1. INTERPRETATION OF DEFINITIONS, TERMS, NAMES:

1.1. Customer/Organizer of the Promotion – LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "GGBET" identification code of the legal entity 44912194 (hereinafter – "Organizer"), legal address Ukraine, 02002, Kyiv, Sverstyuka Yevhen St., building 17, office 601, which carries out its activities in accordance with the License for organizing and conducting casino gambling on the Internet, issued on 23.08.2023 based on the decision of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries No. 129 from 08.08.2023, the License for organizing and conducting bookmaker activities from 23.08.2023, issued in accordance with the decision of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries regarding the issuance of a license No. 128 from 08.08.2023.

1.2. Website – refers to the website at www.ggbet.ua.

1.3. The 'INDIAN WELLS TENNIS: BETTING BONUS FOR TENNIS FANS!' promotion is an event carried out by the Organizer in accordance with the Terms and Conditions specified herein and aimed at promoting the Organizer's goods and services (trademark).

1.4. The Promotion period runs from 5 March to 16 March, 2025.

1.5. Bonus – an incentive provided by the Organizer to the Participant as a result of compliance with the Rules and Conditions of the Promotion, which is reflected in the corresponding section of the Participant's cabinet/account, provided that the Organizer provides such an incentive.

1.6. Participant – individuals who have reached the age of 21, are capable, are not on the Register of persons restricted from accessing gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling, and are registered on the website https://ggbet.ua, and accordingly, who have passed the identification and verification procedures and comply with the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

1.7. The Rules are the official terms and conditions of the 'INDIAN WELLS TENNIS: BETTING BONUS FOR TENNIS FANS!' promotion approved by the Organizer and set out herein.

1.8. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted by other Rules of the Organizer.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:

2.1. The promotion is held to promote the Organizer's trademark.

2.2. As a result of fulfilling the conditions and Rules of the Promotion, the Participant receives a Bonus from the Organizer.

2.3. The Promotion does not imply the provision of any bonus payments, gifts, and/or the provision of goods (services) in any form, the use of other types of incentives, the provision of which is directly or indirectly conditioned by the occurrence of the fact of the player's loss in the relevant gambling game.

2.4. The Promotion is not a gambling game, including any other game or service in the field of gambling.

2.5. The Promotion is held on the website www.ggbet.ua, which is considered the place of the Promotion.

2.6. The Promotion is valid 5 March to 16 March, 2025.

2.7. The Promotion is conducted in the territory of Ukraine, except for the temporarily occupied territories defined by the decision of the National Security and Defense Council, implemented by the decree of the President of Ukraine.

2.8. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to these Rules, undertakes to comply with them, and consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organizer.

3. PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROMOTION:

3.1. A Participant in the Promotion can only be an individual who has reached the age of 21, is capable, is not on the Register of persons restricted from accessing gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling, and is registered on the website www.ggbet.ua, and accordingly, who has passed the identification and verification procedures, and has read, accepted, and agreed to the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

3.2. Participants of the Promotion participate in the Promotion voluntarily and personally, on their behalf, and by participating in the Promotion, they assume all risks, consequences, and responsibilities that may be associated with participation in the Promotion.

3.3. If a Participant in the Promotion does not accept and agree to the terms and Rules of the Promotion, and if the Participant has provided the Organizer with false, including incorrect data, in such a case, the Participant is automatically deprived of the right to further participate in the Promotion, and the Organizer has no obligations to such a Participant.

4. RIGHTS OF THE PROMOTION PARTICIPANT:

4.1. The participant has the right to receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.

4.2. The participant has the right to participate in the Promotion, subject to compliance with the requirements and Rules of the Promotion.

4.3. The participant has the right to refuse to participate in the Promotion.

5. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANT:

5.1. Comply with the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as other rules of the Organizer, including the legislation of Ukraine.

5.2. Not transfer the right to participate in the Promotion to third parties.

5.3. Provide the necessary information and documents at the request of the Organizer and in accordance with the Rules of the Promotion.

5.4. Do not interfere with the Organizer in the process of conducting the Promotion.

5.5. Do not violate the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6. RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZER:

6.1. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6.2. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the Promotion Period.

6.3. The Organizer has the right to refuse any individual participation in the Promotion.

6.4. The Organizer has the right to require the Participant to properly comply with the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6.5. The Organizer has the right to require the Participant to provide additional information and documents in order to comply with the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6.6. The Organizer has the right to verify the registration data and all transactions of the Participants of the Promotion. If a prohibited strategy and/or fraud is detected, including the use of multiple accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse such Participants further participation in the Promotion.

7. PROMOTION PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS:

7.1. From 5 March to 16 March, 2025. Participants can choose 1 of 3 Bonuses, namely:

– bonus 5,000 UAH for bets totalling from 6,000 UAH;

– bonus 15,000 UAH for bets totalling from 20,000 UAH;

– bonus 30,000 UAH for bets totalling from 40,000 UAH;

7.2. This Promotion is a one-off, i.e., the Participant cannot get a Bonus by following the algorithm described herein again after receiving their first Bonus under this Promotion.

7.3. Following the Promotion's terms and conditions, as well as the Rules of the online betting and casino gambling organizer GGBET Limited Liability Company, the Promotion Participant must register or log in on the Website, including by completing the identification and verification procedure.

7.4. The Promotion Participant must activate the Promotion in their personal account in the Promotions section.

7.5. The Promotion Participant must place single bets with odds from 1.75 for the amount from:

– 6,000 UAH to get the first Bonus. The maximum Bonus amount is 5,000 UAH for the first bonus for the total bet amount.

– 20,000 UAH for the second Bonus. The maximum Bonus amount is 15,000 UAH for the second bonus for the total bet amount.

– 40,000 UAH for the third Bonus. The maximum Bonus amount is 30,000 UAH for the third bonus for the total bet amount.

7.6. The Promotion has to be activated before one places bets in order to get a Bonus. The minimum required total bet amount, which is UAH 6,000, must be wagered during the Promotion period after its activation. If no bets are placed during the above period, the terms of the Promotion are not deemed fulfilled.

7.7. The user can place bets for the amount specified in these terms and conditions. These must be single bets on tenis with odds from 1.75.

7.8. In order to withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings as a result of using the Bonus, the user must place bets for a total amount of at least 16 times, 16 times or 18 times the received bonuses of 5,000 UAH, 15,000 UAH and 30,000 UAH within 14 days from the date of receipt.

7.9. Bonus funds of the betting bonus can be wagered only on calculated single bets with odds from 1.75.

7.10. In case of failure to meet the conditions for wagering the Bonus within the specified period, the bonus account will be cancelled and the bonus balance funds will be debited. The maximum amount of real funds received after wagering the Bonus is equal to the Bonus amount received.

7.11. In case of withdrawing funds from the client's betting account, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

7.12. Only one Promotion can be activated at a time. By activating any Promotion, the user automatically deactivates the previously active one.

8. BUDGET OF THE PROMOTION:

8.1. The Organizer independently forms the budget of the Promotion and can change it, as well as determine the characteristics of the Bonuses and their quantitative indicators.

8.2. Bonuses received by Participants are taxed according to the law, i.e., after the transformation of the Bonus into a Balance, and at the time of payment of the Winnings by the Organizer to the Participant’s electronic payment instrument (bank card), since the income of individuals is taxed at their expense and at the time of payment.

8.3. According to the provisions of paragraph 164.2 of Article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, in case of receiving income by a taxpayer in the form of a win (prize) in a lottery or in other draws, in a bookmaker's bet, in a tote bet, prizes and winnings in monetary form, received for victory and/or participation in amateur sports competitions, including billiard sports, such income is included in the total monthly (annual) taxable income of the taxpayer and is taxed by the tax agent at the time of its payment. That is, a personal income tax of 18 percent and a military tax of 5 percent is charged on the total amount of the above winnings (prizes).

9. FINAL PART:

9.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees with the Notice on the processing of personal data of LLC "GGBET", in connection with which the Participant gives voluntary consent to the processing of their personal data, namely:

- Registration data (first name, last name, middle name (if any), age, email address, mobile phone number, password for accessing the Client Account);

- Identification data (information about a passport or other document proving identity and which may be used in the territory of Ukraine for concluding transactions: number, series (if any), date of issue, and the authority that issued the document and photographs of this document; registration number of the taxpayer's account card (RNOKPP); phone number and email address; for persons who are residents of other states other than Ukraine (non-residents) – information about citizenship; information about your place of residence or place of stay (for residents), place of residence or place of temporary stay in Ukraine (for non-residents); electronic signature data, BankID, MobileID in case the Participant uses these methods for identification on the Website; unique number entry in the Unified State Demographic Register (if available) for non-residents);

- Communication data (in the process of using the Website/Services and in the process of conducting the Promotion, the Organizer may communicate with the Participant using email, Website interface, paper correspondence, SMS correspondence, social networks, as well as audio and video calls. The Organizer collects and stores the date and time of communication, the means of communication, the content of all messages, call recordings (both audio and video), the status of resolving the issue you contacted with, etc.).

9.2. The Organizer is not responsible for shortcomings in information technology means that arise as a result of the operation of the equipment used by the Participant to access the Website, as well as for failures in the operation of Internet providers.

9.3. If, in the event of a violation/failure by the Participant of these Rules, the Organizer did not impose any sanctions, restrictions, or other actions in accordance with these Rules or applicable law, such actions of the Organizer should not be regarded as a waiver of the right to impose sanctions or protect their rights and legitimate interests, including in administrative or judicial proceedings, in the future.

9.4. The Organizer is not responsible for any losses or damages that the Participant or a third party may incur as a result of shortcomings and failures of information technology means caused by hacker attacks, malicious software when using the Website and/or Mobile application, including in the case of downloading any materials posted on the Website and/or Mobile application and/or any links posted on the Website/Mobile application.
