WTA Finals: Feel the Magic of Grand Tennis!

1. INTERPRETATION OF DEFINITIONS, TERMS, TITLES:

1.1. The Customer/Organizer of the Promotion is GGBET LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, legal entity identification code 44912194 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), legal address: 17, Sverstyuk Yevhena St., Kyiv, 02002, office 601, which operates in accordance with the License for organizing and conducting casino gambling on the Internet issued on 23. 08.2023 on the basis of the decision of the Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries No. 129 dated 08.08.2023, the License for organizing and conducting bookmaking activities dated 23.08.2023, issued in accordance with the decision of the Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries on the issuance of the license No. 128 dated 08.08.2023."

1.2. Website means the website at www.ggbet.ua.

1.3. Promotion “WTA FINALS: FEEL THE MAGIC OF GRAND TENIS!” means an event carried out by the Organizer in accordance with the Terms and Conditions specified herein and aimed at popularizing the trademark for goods and services (trademark) of the Organizer.

1.4. The period of the Promotion is from November 04 to November 09, 2024.

1.5. Bonus is an incentive provided by the Organizer to the Participant as a result of compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion, and which is displayed in the relevant section of the Participant's account / cabinet, provided that the Organizer provides such an incentive.

1.6. Participant - individuals who have reached the age of 21, are legally capable, are not in the Register of persons who are restricted from accessing gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling, and are registered on the website https://ggbet.ua, and accordingly, who have passed the identification and verification procedure, and comply with the terms and conditions of the Promotion.

1.7. Rules - the official terms and conditions of the “WTA FINALS: FEEL THE MAGIC OF THE TENNIS!” promo campaign, which are approved by the Organizer and set out in this document.

1.8. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted by other Rules of the Organizer.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMO:

2.1. The promotion is held to popularize the trademark for goods and services (trademark) of the Organizer.

2.2. As a result of fulfilling the terms and conditions of the Promotion, the Participant receives a Bonus from the Organizer.

2.3. The Promotion does not provide for the possibility of providing players with any bonus payments, gifts and/or goods (services) in any form, the use of other types of incentives, the provision of which is directly or indirectly conditioned by the fact of a player's loss in the relevant game of chance.

2.4. The promotion is not a game of chance, including any other game or service in the field of gambling.

2.5. The Promotion is held on the website www.ggbet.ua, which is considered the venue of the Promotion.

2.6. The promotion is held from November 04 to November 09, 2024.

2.7. The Promotion is held on the territory of Ukraine, except for the temporarily occupied territories determined by the decision of the National Security and Defense Council, enacted by the Decree of the President of Ukraine.

2.8. By participating in the Campaign, the Participant automatically agrees to these Rules, undertakes to comply with them and agrees to the collection and processing of his/her personal data by the Organizer.

3. PARTICIPANTS OF THE ACTION:

3.1. Only an individual who has reached the age of 21, is legally capable, is not in the Register of persons who are restricted from accessing gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling, and is registered on the website www.ggbet.ua, and accordingly, who has passed the identification and verification procedure, and has read, accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions of the Promotion may participate in the Promotion.

3.2. The Campaign Participants participate in the Campaign voluntarily and personally, on their own behalf, and by their participation in the Campaign assume all risks, consequences and liability that may be associated with participation in the Campaign.

3.3. If the Campaign Participant does not accept and agree to the terms and conditions of the Campaign, as well as if the Participant has provided the Organizer with false, including incorrect data, in this case, the Participant is automatically deprived of the right to further participate in the Campaign, and the Organizer has no obligations to such Participant.

4. RIGHTS OF THE PARTICIPANT:

4.1. The Participant has the right to receive information about the Campaign from the Organizer.

4.2. The Participant has the right to take part in the Campaign, subject to the requirements and Rules of the Campaign.

4.3. The Participant has the right to refuse to participate in the Campaign.

5. DUTIES OF THE PARTICIPANT:

5.1. To comply with the terms and conditions of the Promotion, as well as other rules of the Organizer, including the legislation of Ukraine.

5.2. Do not transfer the right to participate in the Campaign to third parties.

5.3. Provide the necessary information and documents at the request of the Organizer and in accordance with the Rules of the Campaign.

5.4. Do not interfere with the Organizer in the course of the Campaign.

5.5. Do not violate the terms and conditions of the Campaign.

6. RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZER:

6.1. The Organizer has the right to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion unilaterally.

6.2. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the Promotion Period.

6.3. The Organizer has the right to refuse any individual to participate in the Campaign.

6.4. The Organizer has the right to require the Participant to properly fulfill the terms and conditions of the Campaign by the Participant.

6.5. The Organizer has the right to require the Participant to provide additional information and documents in order to fulfill the terms and conditions of the Campaign.

The Organizer has the right to check registration data and all transactions of the Campaign Participants. In case of detecting the fact of using a prohibited strategy and/or fraud, including the use of a multi-account, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse such Participants to further participate in the Campaign.

7. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION:

7.1. In the period from November 04 to November 09, 2024. The Participant can choose one of three Bonuses, namely

- 300 UAH freebet for bets placed for a total amount of 500 UAH or more;

- 2000 UAH freebet for bets placed for a total amount of 5000 UAH or more;

10000 UAH freebet for bets placed for a total amount of 20000 UAH or more

7.2. This Promotion is a one-time offer, i.e. the Participant cannot receive the Bonus by following the algorithm described in these Rules again after receiving the Bonus under this Promotion for the first time.

7.3. The Participant of the Promotion, following the terms and conditions of the Promotion, as well as the Rules of the organizer of betting and casino gambling on the Internet, GGBET Limited Liability Company, must register or log in on the Website, including the identification and verification procedure.

7.4. The Participant of the Promotion must activate the Promotion in the personal account in the “Promotions” section.

7.5. The Participant of the Promotion must place bets for the total amount of at least 500 UAH to receive the first Bonus. The maximum amount of the received Bonus is 10000 UAH for the third bonus for the total amount of bets from 20000 UAH.

7.6. A prerequisite for receiving the Bonus is to activate the Promotion before placing bets. The minimum total required amount of bets, which is 500 UAH, must be placed during the Promotion period. The bet required to receive the bonus must be single bet with a coefficient of 1.75 or more. If no bets are placed during the above period, the terms of the Promotion are considered not fulfilled.

7.7. The user can place a free bet for the amount specified in these terms and conditions. The bet must be of the “Ordinary” type with odds from 1.75 on tennis.

7.8. In order to withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings as a result of using the Bonus, the user must place bets for a total amount of at least 7 times the received Bonus within 14 days from the date of receipt.

7.9. Bonus funds of the Betting Bonus can be wagered only on calculated bets of the “Ordinary” type with odds from 1.75.

7.10. In case of failure to meet the conditions for wagering the Bonus within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled and the bonus balance will be written off. The maximum amount of real funds received after wagering the Bonus is equal to the amount of the received freebet.

7.11. In case of withdrawal of funds from the customer's game account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

7.12. Only one Promotion can be activated at a time. Activating any Promotion automatically deactivates the previously active Promotion.

8. BUDGET OF THE PROMOTION:

8.1. The Organizer independently forms the budget of the Promotion and can change it, as well as determine the characteristics of the Bonuses and their quantitative indicators.

8.2. The Bonuses received by the Participants are taxed by law, i.e. after the transformation of the Bonus into the Balance, and at the moment of payment of the Winnings by the Organizer to the electronic payment instrument (bank card) of the Participant, since the income of individuals is finally taxed at their expense and at the time of payment.

8.3. In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 164. 2 of Article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, in case a taxpayer receives income in the form of a win (prize) in a lottery or other draws, in a betting bet, in a sweepstakes bet, prizes and winnings in cash received for winning and/or participating in amateur sports competitions, including billiard sports, such income shall be included in the total monthly (annual) taxable income of the taxpayer and taxed by the tax agent at the time of its payment. That is, the total amount of the above winnings (prizes) is subject to personal income tax at the rate of 18 percent and military duty of 1.5 percent.

9. FINAL PART:

9.1. By participating in the Campaign, the Participant automatically agrees to the Notice on personal data processing by GGBET LLC, and therefore the Participant voluntarily consents to the processing of his/her personal data, namely

- Registration data (name, surname, patronymic (if any), age, e-mail address, mobile phone number, password to access the Client account);

- Identification data (information about a passport or other identity document that can be used in Ukraine to conclude transactions in accordance with the law: number, series (if any), date of issue and the issuing authority and photographs of this document; registration number of the taxpayer's account card (RNOKPP); phone number and e-mail address; for persons who are residents of countries other than Ukraine (non-residents) - information about citizenship; information about your place of residence or place of stay

- Communication data (in the course of using the Website/Services and during the Campaign, the Organizer may communicate with the Participant via e-mail, Website interface, paper correspondence, SMS, social media, as well as via audio and video calls. The Organizer collects and stores the date and time of communication, the means of communication, the content of all messages, call recordings (both audio and video), the status of the issue you have addressed, etc.

9.2. The Organizer is not responsible for deficiencies in information technology tools resulting from the operation of the equipment used by the Participant to access the Website, as well as for malfunctions of Internet providers.

9.3. If in case of violation/non-fulfillment of these Rules by the Participant, the Organizer has not taken any sanctions, restrictions, or other actions in accordance with these Rules or applicable law, such actions of the Organizer shall not be considered as a waiver of the right to impose sanctions or protect its rights and legitimate interests, in particular, in administrative or judicial proceedings, in the future.

9.4. The Organizer is not responsible for any losses or damages that the Participant or a third party may incur as a result of shortcomings and failures of information technology tools caused by hacker attacks, malware when using the Website and/or Mobile Application, including in case of downloading any materials posted on the Website and/or Mobile Application and/or any links posted on the Website/Mobile Application.
