CRAZY BONUSES FOR EPL SEASON 20 MALTA

1. INTERPRETATION OF DEFINITIONS, TERMS, AND NAMES:

1.1. The Customer/Organizer of the Promotion is the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “GGBET,” legal entity identification code 44912194 (hereinafter – “Organizer”), registered address Ukraine, 02002, Kyiv, Sviatoslav Richter Street, 18, Office 601, which operates in accordance with the License for the organization and conduct of gambling activities in the online casino issued on 23.08.2023 based on the decision of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries No. 129 dated 08.08.2023, and the License for the organization and conduct of betting activities issued on 23.08.2023 in accordance with the decision of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries No. 128 dated 08.08.2023.

1.2. Website – means the website at the link www.ggbet.ua.

1.3. The "CRAZY BONUSES FOR EPL SEASON 20 MALTA" Promotion is an event conducted by the Organizer in accordance with the Rules and Terms outlined in this document, aimed at promoting the Organizer's trademark.

1.4. Promotion Period – from September 3 to September 22, 2024.

1.5. Bonus – an incentive provided by the Organizer to the Participant as a result of compliance with the Promotion Rules and Terms, which is reflected in the corresponding section of the Participant's account, provided that the Organizer grants such an incentive.

1.6. Participant – individuals who have reached the age of 21, are legally capable, are not listed in the Register of Persons Restricted from Gambling Venues and/or Participation in Gambling, and are registered on the website https://ggbet.ua, and who have completed the identification and verification procedures and comply with the Promotion's Rules and Terms.

1.7. Rules – the official rules and terms of the "CRAZY BONUSES FOR EPL SEASON 20 MALTA" promotion approved by the Organizer and set forth in this document.

1.8. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted by the Organizer's other Rules.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:

2.1. The promotion is conducted to promote the Organizer's trademark.

2.2. As a result of fulfilling the Promotion Rules and Terms, the Participant receives a Bonus from the Organizer.

2.3. The Promotion does not involve providing players with any bonus payments, gifts, and/or the provision of goods (services) in any form, the use of other types of incentives, the granting of which is directly or indirectly conditional on the occurrence of the player's loss in the relevant gambling game.

2.4. The Promotion is not a gambling game, including any other game or service in the field of gambling.

2.5. The promotion is conducted on the website www.ggbet.ua, which is considered the place of the Promotion.

2.6. The promotion is conducted from September 3 to September 22, 2024.

2.7. The promotion is conducted on the territory of Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories defined by the decision of the National Security and Defense Council, enacted by a presidential decree.

2.8. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to these Rules, undertakes to comply with them, and consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organizer.

3. PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROMOTION:

3.1. Only individuals who have reached the age of 21, are legally capable, are not listed in the Register of Persons Restricted from Gambling Venues and/or Participation in Gambling, and are registered on the website www.ggbet.ua, and have completed the identification and verification procedures, and have read, accepted, and agreed to the Promotion's Rules and Terms may participate in the Promotion.

3.2. Participants in the Promotion participate voluntarily and personally, on their behalf, and by participating in the Promotion, they assume all risks, consequences, and responsibilities that may be associated with participation in the Promotion.

3.3. If the Participant of the Promotion does not accept and agree with the Promotion's Rules and Terms, or if the Participant has provided the Organizer with false or incorrect information, the Participant automatically loses the right to further participate in the Promotion, and the Organizer has no obligations to such a Participant.

4. PARTICIPANT RIGHTS:

4.1. The Participant has the right to obtain information about the Promotion from the Organizer.

4.2. The Participant has the right to participate in the Promotion, subject to compliance with the Promotion's Rules and Terms.

4.3. The Participant has the right to refuse to participate in the Promotion.

5. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS:

5.1. To comply with the Promotion's Rules and Terms, as well as other rules of the Organizer, including the laws of Ukraine.

5.2. Not to transfer the right to participate in the Promotion to third parties.

5.3. To provide, upon request of the Organizer and in accordance with the Promotion Rules, the necessary information and documents.

5.4. Not to hinder the Organizer in the process of conducting the Promotion.

5.5. Not to violate the Promotion's Rules and Terms.

6. ORGANIZER RIGHTS:

6.1. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the Promotion Rules and Terms.

6.2. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the Promotion Period.

6.3. The Organizer has the right to refuse any individual the right to participate in the Promotion.

6.4. The Organizer has the right to require the Participant to properly comply with the Promotion Rules and Terms.

6.5. The Organizer has the right to request additional information and documents from the Participant to comply with the Promotion Rules and Terms.

The Organizer has the right to verify the registration data and all transactions of the Participants of the Promotion. In the case of detecting prohibited strategies and/or fraud, including the use of multiple accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to deny such Participants further participation in the Promotion.

7. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE FIRST AND THIRD PERIODS OF THE PROMOTION:

7.1. In the period from September 3 to September 8, 2024, and from September 16 to September 22, 2024, the Participant may choose one of the Bonuses, namely:

- Bonus 100% up to 5000 UAH for a single deposit to the Client Account in the amount of 200 to 4999 UAH;

- Bonus 150% up to 40000 UAH for a single deposit to the Client Account in the amount of 5000 to 27999 UAH;

- Bonus 200% up to 60000 UAH for a single deposit to the Client Account in the amount of 28000 UAH or more;

7.2. This Promotion is a one-time event, meaning the Participant cannot receive the Bonus by following the algorithm described in these Rules again after receiving the Bonus for the first time under this Promotion.

7.3. The Participant of the Promotion, in compliance with the Promotion Rules and Terms, as well as the Rules of the Organizer for betting activities and online casino gambling of the Limited Liability Company "GGBET," must register or log in on the Website, including completing the identification and verification procedures.

7.4. The Participant of the Promotion must activate the Promotion in their personal account in the "My Sports Bonuses" section.

7.5. The Participant of the Promotion must make a deposit of at least 200 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum amount of the Bonus received is 60000 UAH for the third deposit bonus.

7.6. A mandatory condition for receiving the Bonus is the activation of the Promotion before making the required deposit amount to the client gaming account (deposit). The minimum required deposit amount of 200.00 UAH must be made during the Promotion period after its activation. If there are no deposits during the specified period, the Promotion's conditions are considered not fulfilled.

7.7. The user can place a free bet in the amount specified in these conditions. The bet must be of the "Single" type with odds of 1.75 or higher.

7.8. Bonuses can only be used for betting when there are no funds in the real balance of the client's gaming account.

7.9. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings resulting from the use of the Bonus, the user must place bets totaling at least 15, 16, 17 times the received bonuses of 100%, 150%, and 200% within 14 days from the date of receipt.

7.10. Betting bonus funds are wagered only on settled bets of the "Single" type with odds of 1.75 or higher.

7.11. If the Bonus wagering conditions are not met within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled, and the bonus balance funds will be written off. The maximum amount of real funds obtained after wagering the Bonus equals the amount of the received Bonus.

7.12. In the case of withdrawal of funds from the client's gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

7.13. Only one Promotion can be active at a time. Activating any Promotion will automatically deactivate the previously active Promotion.

8. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE SECOND PERIOD OF THE PROMOTION:

8.1. In the period from September 9, 2024, to September 15, 2024, the Participant may choose one of the three Bonuses, namely:

- Freebet 500 UAH for a single deposit to the Client Account in the amount of 200 to 4999 UAH;

- Freebet 7000 UAH for a single deposit to the Client Account in the amount of 5000 to 27999 UAH;

- Freebet 15000 UAH for a single deposit to the Client Account in the amount of 28000 UAH or more;

8.2. This Promotion is a one-time event, meaning the Participant cannot receive the Bonus by following the algorithm described in these Rules again after receiving the Bonus for the first time under this Promotion.

8.3. The Participant of the Promotion, in compliance with the Promotion Rules and Terms, as well as the Rules of the Organizer for betting activities and online casino gambling of the Limited Liability Company "GGBET," must register or log in on the Website, including completing the identification and verification procedures.

8.4. The Participant of the Promotion must activate the Promotion in their personal account in the "Promotions" section.

8.5. The Participant of the Promotion must make a deposit of at least 200 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum total amount of the Bonus received is 15000 UAH for the third deposit.

8.6. A mandatory condition for receiving the Bonus is the activation of the Promotion before making the required deposit amount to the client gaming account (deposit). The minimum required deposit amount of 200.00 UAH must be made during the Promotion period after its activation. If there are no deposits during the specified period, the Promotion's conditions are considered not fulfilled.

8.7. The user can place a free bet in the amount specified in these conditions. The bet must be of the "Single" type with odds of 1.75 or higher on CS2 matches.

8.8. The freebet must be used within the Promotion period.

8.9. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings resulting from the use of the Bonus, the user must place bets totaling at least 8, 9, and 10 times the received bonus within 14 days from the date of receipt of the first, second, and third freebets, respectively.

8.10. Betting bonus funds are wagered only on settled bets of the "Single" type with odds of 1.75 or higher.

8.11. The Participant of the Promotion can place a bet using the remaining real money balance on the real balance of the client gaming account and the Bonus from the bonus balance. The winnings from a bet placed using the remaining real money on the real balance of the client gaming account and the Bonus from the bonus balance will be distributed proportionally. The winnings from a bet placed using the Bonus will be credited to the bonus balance, while the winnings from a bet placed using real money on the real balance of the client gaming account will be credited to the real balance of the client gaming account.

8.12. If the Bonus wagering conditions are not met within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled, and the bonus balance funds will be written off. The maximum amount of real funds obtained after wagering the Bonus equals the amount of the received Bonus.

8.13. In the case of withdrawal of funds from the client's gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

8.14. Only one Promotion can be active at a time. Activating any Promotion will automatically deactivate the previously active Promotion.

9. PROMOTION BUDGET:

9.1. The Organizer independently forms the Promotion budget and can change it, as well as determine the characteristics of the Bonuses and their quantitative indicators.

9.2. Bonuses received by Participants are taxed according to the law, i.e., after the Bonus is converted into a Balance, and at the time of payment of Winnings by the Organizer to the Participant's electronic payment means (bank card), as the income of individuals is finally taxed at their expense and at the time of payment.

9.3. According to the provisions of paragraph 164.2 of Article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, in case of receiving taxable income in the form of winnings (prizes) in a lottery or other drawings, in a bookmaker's bet, in a totalizator's bet, prizes, and winnings in cash, received for winning and/or participating in amateur sports competitions, including in billiards, such income is included in the total monthly (annual) taxable income of the taxpayer and is taxed by the tax agent at the time of payment. Thus, the total amount of the above-mentioned winnings (prizes) is subject to personal income tax at the rate of 18 percent and a military tax of 1.5 percent.

10. FINAL PART:

10.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees with the Notification on the processing of personal data by LLC "GGBET," whereby the Participant voluntarily consents to the processing of their personal data, namely:

- Registration data (name, surname, patronymic (if any), age, email address, mobile phone number, password for access to the Client account);

- Identification data (passport information or other document certifying the identity and which, according to the legislation, can be used on the territory of Ukraine for the conclusion of transactions: number, series (if any), date of issue, and the authority that issued the document and photos of this document; tax identification number (TIN); phone number and email address; for individuals who are residents of countries other than Ukraine (non-residents) – information about citizenship; information about your place of residence or place of stay (for residents), place of residence or place of temporary stay in Ukraine (for non-residents); electronic signature data, BankID, MobileID if the Participant uses these methods for identification on the Website; unique record number in the Unified State Demographic Register (if any) for non-residents);

- Communication data (in the process of using the Website/Services and during the Promotion, the Organizer may communicate with the Participant via email, Website interface, paper correspondence, SMS correspondence, in social networks, as well as through audio and video calls. The Organizer collects and stores the date and time of communication, the means of communication, the content of all messages, call recordings (both audio and video), the status of resolving the issue you contacted about, etc.).

10.2. The Organizer is not responsible for deficiencies in information technology resulting from the operation of the equipment used by the Participant to access the Website, as well as for failures in the operation of internet service providers.

10.3. If the Organizer did not impose any sanctions, restrictions, or other actions according to these Rules or applicable law in case of violation/non-compliance by the Participant, such actions of the Organizer should not be considered a waiver of the right to impose sanctions or defend its rights and legitimate interests, including in administrative or judicial order, in the future.

10.4. The Organizer is not responsible for any losses or damages that the Participant or a third party may incur as a result of deficiencies and failures in information technology caused by hacker attacks, malicious software when using the Website and/or Mobile Application, including when downloading any materials posted on the Website and/or Mobile Application and/or any links posted on the Website/Mobile Application.
