ENCHANTED FREE BET FOR PGL WALLACHIA SEASON 3

1. DEFINITIONS TERMS AND NAMES:

1.1. Customer/Organizer of the Promotion – LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "GGBET" legal entity identification code 44912194 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer") legal address Ukraine 02002 Kyiv Sverstiuka Yevhena Street Building 18 Office 601 which operates in accordance with the License for the organization and conduct of online casino gambling issued on August 23 2023 based on the decision of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries No. 129 dated August 8 2023 the License for the organization and conduct of bookmaker activities issued on August 23 2023 based on the decision of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries No. 128 dated August 8 2023.

1.2. Website – refers to the website at www.ggbet.ua.

1.3. The "ENCHANTED FREEBET FOR PGL WALLACHIA SEASON 3" Promotion – an event conducted by the Organizer in accordance with the Rules and Conditions set forth in this document aimed at promoting the Organizer’s trademark.

1.4. Promotion period – from March 7 to March 16 2025.

1.5. Bonus – a reward provided by the Organizer to the Participant upon compliance with the Rules and Conditions of the Promotion which is displayed in the respective section of the Participant’s account provided by the Organizer.

1.6. Participant – individuals who have reached the age of 21 are legally capable are not included in the Register of Persons Restricted from Gambling Venues and/or Participating in Gambling and have registered on the website https://ggbet.ua successfully completed the identification and verification process and comply with the Terms and Rules of the Promotion.

1.7. Rules – the official rules and conditions of the "ENCHANTED FREEBET FOR PGL WALLACHIA SEASON 3" Promotion approved by the Organizer and stated in this document.

1.8. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted in accordance with other Rules of the Organizer.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:

2.1. The Promotion is conducted to promote the Organizer’s trademark.

2.2. By fulfilling the conditions and rules of the Promotion the Participant receives a Bonus from the Organizer.

2.3. The Promotion does not imply the provision of any cash rewards gifts and/or the provision of goods (services) in any form nor does it allow other types of incentives directly or indirectly conditioned by the loss of the player in the relevant gambling game.

2.4. The Promotion is not a gambling game including any other game or service in the field of gambling.

2.5. The Promotion is conducted on the website www.ggbet.ua which is considered the place of the Promotion.

2.6. The Promotion is conducted from March 7 to March 16 2025.

2.7. The Promotion takes place within the territory of Ukraine except for temporarily occupied territories as determined by the NSDC decision enacted by the President of Ukraine.

2.8. By participating in the Promotion the Participant automatically agrees to these Rules undertakes to comply with them and consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organizer.

3. PROMOTION PARTICIPANTS:

3.1. A Participant in the Promotion can only be an individual who has reached the age of 21 is legally capable is not included in the Register of Persons Restricted from Gambling Venues and/or Participating in Gambling and has registered on the website www.ggbet.ua successfully completed the identification and verification process and has read accepted and agreed to the Terms and Rules of the Promotion.

3.2. Participants enter the Promotion voluntarily and personally on their behalf and by participating in the Promotion assume all risks consequences and liabilities associated with participating in the Promotion.

3.3. If a Participant does not accept or agree with the Terms and Rules of the Promotion or if the Participant has provided false or incorrect data the Participant will be automatically disqualified from further participation in the Promotion and the Organizer will have no obligations towards such Participant.

4. PARTICIPANT RIGHTS:

4.1. The Participant has the right to receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.

4.2. The Participant has the right to participate in the Promotion provided they comply with the requirements and Rules of the Promotion.

4.3. The Participant has the right to refuse participation in the Promotion.

5. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS:

5.1. Comply with the conditions and Rules of the Promotion as well as other rules of the Organizer including the laws of Ukraine.

5.2. Not transfer the right to participate in the Promotion to third parties.

5.3. Provide the necessary information and documents required by the Organizer in accordance with the Rules of the Promotion.

5.4. Not interfere with the Organizer in conducting the Promotion.

5.5. Not violate the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.

6. ORGANIZER RIGHTS:

6.1. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally amend the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.

6.2. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the Promotion period.

6.3. The Organizer has the right to refuse participation to any individual.

6.4. The Organizer has the right to require proper fulfillment of the Promotion conditions and Rules by the Participant.

6.5. The Organizer has the right to request additional information and documents from the Participant to ensure compliance with the Promotion conditions and Rules.

6.6. The Organizer has the right to check the registration details and transactions of the Participants. In case of prohibited strategy use or fraud including multi-accounting the Organizer reserves the right to deny such Participants further participation in the Promotion.

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION:

7.1. During the period from March 7 2025 to March 16 2025 the Participant can choose one of the three Bonuses as follows:

- Freebet of 500 UAH for a single deposit of 200 to 4999 UAH;

- Freebet of 7000 UAH for a single deposit of 5000 to 24999 UAH;

- Freebet of 15000 UAH for a single deposit of at least 25000 UAH.

7.2. This Promotion is one-time only meaning that the Participant cannot receive the Bonus by repeating the actions described in these Rules after having already received the Bonus for the first time.

7.3. The Participant in the Promotion must register or log in on the Website and complete the identification and verification process in accordance with the Rules of the Promotion and the Organizer's regulations on bookmaker activities and online casino gambling.

7.4. The Participant must activate the Promotion in the "Promotions" section of their personal account.

7.5. The Participant must make a deposit of at least 200 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum total amount of the Bonus available is 15000 UAH for the third deposit freebet.

7.6. To receive the Bonus the Promotion must be activated before making the required deposit to the gaming account. The minimum required deposit of 200 UAH must be made within 14 days after activation. If no deposits are made within the specified period the conditions of the Promotion will not be considered fulfilled.

7.7. The user can place a freebet for the amount specified in these conditions. The bet must be a "Single" bet with odds of at least 1.75.

7.8. The freebet must be used within 5 days of receiving it.

7.9. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings resulting from the Bonus the user must place bets totaling at least 2 times 3 times or 4 times the amount of the received Bonus within 14 days from the date of receipt depending on whether it is the first second or third freebet.

7.10. Freebet funds can only be wagered on settled bets of the "Single" type with odds of at least 1.75.

7.11. If the Bonus wagering conditions are not met within the specified period the bonus balance will be canceled and the bonus funds will be deducted.

7.12. If funds are withdrawn from the gaming account the bonus balance will be canceled.

7.13. Only one Promotion can be active at a time. Activating any new Promotion will automatically deactivate the previously active Promotion.

8. PROMOTION BUDGET:

8.1. The Organizer independently determines the Promotion budget and may modify it as well as define the characteristics and quantity of the Bonuses.

8.2. Bonuses received by Participants are subject to taxation by law. Once the Bonus is converted into Balance and winnings are withdrawn by the Organizer to the Participant's electronic payment method (bank card) individual income tax is deducted at the time of payment.

8.3. According to paragraph 164.2 of Article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine income received in the form of winnings (prizes) from lotteries or other draws from bookmaker bets from totalizator bets from prizes and winnings in monetary form obtained from winning and/or participating in amateur sports competitions including billiards is included in the taxpayer's total monthly (annual) taxable income and is subject to taxation by the tax agent at the time of payment. The total winnings (prizes) mentioned above are subject to personal income tax at a rate of 18 percent and a military tax of 5 percent.

9. FINAL PART:

9.1. By participating in the Promotion the Participant automatically agrees to the Personal Data Processing Notice of LLC "GGBET" and voluntarily consents to the processing of their personal data including:

- Registration data (name surname patronymic (if available) age email address mobile phone number password for account access);

- Identification data (passport information or another identity document that is valid for legal transactions in Ukraine: number series (if available) date of issue and issuing authority and a copy of the document; taxpayer registration number (RNOKPP); phone number and email address; for non-residents of Ukraine – citizenship details place of residence or temporary stay in Ukraine; electronic signature data BankID MobileID if used for identification on the Website; unique record number in the Unified State Demographic Register (if available) for non-residents);

- Communication data (during the use of the Website/Services and participation in the Promotion the Organizer may contact the Participant via email website interface postal mail SMS social media as well as audio and video calls. The Organizer collects and stores communication timestamps communication methods content of all messages call recordings (both audio and video) issue resolution status etc.).

9.2. The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues caused by the Participant’s equipment or internet service provider disruptions.

9.3. If the Organizer does not take action against a violation or non-fulfillment of these Rules by the Participant it does not mean that the Organizer waives its rights to impose sanctions or defend its legal rights and interests including in administrative or judicial proceedings in the future.

9.4. The Organizer is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred by the Participant or third parties due to technical issues including hacker attacks malware or downloading any materials from the Website and/or Mobile Application or clicking on any links provided on the Website/Mobile Application.
