1. INTERPRETATION OF DEFINITIONS, TERMS, NAMES:

1.1. Customer/Organizer of the Promotion – LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "GGBET" identification code of the legal entity 44912194 (hereinafter – "Organizer"), legal address Ukraine, 02002, Kyiv, Sverstyuka Yevhen St., building 17, office 601, which carries out its activities in accordance with the License for organizing and conducting casino gambling on the Internet, issued on 23.08.2023 based on the decision of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries No. 129 from 08.08.2023, the License for organizing and conducting bookmaker activities from 23.08.2023, issued in accordance with the decision of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries regarding the issuance of a license No. 128 from 08.08.2023.

1.2. Website – refers to the website at www.ggbet.ua.

1.3. The NICE BETTING BONUS promotion is an event carried out by the Organizer in accordance with the Terms and Conditions specified herein and aimed at promoting the Organizer's goods and services (trademark).

1.4. The Promotion period runs from 19 November to 24 November 2024.

1.5. Bonus – an incentive provided by the Organizer to the Participant as a result of compliance with the Rules and Conditions of the Promotion, which is reflected in the corresponding section of the Participant's cabinet/account, provided that the Organizer provides such an incentive.

1.6. Participant – individuals who have reached the age of 21, are capable, are not on the Register of persons restricted from accessing gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling, and are registered on the website https://ggbet.ua, and accordingly, who have passed the identification and verification procedures and comply with the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

1.7. The Rules are the official terms and conditions of the NICE BETTING BONUS promotion approved by the Organizer and set out herein.

1.8. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted by other Rules of the Organizer.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:

2.1. The promotion is held to promote the Organizer's trademark.

2.2. As a result of fulfilling the conditions and Rules of the Promotion, the Participant receives a Bonus from the Organizer.

2.3. The Promotion does not imply the provision of any bonus payments, gifts, and/or the provision of goods (services) in any form, the use of other types of incentives, the provision of which is directly or indirectly conditioned by the occurrence of the fact of the player's loss in the relevant gambling game.

2.4. The Promotion is not a gambling game, including any other game or service in the field of gambling.

2.5. The Promotion is held on the website www.ggbet.ua, which is considered the place of the Promotion.

2.6. The Promotion is valid from 19 November to 24 November 2024.

2.7. The Promotion is conducted in the territory of Ukraine, except for the temporarily occupied territories defined by the decision of the National Security and Defense Council, implemented by the decree of the President of Ukraine.

2.8. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to these Rules, undertakes to comply with them, and consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organizer.

3. PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROMOTION:

3.1. A Participant in the Promotion can only be an individual who has reached the age of 21, is capable, is not on the Register of persons restricted from accessing gambling establishments and/or participating in gambling, and is registered on the website www.ggbet.ua, and accordingly, who has passed the identification and verification procedures, and has read, accepted, and agreed to the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

3.2. Participants of the Promotion participate in the Promotion voluntarily and personally, on their behalf, and by participating in the Promotion, they assume all risks, consequences, and responsibilities that may be associated with participation in the Promotion.

3.3. If a Participant in the Promotion does not accept and agree to the terms and Rules of the Promotion, and if the Participant has provided the Organizer with false, including incorrect data, in such a case, the Participant is automatically deprived of the right to further participate in the Promotion, and the Organizer has no obligations to such a Participant.

4. RIGHTS OF THE PROMOTION PARTICIPANT:

4.1. The participant has the right to receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.

4.2. The participant has the right to participate in the Promotion, subject to compliance with the requirements and Rules of the Promotion.

4.3. The participant has the right to refuse to participate in the Promotion.

5. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANT:

5.1. Comply with the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as other rules of the Organizer, including the legislation of Ukraine.

5.2. Not transfer the right to participate in the Promotion to third parties.

5.3. Provide the necessary information and documents at the request of the Organizer and in accordance with the Rules of the Promotion.

5.4. Do not interfere with the Organizer in the process of conducting the Promotion.

5.5. Do not violate the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6. RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZER:

6.1. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6.2. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the Promotion Period.

6.3. The Organizer has the right to refuse any individual participation in the Promotion.

6.4. The Organizer has the right to require the Participant to properly comply with the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6.5. The Organizer has the right to require the Participant to provide additional information and documents in order to comply with the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6.6. The Organizer has the right to verify the registration data and all transactions of the Participants of the Promotion. If a prohibited strategy and/or fraud is detected, including the use of multiple accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse such Participants further participation in the Promotion.

7. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION:

7.1. From November 19 to November 24, 2024, the Participant may choose one of the three Bonuses:

- Freebet of 500 UAH for a single deposit of 300 to 4999 UAH in the Client’s account balance;

- Freebet of 4500 UAH for a single deposit of 5000 to 9999 UAH in the Client’s account balance;

- Free Bet of 9000 UAH for a single deposit of at least 10000 UAH in the Client’s account balance;

7.2. This Promotion is one-time, meaning that the Participant cannot receive the Bonus again after claiming it for the first time as described in these Terms.

7.3. The Participant must register or log in on the Website, completing identification and verification, in compliance with the Organizer's gambling and betting rules.

7.4. The Participant must activate the Promotion in their personal account in the "Promotions" section.

7.5. The Participant must make a deposit of at least 300 UAH to receive the Bonus. The maximum Freebet amount is 9000 UAH.

7.6. A required condition for receiving the Bonus is activating the Promotion before making the necessary deposit into the gaming account. The minimum deposit amount of 300 UAH must be made during the Promotion period following activation. If no deposits are made during the specified period, the Promotion Terms are considered unmet.

7.7. The user can place a free bet of the specified amount. The bet must be a single bet with odds of at least 1.75 on tennis matches.

7.8. The Freebet must be used during the Promotion period.

7.9. To withdraw the bonus funds and/or any winnings from using the Bonus, the user must place bets totaling at least 6, 8, and 10 times the received Bonus within 14 days of receipt for the first, second, and third Freebets, respectively.

7.10. Betting bonuses can only be wagered on settled single bets with odds of at least 1.75.

7.11. The Participant may place a bet using both the remaining real money balance and the Bonus from the bonus balance. Winnings from bets made with the remaining real balance and the Bonus will be distributed proportionally. Winnings from the Bonus will be credited to the bonus balance, while winnings from the real balance will be credited to the real account balance.

7.12. If the Bonus wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled, and the bonus funds will be deducted. The maximum amount of real funds obtained after the wagering of the Bonus equals the received Bonus amount.

7.13. In the event of withdrawal from the Client’s account balance, the bonus balance will be canceled.

7.14. Only one Promotion can be active at a time. Activating any Promotion will automatically deactivate the previously active Promotion.

8. PROMOTION BUDGET:

8.1. The Organizer independently determines the Promotion’s budget and may adjust it, as well as define the characteristics and quantities of Bonuses.

8.2. Bonuses received by Participants are taxed according to law. Once converted to Balance, and upon payout by the Organizer to the Participant's electronic payment instrument (e.g., bank card), personal income tax of 18% and military tax of 1.5% are deducted from the total amount.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS:

9.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant agrees to the processing of personal data by LLC "GGBET," giving voluntary consent to process the following:

- Registration data (name, surname, patronymic (if applicable), age, email address, mobile phone number, account access password);

- Identification data (passport or other ID details, taxpayer registration number, phone number, email address, for non-residents – citizenship information, residence address, electronic signature data, BankID, MobileID if used for website identification);

- Communication data (date and time of communication, communication means, message content, status of issue resolution, etc.).

9.2. The Organizer is not responsible for technical deficiencies in the equipment used by Participants to access the Website or for failures by internet providers.

9.3. Failure by the Organizer to enforce these Rules does not constitute a waiver of its rights in administrative or judicial proceedings.

9.4. The Organizer is not liable for losses incurred by the Participant or third parties due to technical failures, cyber-attacks, or malware while using the Website and/or Mobile App.
