1. DEFINITIONS AND TERMS:
1.1. The Client/Organizer of the Promotion is the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “GG.BET” with the legal entity identification code 44912194 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), legal address: Ukraine, 02002, Kyiv city, Sverstiuka Yevhena St., building 18, office 601, operating under a License for organizing and conducting casino gambling activities on the Internet issued on 23.08.2023 based on the decision of the Gambling and Lottery Commission No. 129 dated 08.08.2023, and a License for organizing and conducting bookmaking activities dated 23.08.2023 issued in accordance with the decision of the Gambling and Lottery Commission No. 128 dated 08.08.2023.
1.2. Website – refers to the website available at www.ggbet.ua.
1.3. The promotion "ORANGE WEEK WITH FREEBETS FROM GG.BET" is an event organized by the Organizer in accordance with the Rules and Conditions specified in this document and aimed at promoting the Organizer’s trademark.
1.4. Promotion period – from 22 November to 27 November 2024.
1.5. Bonus – an incentive provided by the Organizer to the Participant as a result of compliance with the Rules and Conditions of the Promotion, reflected in the relevant section of the Participant's account.
1.6. Participant – individuals who are at least 21 years old, legally capable, not included in the Register of persons restricted from gambling, and registered on the website www.ggbet.ua, having undergone identification and verification procedures, and comply with the terms and Rules of the Promotion.
1.7. Rules – the official rules and conditions of the promotion "ORANGE WEEK WITH FREEBETS FROM GG.BET" approved by the Organizer and set out in this document.
1.8. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted by other Rules of the Organizer.
2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:
2.1. The promotion is held to promote the Organizer’s trademark.
2.2. As a result of fulfilling the conditions and Rules of the Promotion, the Participant receives a Bonus from the Organizer.
2.3. The promotion does not involve any bonus payments, gifts, or the provision of goods (services) in any form to players, nor the use of other types of incentives directly or indirectly conditioned by the player’s loss in a respective gambling activity.
2.4. The promotion is not a gambling game or any other type of gambling service.
2.5. The promotion is conducted on the website www.ggbet.ua, which is considered the location of the promotion.
2.6. The promotion is held from 22 November to 27 November 2024.
2.7. The promotion is conducted in Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories defined by the decision of the National Security and Defense Council, enforced by a Presidential Decree.
2.8. By participating in the promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to these Rules, undertakes to comply with them, and consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organizer.
3. PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROMOTION:
3.1. Only individuals who are at least 21 years old, legally capable, not included in the Register of persons restricted from gambling, and registered on the website www.ggbet.ua, having undergone identification and verification procedures, and familiarized, accepted, and agreed with the terms and Rules of the Promotion, may participate.
3.2. Participants take part in the Promotion voluntarily and personally, on their own behalf, and by their participation in the Promotion assume all risks, consequences, and responsibilities that may be associated with participating in the Promotion.
3.3. If a Participant does not accept or agree with the terms and Rules of the Promotion, or if the Participant has provided the Organizer with inaccurate or incorrect data, the Participant is automatically disqualified from further participation in the Promotion, and the Organizer has no obligations to such a Participant.
4. PARTICIPANT'S RIGHTS:
4.1. The Participant has the right to receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.
4.2. The Participant has the right to participate in the Promotion, provided that they comply with the requirements and Rules of the Promotion.
4.3. The Participant has the right to refuse participation in the Promotion.
5. PARTICIPANT'S OBLIGATIONS:
5.1. To comply with the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as other rules of the Organizer, including the legislation of Ukraine.
5.2. Not to transfer the rights to participate in the Promotion to third parties.
5.3. To provide, upon the Organizer's request and in accordance with the Rules of the Promotion, the necessary information and documents.
5.4. Not to obstruct the Organizer in conducting the Promotion.
5.5. Not to violate the terms and Rules of the Promotion.
6. ORGANIZER'S RIGHTS:
6.1. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the terms and Rules of the Promotion.
6.2. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the Promotion period.
6.3. The Organizer has the right to deny any individual participation in the Promotion.
6.4. The Organizer has the right to demand proper fulfillment of the terms and Rules of the Promotion by the Participant.
6.5. The Organizer has the right to request additional information and documents from the Participant to fulfill the terms and Rules of the Promotion.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify the registration data and all transactions of Participants. If any prohibited strategy, fraud, or the use of multiple accounts is detected, the Organizer reserves the right to deny such Participants further participation in the Promotion.
7. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION:
7.1. From 22 November to 27 November 2024, Participants can choose one of the three Bonuses:
- Freebet of 400 UAH for a one-time deposit of 200 UAH to 3999 UAH;
- Freebet of 3000 UAH for a one-time deposit of 4000 UAH to 23999 UAH;
- Freebet of 20000 UAH for a one-time deposit of 24000 UAH or more.
7.2. From 28 November to 27 November 2024, Participants can choose one of the three Bonuses:
- Freebet of 600 UAH for a one-time deposit of 200 UAH to 4999 UAH;
- Freebet of 5000 UAH for a one-time deposit of 4000 UAH to 27999 UAH;
- Freebet of 30000 UAH for a one-time deposit of 28000 UAH or more.
7.3. This Promotion is a one-time offer, meaning a Participant cannot claim a Bonus again after receiving it under these Rules for the first time.
7.4. Participants must register or log in on the website, including completing the identification and verification procedures, following the Organizer's betting and gambling rules.
7.5. Participants must activate the Promotion in their personal account under the "Promotions" section.
7.6. Participants must make a deposit of at least 200 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum total amount of Bonus received is 30000 UAH for the third deposit in 2nd period.
7.7. The Bonus activation must occur before depositing the required amount into the Participant's gaming account. If no deposits are made during the specified period, the Promotion conditions are deemed unmet.
7.8. Users can make a free bet for the amount specified in these terms. The bet must be of the "Single" type with odds of at least 1.75.
7.9. Freebets must be used within the specified period of the Promotion.
7.10. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings resulting from the use of the Bonus, the user must place bets totaling at least 8, 9, and 10 times the received bonus amount within 14 days of receiving the respective first, second, and third freebets.
7.11. Bonus funds from betting bonuses are redeemed only on settled bets of the "Single" type with odds of at least 1.75.
7.12. Participants may place bets using the remaining real money in their real account balance and the Bonus from the bonus balance. Winnings from bets made using both real money and bonus funds will be distributed proportionally. Winnings from bets made using bonus funds will be credited to the bonus balance, while winnings from bets made with real money will be credited to the real balance.
7.13. If the conditions for redeeming the Bonus are not met within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled, and bonus balance funds will be deducted. The maximum total amount of real funds received after redeeming the Bonus equals the received Bonus amount.
7.14. If funds are withdrawn from the client’s gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.
7.15. Only one Promotion can be active at a time. Activating any Promotion will automatically deactivate any previously active Promotion.
8. BUDGET OF THE PROMOTION:
8.1. The Organizer independently forms the Promotion budget and may change it, as well as define the characteristics and quantities of Bonuses.
8.2. Bonuses received by Participants are subject to taxation according to the law, i.e., after transforming the Bonus into Balance and at the time of payout of Winnings by the Organizer to the Participant’s electronic payment method (bank card), as personal income tax is finally taxed at their expense during the payout.
8.3. According to the provisions of paragraph 164.2 of Article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, if taxpayers receive income in the form of winnings (prizes) from lotteries or other draws, in bookmaker bets, totalizator bets, prizes, and winnings in cash obtained for victory and/or participation in amateur sports competitions, including billiards, such income is included in the taxpayer’s total monthly (annual) taxable income and is taxed by the tax agent at the time of payment. The general amount of such winnings (prizes) is subject to personal income tax at a rate of 18 percent and a military levy of 1.5 percent.
9. FINAL PROVISIONS:
9.1. By participating in the Promotion, Participants automatically agree with the Notice on the processing of personal data by LLC "GGBET," thereby giving voluntary consent to the processing of their personal data, namely:
- Registration data (name, surname, patronymic (if available), age, email address, mobile phone number, password for access to the Client account);
- Identification data (passport details or another document that proves identity and, according to the law, can be used in Ukraine for transactions: number, series (if available), date of issue, and the issuing authority, and photographs of this document; taxpayer registration card number (RNOCPP); phone number and email address; for persons who are residents of states other than Ukraine (non-residents) – information on citizenship; information about your place of residence or location (for residents), place of residence or temporary stay in Ukraine (for non-residents); electronic signature data, BankID, MobileID if the Participant uses these methods for identification on the Website; a unique record number in the Unified State Demographic Register (if available) for non-residents);
- Communication data (during the use of the Website/Services and the Promotion, the Organizer may communicate with the Participant through email, the Website interface, paper correspondence, SMS correspondence, social networks, and audio and video calls. The Organizer collects and stores the date and time of communication, the means of communication, the content of all messages, call recordings (both audio and video), the status of resolving the issue addressed).
9.2. The Organizer is not responsible for deficiencies in the information technology means caused by the Participant's equipment for accessing the Website, as well as for internet provider failures.
9.3. If the Participant violates/does not comply with these Rules and the Organizer does not take any sanctions, restrictions, or other actions under these Rules or applicable legislation, such actions by the Organizer shall not be considered a waiver of the right to impose sanctions or protect its rights and legitimate interests in the future.
9.4. The Organizer is not liable for any losses or damages that the Participant or third parties may incur due to deficiencies and failures in information technology means caused by hacking attacks, malware while using the Website and/or Mobile Application, including downloading materials posted on the Website and/or Mobile Application and/or any links posted on the Website/Mobile Application.
