1. Card verification

To verify your bank card, you need to upload a statement, which must include:

• your first and last names
• the name of your bank
• the stamp or signature of an employee
• card number with only last digits visible

For example, if you were obtaining a statement from PrivatBank, you’d need to go to: Services - References - Statement - Card/account - Select card - press Create

For Monobank, you’d need to do the following: Swipe left to go to card settings - Send card statement - Continue

2. Verify Google / Apple Pay e-wallet

To verify a Google/ApplePay e-wallet, you need to upload a statement from the issuing bank for the card used to make a deposit on the website. The statement must include:

• your first and last names
• the name of your bank
• the stamp or signature of an employee
• card number with only last digits visible
• details of the deposit transaction: amount, time, and recipient.

For example, if you were obtaining a statement from PrivatBank, you’d need to go to: Services - References - Statement - Card/account - Select card - set statement type as Full - press Transaction details - Create

For Monobank: Card menu - select the relevant transaction - Review statement
