1. DEFINITIONS AND TERMS:

1.1. Organizer of the Promotion – Limited Liability Company "GGBET", legal entity identification code 44912194 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), legal address Ukraine, 02002, Kyiv, Sverstiuk Evgenia Street, building 17, office 601, which conducts its activities in accordance with the License for the organization and conduct of gambling activities in the online casino, issued on 23.08.2023 based on the decision of the Gambling and Lottery Regulation Commission No. 129 dated 08.08.2023, and the License for the organization and conduct of betting activities issued on 23.08.2023 according to the decision of the Gambling and Lottery Regulation Commission No. 128 dated 08.08.2023.

1.2. Website – refers to the website at www.ggbet.ua.

1.3. Promotion "Bonus up to 100,000 UAH on deposit for the lightweight bout: Davis vs. Lemos from the official show sponsor, GGBET" – an event conducted by the Organizer in accordance with the Rules and Conditions outlined in this document, aimed at promoting the Organizer's trademark.

1.4. Promotion Period – from November 1 to November 30, 2024.

1.5. Bonus – an incentive provided by the Organizer to the Participant as a result of complying with the Rules and Conditions of the Promotion, which is reflected in the relevant section of the Participant's account, provided by the Organizer.

1.6. Participant – individuals who are at least 21 years old, legally capable, not listed in the Register of persons restricted from accessing gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling, and registered on the website https://ggbet.ua, who have undergone identification and verification procedures, and adhere to the Rules and Conditions of the Promotion.

1.7. Rules – the official rules and conditions of the "Bonus up to 100,000 UAH on deposit for the lightweight bout: Davis vs. Lemos from the official show sponsor, GGBET" promotion, approved by the Organizer and outlined in this document.

1.8. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted by other Rules of the Organizer.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:

2.1. The Promotion is conducted to promote the Organizer's trademark.

2.2. By fulfilling the conditions and Rules of the Promotion, the Participant receives a Bonus from the Organizer.

2.3. The Promotion does not involve providing players with any bonus payments, gifts, and/or offering goods (services) in any form, or using other incentives that are directly or indirectly conditioned by the fact of a player's loss in the relevant gambling game.

2.4. The Promotion is not a gambling game or any other game or service in the field of gambling.

2.5. The Promotion is conducted on the website www.ggbet.ua, which is considered the location of the Promotion.

2.6. The Promotion is conducted from November 1 to November 30, 2024.

2.7. The Promotion is conducted within the territory of Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories as determined by the NSDC decision enforced by the President's decree.

2.8. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to these Rules, undertakes to comply with them, and consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organizer.

3. PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROMOTION:

3.1. Only individuals who are at least 21 years old, legally capable, not listed in the Register of persons restricted from accessing gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling, and registered on the website www.ggbet.ua, having undergone the identification and verification procedures, and familiarized, accepted, and agreed to the Rules of the Promotion, can participate in the Promotion.

3.2. Participants of the Promotion voluntarily and personally participate in the Promotion, on their behalf, and by participating in the Promotion, they assume all risks, consequences, and responsibilities that may be associated with participating in the Promotion.

3.3. If the Participant does not accept and agree with the Rules of the Promotion, or if the Participant provided the Organizer with inaccurate or incorrect data, the Participant is automatically deprived of the right to continue participating in the Promotion, and the Organizer has no obligations to such a Participant.

4. PARTICIPANT'S RIGHTS:

4.1. The Participant has the right to receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.

4.2. The Participant has the right to participate in the Promotion, provided they comply with the requirements and Rules of the Promotion.

4.3. The Participant has the right to refuse to participate in the Promotion.

5. PARTICIPANT'S OBLIGATIONS:

5.1. Comply with the conditions and Rules of the Promotion, as well as other rules of the Organizer, including the legislation of Ukraine.

5.2. Not transfer the rights to participate in the Promotion to third parties.

5.3. Provide the necessary information and documents to the Organizer upon request and in accordance with the Rules of the Promotion.

5.4. Not obstruct the Organizer in the process of conducting the Promotion.

5.5. Not violate the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.

6. ORGANIZER'S RIGHTS:

6.1. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.

6.2. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the Promotion Period.

6.3. The Organizer has the right to refuse any individual from participating in the Promotion.

6.4. The Organizer has the right to require the Participant to properly fulfill the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.

6.5. The Organizer has the right to require the Participant to provide additional information and documents to fulfill the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.

The Organizer has the right to verify the registration data and all transactions of the Promotion Participants. In case of detecting the use of prohibited strategies and/or fraud, including the use of multiple accounts – the Organizer reserves the right to refuse such Participants from further participation in the Promotion.

7. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION:

7.1. During the period from November 1 to November 7, 2024, from November 8 to November 26, 2024, and from November 27 to November 30, 2024, the Participant can choose one of the Bonuses, namely:

- 100% Bonus up to 5,000 UAH for a one-time deposit to the Client Account balance from 200 to 4,999 UAH;

- 200% Bonus up to 50,000 UAH for a one-time deposit to the Client Account balance from 5,000 to 24,999 UAH;

- Freebet of 10,000 UAH and a 300% Bonus up to 90,000 UAH for a one-time deposit to the Client Account balance of 25,000 UAH or more;

7.2. This Promotion is one-time only, meaning the Participant cannot receive Bonuses by repeating the process described in these Rules again after receiving the Bonus in each period for the first time under this Promotion.

7.3. The Participant of the Promotion, by adhering to the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as the Rules of the betting and online casino activities organized by "GGBET" LLC, must register or log in to the Website, including completing the identification and verification procedure.

7.4. The Participant of the Promotion must activate the Promotion in their personal account in the "Promotions" section.

7.5. The Participant of the Promotion must make a deposit of at least 200 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum Bonus amount is 90,000 UAH for the third deposit bonus.

7.6. A mandatory condition for receiving the Bonus is the activation of the Promotion before making the required amount on the client gaming account (deposit). The minimum required deposit amount of 200.00 UAH must be made before the end of the Promotion period. If no deposits are made within the specified period, the Promotion terms are considered unfulfilled.

7.7. The user can place a free bet for the amount specified in these terms. The bet must be a "Single" type with odds of at least 1.75 on boxing matches.

7.8. Bonuses can be used for betting only when there are no funds in the real balance of the client gaming account. The free bet must be used within 5 days of receiving it.

7.9. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings from using the Bonus, the user must wager an amount at least 10 times the received bonus within 14 days from the date of receiving the free bet. Alternatively, they must wager amounts at least 15, 16, and 17 times the received bonuses of 100%, 200%, and 300%, respectively, within 14 days from the date of receiving them.

7.10. Bonus betting funds can only be wagered on settled "Single" bets with odds of at least 1.75.

7.11. If the wagering conditions are not met within the specified time, the bonus account will be canceled, and the bonus balance funds will be deducted. The maximum amount of real funds obtained after wagering the Bonus is equal to the maximum 100%, 150% or 200% Bonus .

7.12. In case of withdrawal of funds from the client gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

7.13. Only one Promotion can be active at a time. Activating any Promotion will automatically deactivate the previously active Promotion.

8. PROMOTION BUDGET:

8.1. The Organizer independently forms the Promotion budget and may change it, as well as determine the characteristics of the Bonuses and their quantitative indicators.

8.2. Bonuses received by Participants are taxed according to the law, that is, after transforming the Bonus into Balance, and at the time of winning payment by the Organizer to the Participant's electronic payment means (bank card), as income of individuals is finally taxed at their expense and at the time of payment.

8.3. According to paragraph 164.2 of Article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, in case of receiving taxpayer income in the form of winnings (prizes) in the lottery or other draws, in a betting event, in a totalizator bet, prizes and winnings in monetary form, obtained for winning and/or participating in amateur sports competitions, including billiards, such income is included in the total monthly (annual) taxable income of the taxpayer and is taxed by the tax agent at the time of payment. In other words, the total amount of the above winnings (prizes) is subject to personal income tax at a rate of 18 percent and a military levy of 1.5 percent.

9. FINAL PART:

9.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to the Personal Data Processing Notice of LLC "GGBET", in connection with which the Participant gives voluntary consent to the processing of their personal data, namely:

- Registration data (name, surname, patronymic (if any), age, email address, mobile phone number, access password to the Client account);

- Identification data (information about the passport or other document proving identity and in accordance with the law that may be used in Ukraine for concluding agreements: number, series (if any), date of issue and the authority that issued the document, and photos of this document; taxpayer identification number (TIN); phone number and email address; for individuals who are residents of other countries than Ukraine (non-residents) – information about citizenship; information about your place of residence or place of stay (for residents), place of residence or temporary stay in Ukraine (for non-residents); electronic signature data, BankID, MobileID if the Participant uses these methods for identification on the Website; unique record number in the Unified State Demographic Register (if any) for non-residents);

- Communication data (during the use of the Website/Services and in the process of conducting the Promotion, the Organizer may communicate with the Participant via email, Website interface, paper correspondence, SMS, social networks, as well as through audio and video calls. The Organizer collects and stores the date and time of communication, the means of communication, the content of all messages, call recordings (both audio and video), the status of the issue resolution, etc.).

9.2. The Organizer is not responsible for defects in information technology means resulting from the equipment used by the Participant to access the Website, as well as for failures in the operation of internet providers.

9.3. If the Organizer did not impose any sanctions, restrictions, or other actions according to these Rules or applicable law in case of violation/non-compliance by the Participant, such actions by the Organizer should not be considered a waiver of the right to impose sanctions or protect their rights and legitimate interests, in particular, in administrative or judicial proceedings, in the future.

9.4. The Organizer is not responsible for any losses or damages that the Participant or a third party may incur as a result of defects and failures in information technology means caused by hacker attacks, malware when using the Website and/or Mobile App, including when downloading any materials posted on the Website and/or Mobile App and/or any links posted on the Website/Mobile App.
