FREE BET FOR THE JAKE PAUL VS. MIKE TYSON FIGHT

1. DEFINITIONS AND TERMS:

1.1. The Organizer of the Promotion is the limited liability company "GGBET," legal entity identification code 44912194 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), with its registered office at Ukraine, 02002, Kyiv, 18 Sverstyuk St., office 601. The Organizer operates according to a License for the organization and conduct of online casino gambling issued on August 23, 2023, based on the decision of the Commission on the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries No. 129 dated August 8, 2023, as well as a License for the organization and conduct of betting activities issued on August 23, 2023, pursuant to the Commission's decision to grant License No. 128 dated August 8, 2023.

1.2. Website – refers to the website at www.ggbet.ua.

1.3. The "FREE BET FOR JAKE PAUL VS. MIKE TYSON FIGHT" Promotion – an event conducted by the Organizer in accordance with the Rules and Conditions specified in this document, aimed at promoting the Organizer's brand.

1.4. Promotion Period – from November 15 to November 16, 2024.

1.5. Bonus – an incentive provided by the Organizer to the Participant upon compliance with the Promotion’s Rules and Conditions, displayed in the relevant section of the Participant's account if granted by the Organizer.

1.6. Participant – individuals aged 21 or older who are competent, not listed in the Register of individuals restricted from accessing gambling venues and/or participation in gambling, and are registered on the website https://ggbet.ua, having completed the identification and verification process and agreed to abide by the Promotion’s Rules and Conditions.

1.7. Rules – the official rules and conditions of the "FREE BET FOR JAKE PAUL VS. MIKE TYSON FIGHT" Promotion as approved by the Organizer and outlined in this document.

1.8. Any other terms defined in these Rules may be interpreted according to other Rules of the Organizer.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTION:

2.1. The Promotion is conducted to promote the Organizer's brand.

2.2. As a result of meeting the Promotion's Rules and Conditions, the Participant receives a Bonus from the Organizer.

2.3. The Promotion does not imply any bonus payments, gifts, or rewards of any kind that are contingent directly or indirectly upon a player's loss in any gambling game.

2.4. The Promotion is not a gambling game or any other type of game or service within the field of gambling.

2.5. The Promotion is held on the website www.ggbet.ua, which is considered the venue of the Promotion.

2.6. The Promotion is conducted from November 15 to November 16, 2024.

2.7. The Promotion is conducted within Ukraine, excluding temporarily occupied territories, as determined by decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, enacted by a Presidential decree.

2.8. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees to these Rules, undertakes to comply with them, and consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organizer.

3. PROMOTION PARTICIPANTS:

3.1. Only individuals aged 21 or older who are competent, not listed in the Register restricting access to gambling establishments, and registered on the website www.ggbet.ua, having completed identification and verification, and accepted the terms and Rules of the Promotion, may participate.

3.2. Participants participate in the Promotion voluntarily and personally, on their own behalf, and by participating in the Promotion, assume all risks, consequences, and responsibilities associated with their participation.

3.3. If a Participant does not accept or agree with the terms and Rules of the Promotion, or if the Participant has provided the Organizer with inaccurate or incorrect information, the Participant will automatically lose the right to further participate in the Promotion, and the Organizer will bear no obligations toward such a Participant.

4. PARTICIPANT’S RIGHTS:

4.1. The Participant has the right to receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.

4.2. The Participant has the right to participate in the Promotion if they meet the requirements and Rules.

4.3. The Participant has the right to refuse to participate in the Promotion.

5. PARTICIPANT'S OBLIGATIONS:

5.1. Comply with the terms and Rules of the Promotion, as well as other Organizer regulations, including Ukrainian law.

5.2. Not transfer the right to participate in the Promotion to third parties.

5.3. Provide the required information and documents to the Organizer as stipulated by the Promotion’s Rules.

5.4. Not interfere with the Organizer in conducting the Promotion.

5.5. Not violate the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6. ORGANIZER'S RIGHTS:

6.1. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally amend the terms and Rules of the Promotion.

6.2. The Organizer may unilaterally change the Promotion Period.

6.3. The Organizer may refuse any individual participation in the Promotion.

6.4. The Organizer can demand proper compliance with the Promotion’s Rules from the Participant.

6.5. The Organizer has the right to request additional information and documents from the Participant to ensure compliance with the Promotion’s Rules.

The Organizer has the right to verify the registration data and all transactions of the Participants. In cases of prohibited strategy use and/or fraud, including multiple accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to deny such Participants further participation in the Promotion.

7. PROMOTION PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS:

7.1. From November 15 to November 16, 2024, the Participant may choose one of the following three Bonuses:

- Free Bet of 800 UAH for a single deposit into the Client Account from 400 UAH to 4,999 UAH;

- Free Bet of 10,000 UAH for a single deposit from 5,000 UAH to 27,999 UAH;

- Free Bet of 40,000 UAH for a single deposit of 28,000 UAH or more;

7.3. This Promotion is one-time only, meaning that the Participant cannot receive the Bonus by following the procedure described in these Rules again after the first receipt.

7.4. Following the terms and Rules of the Promotion, the Participant must register or log in on the Website and complete identification and verification as per the Organizer's requirements.

7.5. The Participant must activate the Promotion in the "Promotions" section of their personal account.

7.6. The Participant must make a deposit of at least 400 UAH to qualify for the Bonus. The maximum cumulative Bonus amount received is 40,000 UAH for the third deposit.

7.7. To receive the Bonus, the Promotion must be activated before making the required deposit into the client’s gaming account. A minimum deposit of 200 UAH must be made during the Promotion period following activation. If no deposits are made within the specified period, the Promotion conditions are deemed unmet.

7.8. The user can place a free bet for the amount specified in these terms. The bet must be a "Single" bet with odds starting from 1.75 on boxing matches.

7.9. The Free Bet must be used within 5 days from the date of receipt.

7.10. To withdraw bonus funds and/or any winnings from using the Bonus, the Participant must place bets with a total amount at least 8, 9, and 10 times greater than the Bonus received within 14 days from the date of receiving the first, second, and third Free Bets, respectively.

7.11. Betting bonuses are only wagerable on settled "Single" bets with odds starting from 1.75.

7.12. The Participant can place a bet using both real funds and the Bonus from the bonus balance. Winnings from bets placed with real funds will be credited to the real balance, while winnings from bets placed with the Bonus balance will be credited to the bonus balance.

7.13. Failure to meet the wagering conditions within the specified period will result in the cancellation of the bonus account and bonus balance funds. The maximum amount of real funds obtainable after wagering equals the amount of the Bonus received.

7.14. If funds are withdrawn from the client’s gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.

7.15. Only one Promotion can be active at a time. Activating a Promotion automatically deactivates any previously active Promotion.

8. PROMOTION BUDGET:

8.1. The Organizer independently determines the Promotion budget, may alter it, and specifies the characteristics and quantity of Bonuses.

8.2. Bonuses received by Participants are subject to applicable taxes, i.e., after the Bonus is converted into Balance, and at the time of payout by the Organizer to the Participant’s electronic payment method (bank card), as personal income is fully taxed upon payout.

8.3. According to Section 164.2 of Article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, income in the form of winnings or prizes, such as from lotteries, betting, or amateur sports competitions, is included in the monthly (annual) taxable income and is taxed by the tax agent at the time of payout. The applicable tax rate is 18% plus a military tax of 1.5%.

9. CONCLUDING PROVISIONS:

9.1. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant automatically agrees with GGBET LLC’s Data Processing Notice and consents to the processing of their personal data, specifically:

- Registration data (name, surname, middle name if available, age, email address, mobile phone number, password for accessing the Client Account);

- Identification data (passport information or other ID documents as required by law for conducting transactions in Ukraine);

- Communication data (when using the Website/Services and throughout the Promotion, the Organizer may communicate via email, Website interface, paper mail, SMS, social networks, and audio/video calls, collecting and storing communication timestamps and message/call details).

9.2. The Organizer is not liable for technical failures or Internet provider issues encountered by Participants.

9.3. Failure by the Organizer to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of the Organizer's rights to take future action.

9.4. The Organizer is not responsible for losses or damages incurred due to technical failures or malicious software attacks when using the Website and/or Mobile Application.
