1. INTERPRETATION OF DEFINITIONS, TERMS, NAMES:

1.1. Customer/Organizer of the Promotion – LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "GGBET" identification code of the legal entity 44912194 (hereinafter – "Organizer"), legal address Ukraine, 02002, Kyiv, Sverstyuka Yevhen St., building 17, office 601, which carries out its activities in accordance with the License for organizing and conducting casino gambling on the Internet, issued on 23.08.2023 based on the decision of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries No. 129 from 08.08.2023, the License for organizing and conducting bookmaker activities from 23.08.2023, issued in accordance with the decision of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries regarding the issuance of a license No. 128 from 08.08.2023.

1.2. Website – refers to the website at www.ggbet.ua.

1.3. The promotion "LEGEND IN THE WORLD OF ESPORTS! THE INTERNATIONAL 2024!” - an event carried out by the Organizer in accordance with the Terms and conditions specified in this document and aimed at popularizing the sign for goods and services (trademark) of the Organizer.

1.4. The promo period is from September 4 to September 15, 2024.

1.5. Bonus – an incentive provided by the Organizer to the Participant as a result of compliance with the Rules and Conditions of the Promotion, which is reflected in the corresponding section of the Participant's cabinet/account, provided that the Organizer provides such an incentive.

1.6. Participant – individuals who have reached the age of 21, are capable, are not on the Register of persons restricted from accessing gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling, and are registered on the website https://ggbet.ua, and accordingly, who have passed the identification and verification procedures and comply with the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

1.7. Rules are the official terms and conditions of the promotion "LEGEND IN THE WORLD OF ESPORTS! THE INTERNATIONAL 2024!” which are approved by the Organizer and set out in this document.

1.8. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted by other Rules of the Organizer.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:

2.1. The promotion is held to promote the Organizer's trademark.

2.2. As a result of fulfilling the conditions and Rules of the Promotion, the Participant receives a Bonus from the Organizer.

2.3. The Promotion does not imply the provision of any bonus payments, gifts, and/or the provision of goods (services) in any form, the use of other types of incentives, the provision of which is directly or indirectly conditioned by the occurrence of the fact of the player's loss in the relevant gambling game.

2.4. The Promotion is not a gambling game, including any other game or service in the field of gambling.

2.5. The Promotion is held on the website www.ggbet.ua, which is considered the place of the Promotion.

2.6. The promotion is held in the period from September 4 to September 15, 2024.

2.7. The Promotion is conducted in the territory of Ukraine, except for the temporarily occupied territories defined by the decision of the National Security and Defense Council, implemented by the decree of the President of Ukraine.

2.8. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to these Rules, undertakes to comply with them, and consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organizer.

3. PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROMOTION:

3.1. A Participant in the Promotion can only be an individual who has reached the age of 21, is capable, is not on the Register of persons restricted from accessing gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling, and is registered on the website www.ggbet.ua, and accordingly, who has passed the identification and verification procedures, and has read, accepted, and agreed to the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

3.2. Participants of the Promotion participate in the Promotion voluntarily and personally, on their behalf, and by participating in the Promotion, they assume all risks, consequences, and responsibilities that may be associated with participation in the Promotion.

3.3. If a Participant in the Promotion does not accept and agree to the terms and Rules of the Promotion, and if the Participant has provided the Organizer with false, including incorrect data, in such a case, the Participant is automatically deprived of the right to further participate in the Promotion, and the Organizer has no obligations to such a Participant.

4. RIGHTS OF THE PROMOTION PARTICIPANT:

4.1. The participant has the right to receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.

4.2. The participant has the right to participate in the Promotion, subject to compliance with the requirements and Rules of the Promotion.

4.3. The participant has the right to refuse to participate in the Promotion.

5. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANT:

5.1. Comply with the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as other rules of the Organizer, including the legislation of Ukraine.

5.2. Not transfer the right to participate in the Promotion to third parties.

5.3. Provide the necessary information and documents at the request of the Organizer and in accordance with the Rules of the Promotion.

5.4. Do not interfere with the Organizer in the process of conducting the Promotion.

5.5. Do not violate the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6. RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZER:

6.1. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6.2. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the Promotion Period.

6.3. The Organizer has the right to refuse any individual participation in the Promotion.

6.4. The Organizer has the right to require the Participant to properly comply with the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6.5. The Organizer has the right to require the Participant to provide additional information and documents in order to comply with the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6.6. The Organizer has the right to verify the registration data and all transactions of the Participants of the Promotion. If a prohibited strategy and/or fraud is detected, including the use of multiple accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse such Participants further participation in the Promotion.

7. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE FIRST PROMO PERIOD:

7.1. In the period from September 4 to September 5, 2024, the Participant can choose one of three Bonuses, namely:

• 5% winback up to 5 000 UAH for a one-time Client’s account balance replenishment in the amount from 200 UAH;
• 10% winback up to 28 000 UAH for a one-time Client’s account balance replenishment in the amount from 5 000 UAH;
• 20% winback up to 50 000 UAH for a one-time Client’s account balance replenishment in the amount from 28 000 UAH;

7.2. This Promotion is one-time, that is, the Participant can’t get a Bonus by performing the algorithm described in these Rules again after getting a Bonus under this Promotion for the first time.

7.3. The Participant of the Promotion, complying with the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as the Rules of the organizer of bookmaking activities and online casino gambling - the Limited Liability Company "GGBET", should register or authorize on the Website, including passing the identification and verification procedure.

7.4. A participant of the Promotion should activate the Promotion in his personal account in the "Promotions" section.

7.5. The Participant of the Promotion should make a deposit in the amount of at least 200 UAH to get the Bonus. The maximum amount of the Bonus received is 28 000 UAH.

7.6. A mandatory condition for getting the Bonus is to activate the Promotion before making a deposit of the required amount into the client's gaming account. The minimum required amount of the deposit, which is 200 UAH, should be made during the period of the first stage of the Promotion. If there are no deposits in the period indicated above, the conditions of the Promotion are considered as not fulfilled.

7.7. Winback will be calculated according to the following formula: (winback percentage) x (sum of all bets – sum of losing bets). The bet should be single with odds from 1.75 on a Dota 2 matches.

7.8. Winback is awarded only on bets made with real money.

7.9. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any other winnings received as a result of using the Bonus, the user should make bets for a total amount, which is at least 14 times, 15 times, 16 times higher than the bonus received respectively, for winbacks of 5%, 10%, 20%, within 14 days.

7.10. Bonus funds for the betting bonus are wagered only on calculated single bets with odds from 1.75.

7.11. In case of failure to fulfill the Bonus wagering conditions within the specified period, the bonus account will be cancelled and bonus balance funds will be debited. The maximum amount of real funds received after the bonus wagering is equal to the maximum Bonus amount.

7.12. In case of funds withdrawal from the client's gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

7.13. Only one promotion can be active at a time. By activating any Promotion, the previously active Promotion is automatically deactivated.

7.14. The total loss amount means the amount of bets that meet the terms and conditions of the promotion, which were made and calculated during the promotion period, minus the amount of winnings from these bets.

8. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SECOND PROMO PERIOD:

8.1. In the period from September 6 to September 10, 2024, the Participant can choose one of three Bonuses, namely:

• 100% bonus up to 5 000 UAH for a one-time Client’s account balance replenishment in the amount from 200 to 4 999 UAH;
• 150% bonus up to 42 000 UAH for a one-time Client’s account balance replenishment in the amount from 5 000 to 27 999 UAH;
• 200% bonus up to 70 000 UAH for a one-time Client’s account balance replenishment in the amount from 28 000 UAH;

8.2. This Promotion is one-time, that is, the Participant can’t get a Bonus by performing the algorithm described in these Rules again after getting a Bonus under this Promotion for the first time.

8.3. The Participant of the Promotion, complying with the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as the Rules of the organizer of bookmaking activities and online casino gambling - the Limited Liability Company "GGBET", should register or authorize on the Website, including passing the identification and verification procedure.

8.4. A participant of the Promotion should activate the Promotion in his personal account in the "Promotions" section.

8.5. The Participant of the Promotion should make a deposit in the amount of at least 200 UAH to get the Bonus. The maximum amount of the Bonus received is 70 000 UAH for the third one from the deposit bonus.

8.6. A mandatory condition for getting the Bonus is to activate the Promotion before making a deposit of the required amount into the client's gaming account. The minimum required amount of the deposit, which is 200 UAH, should be made during the period of the second stage of the Promotion. If there are no deposits in the period indicated above, the conditions of the Promotion are considered as not fulfilled.

8.7. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any other winnings received as a result of using the Bonus, the user should make bets for a total amount, which is at least 15 times, 16 times, 17 times higher than the bonus received respectively, for the bonuses of 100%, 150%, 200%, within 14 days after getting deposit bonuses.

8.8. Bonus funds for the betting bonus are wagered only on calculated single bets with odds from 1.75.

8.9. In case of failure to fulfill the Bonus wagering conditions within the specified period, the bonus account will be cancelled and bonus balance funds will be debited. The maximum amount of real funds received after the Bonus wagering is equal to the maximum Bonus amount.

8.10. In case of funds withdrawal from the client's gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

8.11. Only one promotion can be active at a time. By activating any Promotion, the previously active Promotion is automatically deactivated.

9. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE THIRD PROMO PERIOD:

9.1. In the period from September 11 to September 14, 2024, the Participant can choose one of three Bonuses, namely:

• 1 000 UAH freebet for a one-time Client’s account balance replenishment in the amount from 200 to 4 999 UAH;
• 6 000 UAH freebet for a one-time Client’s account balance replenishment in the amount from 5 000 to 27 999 UAH;
• 30 000 UAH freebet for a one-time Client’s account balance replenishment in the amount from 28 000 UAH;

9.2. This Promotion is one-time, that is, the Participant can’t get a Bonus by performing the algorithm described in these Rules again after getting a Bonus under this Promotion for the first time.

9.3. The Participant of the Promotion, complying with the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as the Rules of the organizer of bookmaking activities and online casino gambling - the Limited Liability Company "GGBET", should register or authorize on the Website, including passing the identification and verification procedure.

9.4. A participant of the Promotion should activate the Promotion in his personal account in the "Promotions" section.

9.5. The Participant of the Promotion should make a deposit in the amount of at least 200 UAH to get the Bonus. The maximum amount of the Bonus received is 30 000 UAH for the third one from freebets.

9.6. A mandatory condition for getting the Bonus is to activate the Promotion before making a deposit of the required amount into the client's gaming account. The minimum required amount of the deposit, which is 200 UAH, should be made during the period of the third stage of the Promotion. If there are no deposits in the period indicated above, the conditions of the Promotion are considered as not fulfilled.

9.7. The user can make a freebet on the amount specified in these terms and conditions. The bet should be single with odds from 1.75 on matches from The International tournament.

9.8. Freebet should be used within 5 days.

9.9. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any other winnings received as a result of using the Bonus, the user should make bets for a total amount, which is at least 8, 9, 10 times higher, respectively, than the received freebets of 1 000 UAH, 6 000 UAH, 30 000 UAH, within 14 days. Only in this case the user will get his freebet.

9.10. Bonus funds for the betting bonus are wagered only on calculated single bets with odds from 1.75.

9.11. In case of failure to fulfill the Bonus wagering conditions within the specified period, the bonus account will be cancelled and bonus balance funds will be debited. The maximum amount of real funds received after the Bonus wagering is equal to the amount of the Bonus received.

9.12. In case of funds withdrawal from the client's gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

9.13. Only one promotion can be active at a time. By activating any Promotion, the previously active Promotion is automatically deactivated.

10. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE FOURTH PROMO PERIOD:

10.1. During September 15, 2024, the Participant can choose one of three Bonuses, namely:

• 200 UAH freebet and a bonus of 200% up to 10 000 UAH for a one-time Client’s account balance replenishment in the amount from 200 to 4 999 UAH;
• 600 UAH freebet and a bonus of 250% up to 70 000 UAH for a one-time Client’s account balance replenishment in the amount from 5 000 to 27 999 UAH;
• 1000 UAH freebet and a bonus of 300% up to 90 000 UAH for a one-time Client’s account balance replenishment in the amount from 28 000 UAH;

10.2. This Promotion is one-time, that is, the Participant can’t get a Bonus by performing the algorithm described in these Rules again after getting a Bonus under this Promotion for the first time.

10.3. The Participant of the Promotion, complying with the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as the Rules of the organizer of bookmaking activities and online casino gambling - the Limited Liability Company "GGBET", should register or authorize on the Website, including passing the identification and verification procedure.

10.4. A participant of the Promotion should activate the Promotion in his personal account in the "My sport bonuses" section.

10.5. The Participant of the Promotion should make a deposit in the amount of at least 200 UAH to get the Bonus. The maximum amount of the Bonus received is 90 000 UAH for the third deposit bonus an 1 000 UAH for the third freebet.

10.6. A mandatory condition for getting the Bonus is to activate the Promotion before making a deposit of the required amount into the client's gaming account. The minimum required amount of the deposit, which is 200 UAH, should be made during the period of the fourth stage of the Promotion. If there are no deposits in the period indicated above, the conditions of the Promotion are considered as not fulfilled.

10.7. The user can make a freebet on the amount specified in these terms and conditions. The bet should be single with odds from 1.75 on matches from The International tournament.

10.8. Bonuses can only be used for betting when there are no funds on the real balance of the client's gaming account. Freebet should be used within 5 days.

10.9. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any other winnings received as a result of using the Bonus, the user should make bets for a total amount, which is at least 7, 8, 9 times higher, respectively, than the received freebets of 200 UAH, 600 UAH, 1 000 UAH, within 14 days. Or make bets for a total amount, which is at least 14 times, 15 times, 16 times higher than the bonus received, respectively, for 200%, 250% and 300% bonus, within 14 days from the date of getting the deposit bonuses.

10.10. Bonus funds for the betting bonus are wagered only on calculated single bets with odds from 1.75.

10.11. In case of failure to fulfill the Bonus wagering conditions within the specified period, the bonus account will be cancelled and bonus balance funds will be debited. The maximum amount of real funds received after the Bonus wagering is equal to the amount of the Bonus received.

10.12. In case of funds withdrawal from the client's gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

10.13. Only one promotion can be active at a time. By activating any Promotion, the previously active Promotion is automatically deactivated.

11. BUDGET OF THE PROMOTION:

11.1. The Organizer independently forms the budget of the Promotion and can change it, as well as determine the characteristics of the Bonuses and their quantitative indicators.

11.2. Bonuses received by Participants are taxed according to the law, i.e., after the transformation of the Bonus into a Balance, and at the time of payment of the Winnings by the Organizer to the Participant’s electronic payment instrument (bank card), since the income of individuals is taxed at their expense and at the time of payment.

11.3. According to the provisions of paragraph 164.2 of Article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, in case of receiving income by a taxpayer in the form of a win (prize) in a lottery or in other draws, in a bookmaker's bet, in a tote bet, prizes and winnings in monetary form, received for victory and/or participation in amateur sports competitions, including billiard sports, such income is included in the total monthly (annual) taxable income of the taxpayer and is taxed by the tax agent at the time of its payment. That is, a personal income tax of 18 percent and a military tax of 1.5 percent is charged on the total amount of the above winnings (prizes).

12. FINAL PART:

12.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees with the Notice on the processing of personal data of LLC "GGBET", in connection with which the Participant gives voluntary consent to the processing of their personal data, namely:

- Registration data (first name, last name, middle name (if any), age, email address, mobile phone number, password for accessing the Client Account);

- Identification data (information about a passport or other document proving identity and which may be used in the territory of Ukraine for concluding transactions: number, series (if any), date of issue, and the authority that issued the document and photographs of this document; registration number of the taxpayer's account card (RNOKPP); phone number and email address; for persons who are residents of other states other than Ukraine (non-residents) – information about citizenship; information about your place of residence or place of stay (for residents), place of residence or place of temporary stay in Ukraine (for non-residents); electronic signature data, BankID, MobileID in case the Participant uses these methods for identification on the Website; unique number entry in the Unified State Demographic Register (if available) for non-residents);

- Communication data (in the process of using the Website/Services and in the process of conducting the Promotion, the Organizer may communicate with the Participant using email, Website interface, paper correspondence, SMS correspondence, social networks, as well as audio and video calls. The Organizer collects and stores the date and time of communication, the means of communication, the content of all messages, call recordings (both audio and video), the status of resolving the issue you contacted with, etc.).

12.2. The Organizer is not responsible for shortcomings in information technology means that arise as a result of the operation of the equipment used by the Participant to access the Website, as well as for failures in the operation of Internet providers.

12.3. If, in the event of a violation/failure by the Participant of these Rules, the Organizer did not impose any sanctions, restrictions, or other actions in accordance with these Rules or applicable law, such actions of the Organizer should not be regarded as a waiver of the right to impose sanctions or protect their rights and legitimate interests, including in administrative or judicial proceedings, in the future.

12.4. The Organizer is not responsible for any losses or damages that the Participant or a third party may incur as a result of shortcomings and failures of information technology means caused by hacker attacks, malicious software when using the Website and/or Mobile application, including in the case of downloading any materials posted on the Website and/or Mobile application and/or any links posted on the Website/Mobile application.
