If the Participant of the Promotion does not accept and does not agree with the terms and conditions and Rules of the Promotion, as well as if the Participant provided the Organizer with unreliable, including incorrect data, in such case the Participant is automatically deprived of the right to further participate in the Promotion, and the Organizer has no obligations to such Participant.</p>

<p>4. RIGHTS OF THE PARTICIPANT OF THE PROMOTION:</p>
<p>4.1. The Participant has the right to receive information about the Promotion from the Organizer.</p>
<p>4.2. The Participant has the right to participate in the Promotion, provided that the requirements and Rules of the Promotion are met.</p>

<p>5. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANT:</p>

<p>7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION:</p>
<p>7.1. During the period from May 16 to May 19, 2025, the Participant can choose one of two Bonuses, namely:</p>

<p>6.5. The Organizer has the right to require the Participant to provide additional information and documents to fulfill the conditions and Rules of the Promotion.</p>
<p>The Organizer has the right to verify the registration data and all transactions of the Promotion Participants. In case of detecting the use of prohibited strategies and/or fraud, including the use of multiple accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse such Participants further participation in the Promotion.</p>

<p>7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION:</p>
<p>7.1. During the period from May 9 to May12, 2025, the Participant can choose one of the four Bonuses, namely:</p>
<p>- Freebet of 200 UAH for a deposit on the amount from 200 to 499 UAH;</p>
<p>- Freebet of 500 UAH for a deposit on the amount from 500 UAH;</p>
<p>- Freebet of 5,000 UAH for a deposit on the amount from 5,000 to 19,999 UAH;</p>
<p>- Freebet of 20,000 UAH for a deposit on the amount from 20,000 UAH;</p>

<p>7.2. This Promotion is one-time; the Participant cannot receive the Bonus again by repeating the algorithm described in these Rules after receiving the Bonus once under this Promotion.</p>
<p>7.3. The Participant must register or log in on the Website, including completing the identification and verification process, adhering to the Promotion Rules and the rules of the organizer of bookmaker activities and online casino gambling of Limited Liability Company "GGBET".</p>

<p>7.11. If the Bonus wagering conditions are not met within the specified period, the bonus account will be canceled, and the bonus balance funds will be debited. The maximum amount of real funds obtained after wagering the Bonus equals the amount of the received freebet.</p>
<p>7.12. In case of withdrawing funds from the client's gaming account, the bonus balance will be canceled.</p>

That is, the total amount of the above winnings (prizes) is subject to personal income tax at the rate of 18 percent and a military levy of 5 percent.</p>
