terms and conditions are not fulfilled within the period specified in clause 1.3.5 of these Terms, the Bonus will be automatically cancelled and forfeited.

1.3.7. If funds are withdrawn from the gaming balance, any existing Bonus on the bonus balance will be cancelled.

1.3.8. The maximum amount of funds that may be obtained as a result of wagering the Bonus may not exceed the amount of such Bonus.

1.4. Website – means the website at www.ggbet.ua.

1.5. Promotion Winner – a Promotion Participant who, during one reporting week within the Promotion Period, placed an Express bet on sports and/or esports events with the highest odds among all Promotion Participants for the respective reporting week, and such bet was winning, entitling them to receive the Bonus in accordance with clause 7.3.2 of these Terms.

1.6. Promotion Period – from April 14, 2026 to December 31, 2026, inclusive.

1.7. Terms – the official terms and conditions of the "EXPRESS OF THE WEEK" Promotion, approved by the Organizer and set out in this document.

1.8. Promotion Participant – any individual who meets all of the following conditions:

- is at least 21 years of age at the time of participation in the Promotion; and

- has the required legal capacity under the laws of Ukraine; and

- is not listed in the Register of Persons Restricted from Access to Gambling Establishments and/or Participation in Gambling; and

- is not employed by the Organizer; and

- is not the spouse and/or immediate family member (child, sibling, parent, grandparent) of a person employed by the Organizer; and

- is registered on the Website, has completed the identification and verification procedure, and complies with the Promotion Terms; and

- agrees that in the event such person becomes a Promotion Winner, the amount of UAH 0.01 (one kopeck) will be automatically deducted from their gaming balance as payment for crediting the corresponding Bonus amount to the bonus balance in their personal account on the Website.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:

2.1. The Promotion is conducted for the purpose of promoting the Organizer's trademark (brand).

2.2. The Promotion does not provide for any bonus payments, gifts and/or goods (services) in any form, or any other type of incentive whose provision is directly or indirectly conditioned upon the player losing in the respective game.

2.3. The Promotion is not a game of chance, including any other game or service in the field of gambling.

2.4. The Promotion is conducted on the Website at https://ggbet.ua, which is considered the venue of the Promotion.

2.5. The Promotion is conducted on the territory of Ukraine, excluding temporarily occupied territories as defined by the National Security and Defense Council decision enacted by a decree of the President of Ukraine, as of the Promotion Period.

2.6. By participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participant automatically agrees to these Terms, undertakes to comply with them, and consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organizer.

3. GENERAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

3.1. A Promotion Participant may only be an individual who:

- is at least 21 years of age and has full legal capacity;

- is not listed in the Register of Persons Restricted from Access to Gambling Establishments and/or Participation in Gambling;

- is registered on the Website and has completed the identification and verification procedure;

- is not employed by the Organizer;

- is not the spouse and/or immediate family member (child, sibling, parent, grandparent) of a person employed by the Organizer;

- agrees that in the event such person becomes a Promotion Winner, the amount of UAH 0.01 (one kopeck) will be automatically deducted from their gaming balance as payment for crediting the corresponding Bonus amount to the bonus balance in their personal account on the Website;

- has read, accepted, and agreed to the Terms.

3.2. Promotion Participants take part in the Promotion voluntarily and personally, in their own name, and bear all risks, consequences, and liability associated with participation in the Promotion.

3.3. If a Promotion Participant does not accept or agree to the Promotion Terms, or if a Promotion Participant has provided the Organizer with inaccurate or incorrect data, such Promotion Participant is automatically disqualified from further participation in the Promotion, and the Organizer bears no obligations to such Participant.

4. RIGHTS OF THE PROMOTION PARTICIPANT:

4.1. The Promotion Participant has the right to receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.

4.2. The Promotion Participant has the right to participate in the Promotion, subject to compliance with the Promotion requirements and Terms.

4.3. The Promotion Participant has the right to withdraw from participation in the Promotion.

5. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PROMOTION PARTICIPANT:

5.1. To comply with the Promotion Terms, including the laws of Ukraine.

5.2. Not to transfer the right to participate in the Promotion and/or the right to receive the Bonus to third parties.

5.3. To provide, upon the Organizer's request and in accordance with the Promotion Terms, all required information and documents.

5.4. Not to interfere with the Organizer in the course of conducting the Promotion.

5.5. Not to violate the Promotion Terms.

6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ORGANIZER:

6.1. The Organizer has the right to amend the Promotion Terms unilaterally without prior notice to Promotion Participants.

6.2. The Organizer has the right to change the Promotion Period unilaterally.

6.3. The Organizer has the right to refuse any individual participation in the Promotion without explanation.

6.4. The Organizer has the right to require Promotion Participants to comply with the Promotion Terms.

6.5. The Organizer has the right to supervise and/or monitor Promotion Participants' compliance with these Terms.

6.6. The Organizer has the right to disqualify a Promotion Winner from receiving the Bonus pursuant to clause 7.3.2 of these Terms if such Promotion Winner has violated or otherwise failed to comply with these Terms and/or other Organizer policies.

6.7. The Organizer has the right, at its own discretion or upon request by any Ukrainian state authority, to require a Promotion Participant to provide any information and/or documents necessary for the Organizer to fulfill its obligations under these Terms or Ukrainian law (including, but not limited to, Ukrainian tax legislation).

6.8. In the event of any circumstances that prevent the Promotion from being conducted, the Organizer may temporarily suspend or fully terminate the Promotion.

6.9. The Organizer has the right to verify the registration data, gaming history, and all transactions of a Promotion Participant. If the use of prohibited strategies and/or fraud is detected, including multi-accounting, the Organizer has the right to disqualify such Promotion Participant from further participation in the Promotion.

6.10. The Organizer is obligated to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms.

7. PROMOTION MECHANICS AND PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS:

7.1. To become a Promotion Participant, the player must activate the Promotion in their personal account on the Website in the Promotions section.

7.2. Each week during the Promotion Period, the Promotion Participant places Express bets on sports and/or esports events with the highest possible odds.

7.2.1. The number of Express bets placed by the Promotion Participant during the reporting week is unlimited.

7.2.2. Only bets placed by the Promotion Participant using real funds from the gaming balance on the Website are eligible.

7.3. Each week during the Promotion Period, within two days (Monday–Tuesday) following the respective reporting week, the Organizer determines one Promotion Winner.

7.3.1. The Promotion Winner is the Promotion Participant who placed an Express bet on sports and/or esports events with the highest odds among all Promotion Participants for the respective reporting week, provided that such bet was winning.

7.3.2. The Promotion Winner is automatically awarded 2,000 Bonuses to the bonus balance in their personal account on the Website, and UAH 0.01 (one kopeck) is automatically deducted from such Promotion Winner's gaming balance in accordance with clauses 1.8 and 3.1 of these Terms.

8. PROMOTION BUDGET:

8.1. The Organizer independently forms the Promotion budget, has the right to amend it, and determines the characteristics of the Bonuses and their quantities.

8.2. Bonuses provided to the Promotion Participant are subject to taxation in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law at the time of payment of winnings by the Organizer to the Promotion Participant's electronic payment instrument (bank card), as personal income is subject to final taxation at the time of payment at the expense of such persons.

8.3. The Organizer, within the meaning of sub-clause 14.1.180 of clause 14.1 of Article 14 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, acts as the tax agent of Promotion Winners with respect to personal income tax and military levy, and withholds and remits the relevant taxes and levies to the budget.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS:

9.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participant automatically agrees to the Personal Data Processing Notice of GGBET LLC and provides voluntary, informed, and unconditional consent to the processing of their personal data, including but not limited to:

- Registration data (first name, last name, patronymic (if applicable), age, email address, mobile phone number);

- Identification data (information from a passport or other identity document that may be used under Ukrainian law to enter into transactions: number, series (if applicable), date of issue and issuing authority, and photographs of such document; individual taxpayer registration number (ITRN); phone number and email address; for non-residents of Ukraine – citizenship information; information about place of residence or stay (for residents), place of residence or temporary stay in Ukraine (for non-residents); electronic signature, BankID, MobileID data if the Promotion Participant uses these methods for identification on the Website; unique record number in the Unified State Demographic Register (if applicable) for non-residents);

- Communication data (in the course of using the Website/Services and during the Promotion, the Organizer may communicate with the Promotion Participant via email, Website interface, postal correspondence, SMS, social media, and audio/video calls. The Organizer collects and stores the date and time of communication, the means of communication, the content of all messages, call recordings (both audio and video), the status of the issue raised, etc.).

9.2. The Organizer is not liable for deficiencies in information technology systems arising from the operation of equipment used by the Promotion Participant to access the Website, or for failures by internet service providers.

9.3. If the Organizer has not taken any sanctions, restrictions, or other actions in response to a Promotion Participant's violation or non-compliance with these Terms, such inaction shall not be construed as a waiver of the right to impose sanctions or protect its rights and legitimate interests, including through administrative or judicial proceedings, in the future.

9.4. The Organizer is not liable for any losses or damages that the Promotion Participant or any third party may incur as a result of deficiencies or failures in information technology systems caused by cyberattacks or malware when using the Website and/or Mobile Application, including in the case of downloading any materials posted on the Website and/or Mobile Application and/or any links posted on the Website/Mobile Application.
